Taxicosta, Alicante

Nos agarramos a las 5 de la mañana y nos llevaron a 5 ciudades cuando se perdió toda esperanza, ángeles guardianes.

Utilizó este servicio por mí trabajo y excepcionales hasta el más mínimo detalle, sobretodo en gestiones más delicadas se toman el tiempo necesario para dar una solución. La última persona que me atendió fue un chico llamado Adrián, muy majo y cordial, gracias por vuestro esfuerzo y trabajo

Reservé un taxi con 2 horas de antelación. Me llamaron 10 minutos antes de la recogida prevista, el conductor volvió a pedir la dirección y nunca apareció, ni respondió después de que le enviara un mensaje.
Pésimo servicio, pésima actitud.

Reservamos un taxi esta mañana con sólo 30 minutos de antelación, el conductor llegó a nuestro apartamento a la hora exacta indicada. El proceso de reserva fue fácil de realizar e incluso pudimos rastrear al conductor para ver a qué distancia estaba. El único inconveniente fue que no había taxis disponibles para regresar por la noche, por lo que tuvimos que utilizar una compañía de taxis alternativa para regresar a casa, por lo que recomendaría reservar el viaje de regreso con anticipación.

Servicio de 10, reservé con 2 semanas de antelación en el aeropuerto de Alicante y la atención fue inmejorable, coche limpio, conductor profesional, nada que ver con el pésimo servicio de taxi del aeropuerto de Alicante.

Cada vez que podemos venir a nuestra casa contamos con su servicio, siempre en tiempo y totalmente profesionales muchisímas gracias por hacer nuestra estadía tan facíl cada vez.

Fantastic service, first time I used their service, transfer Alicante train station to La Zenia, then La zenia to Alicante airport, booked on their app, on time and drivers very professional and Courteous and first to offer to lift the cases and put in the Trunk, very pleasant experience, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Prompt response, clean, modern vehicles, very friendly and obliging drivers. Even for short runs they had no problem. And very moderate prices.

Extremely disappointing. Ordered a taxi by telephone, but in time the car didn’t arrive at all. When I called to a company manager started to argue that there were no booking at all. Disgusting service.

Booked at taxi on the 31st July for a journey to the airport on the 12th of August. An air conditioned taxi arrived on time, and were helpful with our luggage. Price was very reasonable too.

Booked a taxi to pick up my daughter and granddaughter for friday midnight. Although the landing was over 45 minutes late, the driver met them in arrivals was very polite and courteous.the cab was spotless.he helped to carry their luggage at the destination. First class service, will use again if we need a cab. ******

Best of the worst. Really nice when you actually get a taxi, but there are some issues with getting one. We enjoyed the app, you can order a taxi but it probably always will arrive 30-40 minutes late unless you’re lucky. Other than that the drivers are super nice and felt really safe. Cool seating situation in the large taxis for 7 people;)

Great service used them many times on this holiday. Friendly drivers, punctual and great service. Bit more luxury than other firms too. Recommended

We stayed near villa Martin for 2 weeks and there are no bus or taxi services available and we were quite far from everything. We finally discovered Taxi Costa after a few days. Tried ringing loads but only got through once so decided to try the app. This was really easy to use. To avoid disappointment it’s important to plan your trips in advance. We knew that they are extremely busy so we would always book the day before and the taxis always showed up and on time. The cars are up market and the drivers are very professional. A very good service and helped us avoid hour long walks in 34° heat

You can not trust the booking of this company. Many times they don’t show up even on pre bookings. Thy don’t call and inform you after it is too late.

Can be very unreliable, and late, app is misleading, however service can useful when need a taxi but you are in no rush for it to arrive. Taxis are always clean, And drivers are kind

Promised the taxi would be here in 40 minutes. Never came and didn’t take the phone when we tried to call them.

Coches nuevos y limpios pero un poco caro me ha parecido. No son taxis, son como Uber o cabify.
