Correctos, pero no son muy acogedores. El menaje de cocina excaso, y sartenes muy deterioradas. Y si te quedas varios dias no realizan limpieza del mismo. He estado en otros mejores por el mismo precio.

On 2 September, I booked a room for the night of 13 September. At the time of booking, I was aware that there was no possibility to cancel the overnight stay, for free.
After a few hours of the same day, I discovered that I was positive for COVID-19. I promptly contact the hotel explaining the situation. I asked if it was possible to cancel the reservation and obtain a refund, given the extraordinary nature of the case and the temporal proximity between my reservation and the cancellation request.
Not having received an answer, the next morning, I contact the structure by phone. They reiterate that among the conditions of accommodation, there is no free cancellation. However, they require a certificate attesting to my positivity to submit the case to management. After a few minutes, I send the requested document.
4 days later, the accommodation facility writes to me that no refunds can be made. I contact them by phone asking if it was possible to freeze the overnight stay to move it further. Negative answer.

Now, I am aware that it was my mistake to reserve without free cancellation but there were the conditions not to cause any economic damage to the hospitality business. They also refused to postpone the reservation. More flexibility could be suggested.

Pessima assistenza su una prenotazione 2020 per la quale aspettiamo ancora risposta

L' appartamento è in posizione centrale, facilmente raggiungibile sia per chi ha la sua macchina sia per chi utilizza i mezzi pubblici. È abbastanza ampio e dotato dei principali servizi. Unico neo, risulta un po' freddo perché ha solo uno split nel soggiorno. In generale pulito ma avrei preferito un po' più di cura dato anche il periodo covid.
