Bistronomy private chef & catering chef a domicilio, Barcelona

Matej cooked us an incredible meal all perfectly timed and beautifully presented. It is amazing how can can cater for a big group of people so we’ll single handed. Thank you for a fantastic and memorable experience

My family was connected to Chef Matej while on our vacation in Barcelona. He came recommended from the owner of The Blue Villa. We can say with certainty that Chef Matej makes the BEST paella we had while on our visit. He had served appetizer of croquette de bacalao, paella con gambas / seafood, lamb with beets and potatoes, then a cheesecake cream with cherry ice cream. It was an unbelievable meal that our entire family enjoyed! Chef Matej was very friendly and had a very positive demeanor. We highly recommend Chef Mataj! Next time we visit Barcelona we will be coordinating his services again!

I can't find the words to express just how amazing Chef Matej is, the absolute best! Went on a trip where we were lucky to have the chef the whole time. From amazing breakfast to 2 or 3 course lunch and dinners. And he's very accommodating! I have restrictions that the Chef went out of his way to include into his coming without a single complaint.
I only wish we could continue to book him for future events

Chef Matej is the best. We hired him for a week for our team building in barcelona and we are all amazed of how good of a cook/chef he is. Also he has this contagious smile which I think is one of his secret ingredients.
The team is now having a seperation anxiety from Chef Matej haha! WE MISS YOU CHEF! He is now our company's official CGO (Chief Gastronomy Officer).

Todo fue perfecto. Desde el primer momento Matej fue eficiente, rápido, amable y muy profesional. Gestionamos todo por teléfono y whatsapp, con inmediatez y detalle. Fue puntual, meticuloso, gran propuesta gastronómica, y desarrollo de la cena. Además habla inglés que era fundamental. Sin duda volveremos a contar con él para otros eventos. Muchas gracias Matej!

Simply perfect. A 4-day retreat for 18 people, fully catered in a kitchen that Matej, Andrea and Victor had never seen before.

A huge breakfast spread every morning, three varied and exciting lunches, and each night a meal that shared a common theme, but delighted us with new tastes, textures and surprises.

This feels impossible, but Matej and Andrea pulled it off. I couldn't be more impressed.

Great chef, amazing food and service and great communication. Chef Matej had a great energy, vibe and he did really good.
From one chef to another I really recommend Chef Matej.

Superaron todas nuestras expectativas. Buscaba una cena de nivel de estrella Michelin y fue fantástico! Mis indicaciones fueron muy sencillas y le dije que nos sorprendieran, así que lo tenían dificil y sin embargo nos sorprendieron y dejaron el listón muy alto.
Nuestra cena constó de 9 platos a cada uno mejor, desde marisco, pescado, carne.con una presentación maravillosa, calidad excepcional con producto fresco y cocinado en su punto perfecto.y una explicación que hicieron una velada perfecta.
Repetiremos seguro y volveremos a dejar que nos sorprendan.

Andrea did the catering for my husband’s 40th birthday party at our house. He created a menu of 7 courses of finger food for our 30 guests. I can’t express how good the food and service were. The food was truly divine. Things like Gorgonzola croquettes, tuna tartar, insanely tender beef, mushroom risotto and more. Every dish was incredible. Andrea even made a fantastic birthday cake. And the icing on the cake (excuse the pun) was that Andrea and his team left our kitchen looking pristine afterwards with everything cleaned up. The prices were really reasonable. I can’t wait for an excuse to hire them again.

Andrea caiazzo un gran chef y aun mejor persona. Vino para el cumpleaños de mi pareja a hacer una paella para 16, y la mejor paella sin duda. Aparte de un trato excepcional. Muchas gracias por todo, repetiremos seguro

I was in Barcelona with 4 friends and organised Bistronomy (Matej) to cook a 4 course meal for us in our rented villa.

The food was outstanding, the way you set the table and used the perfect crockery and cutlery was perfect. You had a fantastic attitude when issues arose with our induction stove and you made us feel like we had a restaurant experience in our front room.

Every aspect of this was great, I would highly recommend anyone who wants to be made to feel special to do this. The food is 5*, Matej is 5* and the overall whole experience was 5*.

We’ve been speaking about it constantly since! Thanks again for a great evening, I’ll be using your services again when I’m back in Barcelona.

We had a company retreat with 10 persons in Barcelona and ask Bistronomy (Matej) if they could prepare breakfast for us and It exceeded all my expectations.

Matej ask me if he could come a bit earlier to make all the preparations and what was I surprised when I walked in. A Table full of freshly made food and drinks and it was outstanding, our team could not stop talking about it.

Matej, thank you so much for the wonderful experience and if we return to Barcelona I will most definitely use your services again.
