A great service from Watkins and Wilson. They valued our villa at a higher figure than other agents and then went on to secure a sale within a matter of weeks. Everything went smoothly and communication throughout was just perfect. I'd happily recommend them to others.

Our property was put on the market in the early stages of the Covid pandemic. In spite of this Ana arranged some viewings and eventually we accepted an offer that was right on the valuation that Ana had given us. Being based in the UK we did not travel to Spain during the pandemic and had to rely on Ana to see it all through, which she did with great success. I have been very pleased with the service received from Watkins Wilson.

We were guided along, step by step. Ensuring that we fully understood the process, that was unfamiliar to us. We have first turned to Watkins & Wilson in year 2008 and after viewing just 3 or 4 well preselected properties we have made our choice and same night made an offer which was accepted.

I must say the professionalism of the team didn't come in a way of their kindness and friendliness. It was a great experience, which is exactly the reason why we came back to Watkins & Wilson 12 years later to sell our property. And once again, just a couple of months later they have reached the goal and our home in Moraira/Teulada was successfully sold! I like to once again thank the whole team, which worked literally 24/7, even on weekends if we needed any assistance they took the time to respond. Special THANK YOU to Ana, who coordinated the whole communication between us and the buyers. The whole time we were in Switzerland and only had to go there once, to sign the final papers with the notary.

Ana was amazing from our very first viewings. She found us a hotel (whilst the festival was on within an hour of our first visit!) Showing us around, recommending everyone from lawyers to the local holiday rental agents to even finding us our gardener/pool cleaner! She translated for us with our German sellers, explained how everything worked that we needed to know about household bills.the list goes on!
