Gente muy servicial, nada es demasiado problema y una gama tan amplia de servicios, este es un lugar muy útil para conocer.

Bonnie es una mujer encantadora, muy servicial, siempre lista para ayudar, excelente servicio, excelente negocio familiar, el corazón de la comunidad.

Great place to use friendly professional helpful throughout the process of applying for your Passport I would recommend them to anyone.

Completed my application including photograph for me online 18th Jan. New & Old Passports arrived separately, collected both 18th Feb.

We renewed our passports through the Post Room Benijófar and it was First Class all the way. Their service and professionalism could not be bettered, and the way they run their business should be looked at by many High Street service providers.

Well that was extremely easy. My passport needed renewal and I needed new photographs, letting The Post Room Benijofar's photographer, Bonnie and Colin deal with everything was a weight off my shoulders. Excellent service, nothing is too hard or too much effort for these guys and they are so very friendly. My new passport was back quicker than expected, all secure and absolutely hassle free. I would recommend The Post Room Benijofar 100%.

I thought 8€ for driving licence photos was a bit steep which I had done because we were in the area, on leaving the shop I rang the photo shop in my own village and was told the same photos would cost 3.50€ inexplicable?

I can't rate them highly enough. We harbour Passports 're-newed, the service was excellent, Bonnie and the rest of the staff were highly efficient and friendly. All in all a very positive experience.

You expect a shop to have a money to change, instead of asking you to go to another shop to get it changed, most shop's have a float

Excellent passport and post box service. A breath of fresh air having previously used a Spanish Correos Oficina, where one particular staff member was very rude and very slow.

Good service with helpful, friendly staff. Parking not too bad considering it is on a side street.

Disappointed by mistakes made with postal services and when tried to discuss this, abused by staff & told to not come back. Both surprised and disappointed. Will be going to a different nearby one in Dona Pepa instead - updated accused of bullying staff, which is a joke, I didn't even raise my voice. Worst treatment I have received off a small local business in 15 years.

My mum came by a few weeks ago, the staff were rude to her and very slow! I want to file a complaint, who would I get in contact to.

I recently had a new passport, superb friendly service and new passport arrived back at the Post Room in under 3 weeks
