Do not buy your trench coat here. The color changes completely within a year, even if you wear it only during fall and spring (maybe 5 months total). Have not been to dry cleaning yet.

Staff is awful. Had several issues here. Never nice solutions. Always bad attitude.

Luckily I was able to change my coat in Amsterdam. But I am afraid I have the same issue again within a year.

Merece la pena entrar solo por la atención personalizada, entre solo para mirar y me atendioe perfectamente Elena, mil gracias por tu trato y atención, por gente como tu sigue mereciendo la pena ir de tiendas.

Ayer fue la primera vez que entraba y me encantó la variedad y las colecciones que tienen, me atendió Sebastian mejor imposible, muy majo y sabe hacer su trabajo a la perfección, volvere pronto.

I have been to this shop twice. One time the service was really nice and I even got a business card of the assistant in case I wanted him to reserve what I was measuring. Today when I wanted to finalize the shopping a door man asked me if I can wait a few minutes and closed the door with no explanation. I find it really disrespectful and offending.

Hoy he ido por primera vez a esta tienda. Esta marca es conocida por lo que es, la perfecta calidad en los tejidos y también el perfecto trato al cliente. Pensaba que solo en Gucci y Prada te daban agua y otros bebidas mientras esperas por el producto. De las mejores marcas de ropa en la gama alta y de lujo en la actualidad.

I think it was too cheap. You guys may rethink the prices and maybe try to make a little more proffit. The staff was great and i liked the smell of new shoes

We had to wait over 15 mins to get assistance. The staff have expressed their apologies many times but this wasn't acceptable for me. When visiting Burberry I am expecting the great Burberry standards in customer service. (Note: the store want crowded and the staff were hanging in the front while we were in the mail sector waiting for someone to show and offer help)
