Student Casa, Alicante

It is in the perfect location; 5 minute walk to the centre, several supermarkets within a 10 minute walk and a 10 minute walk to both train stations. The flat is always cleaned and the room has lots of storage space as well as a desk. The owner is extremely helpful and such a wonderful person. She is always available if there are any problems with the flat and also helped me with general questions as I was new to the area. She made my stay much more comfortable and welcoming. It is a fantastic place.

Muy bien, cuando llegas tienes la opción de que te recojan y te enseñan la casa al llegar.
Las habitaciones son bastante amplias y lo más importante es que cuentan con ventilador que teniendo en cuenta la zona se agradece; en cuanto a demás servicios cuenta con servicio de limpieza (bastante bueno) y el WiFi va muy bien además todas las dudas y problemas que te surjan te los resuelven de forma rápida y efectiva.
Esta ubicada en una zona perfecta tanto de la Miguel Hernández como de la CEU, del centro está a 2 minutos andando y hay muchos supermercados cerca.

Mi hijo estuvo en este alojamiento casi 2 cursos y muy contento. Los responsables/encargados del mismo te facilitan mucho la incorporación, así como atentos a cualquier demanda.

Muy malo! Me confirmaron la habitación, les giré la fianza y luego me dijieron que ya estaba reservada. Perdí plata y tiempo.

Mi experiencia en Student Casa ha sido bastante buena. He tenido la oportunidad de vivir un año y medio en dos habitaciones distintas del mismo apartamento con todas las comodidades disponibles. Si llegaba a faltar algo la propietaria estaba siempre disponible. Lejos uno de los mejores apartamentos para estudiantes que puedes encontrar en Elche.
Totalmente recomendable.

Un lugar recién remodelado y acogedor, con una habitación amplia con aire acondicionado y mucho espacio de almacenaje. Cocina con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos que da al comedor-salón, también con aire acondicionado. Si buscas un lugar donde quedarte durante tus estudios en Elche, éste es tu sitio. A 15 minutos de la UMH, con muchos supermercados cerca (consum, hiperber, superdumbo, dia, masymas, lidl y mercadona).

Fantastic place to live, a really friendly environment to be in, the staff, the students all show respect to each other, are helpful, and fun! What I especially enjoy about living here is the fact it's peaceful! You can study without being bothered yet go and socialise when you want. The facilities are always clean/ working properly and there is maintenance teams available if anything was to go wrong. You'll have it sorted rapidly! Spacious modern rooms. Really all round great place to live, home away from home.

I found myself very happy, they have welcoming and helpful staff, very nice location and in the heart of the city. My private bathroom was the best thing:)

Une superbe expérience avec un service de qualité et disponible. L’appartement permet d’avoir sa vie paisible isolé où la vie en communauté au gré des envies. Également très bien placé dans elche on peut tout faire à pieds depuis celui-ci.

De passage ou location longue durée, pour un premier appartement en Espagne je recommande à 100%.

Un precio excesivo para los servios que ofrece el apartamento, y la falta de calefacción a veces se nota por el frio que hace en la casa. Por lo demás, ofrece un buen servicio, siempre pendiente por si hace falta algo.

He pasado el último año en el piso, ha sido una excelente experiencia, las habitaciones son muy tranquilas perfectas para estudiar. Autumn estuvo todo el tiempo disponible para lo que necesité, la cocina muy completa, la cama muy cómoda y el baño perfecto, el salón muy acogedor y con bastante espacio.
La ubicación del piso es perfecta porque esta a menos de 5 minutos del centro andando. Hay varias paradas de autobús y también están las estaciones del tren cerca, supermercados, cafeterías y farmacias a menos de 1 minuto.
Sin duda recomiendo student Casa!

Overall a very good experience. The place was clean and comfortable, it matched the description. The service was irregular in that some times they responded very fast and some other times they took their time. Be aware that some times they ask for the whole payment in full, rather than monthly. Make sure you ask first. Also, if you leave early in the month you will have to wait for 3 weeks to recoup your deposit, as they only process deposits at the end of the month.

The room is a good size and the kitchen and lounge is a great place to cook and hang out with friends. I made good friends with other students in the building and we went to the same uni. I had an amazing time at student casa.

I am currently staying at student casa, and it’s the perfect place to live here in Elche. It’s well located, you can find everything you need in the area. The crew is awesome, very kind, and always helpful! Beside that, it is highly secure. The rooms are comfy, clean, and modern. Which is a very good point (knowing some places here in spain). You get everything you need, a big awesome bed, a kitchen, a fridge, Internet, Facilities (which are very good). The common spaces are great. Coming from another country, After less than a week, I felt like home. I highly recommend this place, you couldn’t find a better place to stay.

From the moment I enquired about living here to present (a year later). All staff on site (especially the manager) have been welcoming, friendly and helpful. It's secure, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Convenient location, close to all local amenities, everything a student needs is right on your doorstep. Perfect for any student wanting to be close to the city centre. I will stay until i finish my degree.

I've been living here for a year now and I've always had the best level or service when it comes to any maintenance issues or otherwise. The website for booking and requesting maintenance is always easy to use and I get responses back very quickly, which is great if you're busy or need anything urgently. Other nice perks of this accommodation are the amenities it provides you. There is a kettle, two hob stove, toaster, microwave, brooms, vacuums, laundry on site, and your own bathroom with shower, etc. The beds are large and comfy. I've never had any issues with managers. They have always shown me and other residents the utmost respect and are kind. Super happy thankyou.

I lived here for three years. An absolute outstanding experience. The accomodation is great and the lounge area gives the perfect time to reset after an intensive day of studies. A lot of students who are in the same position as yourself which gives a good start to network and make new friends and the staff is extremely helpful and kind with everything you can think of. With a location of about 200m from the center it's amazing and connected to pretty much all the places you would want to visit while studying in elche. 5 stars for sure!
