29Falta personal de limpieza durante el día.lleno de ingleses sin educación y lo de las amacas de vergüenza están ocupadas a las 8 de la mañana.es un hotel un poco sin ley.no entiendo las 4 estrellas que tiene. La comida muy bien.deberían hacer respetar un poco más las normas.animadoras geniales un 10
No me ha gustado nada.es el primer hotel que me he encontrado que las bebidas a parte de ser carisimas no te las guardan para la proxima.osea que compras una botella de vino malo por 8.50 y si te sobra la tienes de dejar el la mesa porque no te la guardan.
Tambien te hacen pagar por la nevera que hay en la habitacion. 2 eur por dia y 3 de deposito.es vergonzoso bajo mi punto de vista.
Tambien te cobran. 6 eur si te quieres bañar en la piscina climatizada. Osea que no lo recomiendo para nada.y la comida bastante normalita tirando a pobre.
He estado este fin de semana con mi hijo de 5 años y ha sido una fantástica experiencia. El trato ha sido inmejorable desde recepción, personal de limpieza, camareros, animación. Lo recomiendo. Lo hemos pasado genial.
El hotel en general está bastante bien, hay bastante comida para elegir en el comedor y las habitaciones son normalitas y el baño bastante grande y espacioso. La única pega que le veo es que los colchones son un poco duros y la piscina un poco pequeña, pero por lo demás todo genial.
In 4R Gran Regina at the moment can't wait to leave. Free WiFi? But no WiFi connection for couple of days and not reliable. Limited variety of food mostly fried/oily salty food, loads of pork, loads of bread/starchy food. Nothing for vegetarians, very little options for Gluten free. Basically the food is disgusting and highly unhealthy.xxxx Salad bar has no variety. It was noticed that guests were subjected in putting there food in the dustbin as they cannot consume it, leading to a lot of wastage of food xxxx. On arrival additional charges not advertised were implemented for the following charges for fridge in bedroom, charges for usage of gym indoor pool and jacuzzi xxxx. Ants in the corridor and in our bedroom. Not suitable for babies/toddlers. Most of the staff are unfriendly and rude. Wheelchair accessible. Reasonable entertainment at night. Closer to beach. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL SORRY. Not in the same class as Sol Costa Daurada which is 5 minutes away.
El gimnasio tiene un ambiente algo decadente. Le cambiaría el suelo. También creo que deberían prohibir que la gente reservarse hamaca en la piscina. Estaba abarrotada y la mitad de las tumbonas reservadas estaban vacías.
El sofá de la habitación con arena, la comida buena, en el bar de la Terraza, no tienen ni idea de hacer Mojitos (5,60€) un Robo sin sabor.el

Ingredientes para el mojito:
2 ramitas de menta o yerbabuena.
2 cucharaditas de azúcar.
El zumo de 1 lima.
Ron blanco.
Un poco de hielo picado o triturado.
Soda o agua con gas hasta llenar 2/3 del vaso.

A+ location, great friendly staff, all inclusive is well worth the money, food and drink was great, really good choices for all 3 meals each day. If you have kids the entertainment for the kids looked good and literally a 5-10 minute walk to either the beaches or portadventurer, if i go back to Salou I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Only complaint was the lack of any British (or at least english) tv except BBC news, not sure how well the pool area would cope with a full hotel either, luckily we went exploring nearly every day.
Stay at this hotel as a family of three. Room small, cleaned every day to a ok standard. Staff were ok depending on what you were asking for. Now let's start on the pool area. You have to be in reception by 8.00am ready for when they open the doors and then it is just a free for all. One morning they actually did a number system that when your number is called you could enter the pool area to get a sun bed. The pool area is far too small for the amount of guests and beds. You are squeezed in like sardines. The food is OK if you like tasteless food with no flavour and basically the same. Location is good not much of a walk to the beach and shops about 10 mins.
