Cola afuera para entrar y una vez dentro, todavía había cola y tuve que hacer cola nuevamente. ¡Salí inmediatamente! ¡Podría haberme informado y no habría perdido media hora!

Tuve una experiencia muy agradable comprando con mi familia en la sucursal de Barcelona. Luis, nuestro asociado de ventas, fue absolutamente increíble, hizo todo lo posible para encontrar los artículos que necesitábamos en el corto período que teníamos en Barcelona. Incluso nos dio excelentes recomendaciones sobre lugares para visitar en mi viaje a Portugal (su país de origen) después de mi visita a Barcelona. Espero poder volver a trabajar con Luis el próximo año cuando regrese.

Nos atendió una persona llamada Luis.
Había servicio de bebidas, pudiendo elegir entre champán, agua, Coca-Cola, etc.
Lentamente me explicó y me mostró los productos que le interesaban, como los bolsos, que suelen estar agotados en las tiendas japonesas.
Cuando hice preguntas sobre cosas que me preocupaban, como cómo solicitar la exención de impuestos, me respondieron cuidadosamente, lo cual estoy muy agradecido.

Very disrespectful attitude towards customers. Queue at the entrance, queue in the store and at the same time allowed other customers out of turn. We're gone.

The store itself is beautiful but our sales assistant was rude and overall made us feel rushed through the whole purchase.
We came looking for a belt for my sister. We had to wait outside in a line and then inside again in a line for a total of 20 minutes, which is very typical of luxury brands so we expected this. Once we were let in we could browse but would have to wait for a sales assistant. Unfortunately, the belts were not on display so we would have to wait. After walking around the store then sitting on the couch for about 20-30 minutes, a sales associate became available.
I showed him the picture of the belt my sister had sent. The sales associate brought the belt out and we noticed it appeared quite wide and asked to look at other styles. On FaceTime with my sister (and I made a point to have her volume very quiet and kept the phone by my ear when talking so as to not be disruptive), I tried to show her the other belts available. The sales associate informed us we would have to take a picture because he had to shut the closet, not once offering to take some out for us so that we can continue to compare in person. Feeling like we couldn’t be sure of any other belt through photos and feeling rushed, my sister decided to go with the one she originally sent.
Unfortunately on our part, we did not know that the sizing on belts were so specific so we wanted to make sure it would fit her. At this point the sales associate says, “have we made a decision? There’s lots of people waiting. ” As if we also hadn’t waited about an hour to be assisted. Furthermore, there were other customers around us that had spent significantly more time and did not seemed to be rushed by their sales associates. I explained that we just wanted to be sure of the length. He then said “you can trade it in China if it doesn’t fit. ” I replied we were from a smaller town in the US, since we would likely have to travel to NYC for an exchange (however since looking at other reviews and noticing other Asian-appearing customers making similar complaints about the service I have to wonder if race at all played into our treatment).
Our sales associate became visibly annoyed, which made us all the more rushed and confused. When I asked if he could bring out the size up, he said it will probably be too big. I explained that my sister’s waist is slightly larger than mine. To which he responded that I still had room (only 1 extra hole). At this point, we were also having to return to our hotel before leaving for our flight, so we decided to just buy the belt and, if need be, wait until our next trip to NYC to make an exchange.
It was only when we said we were ready to check out that the sales associate showed any politeness. I felt a massive headache coming on from the confusion and stress of being so rushed and asked for water, when I realized that while waiting I had noticed several customers be offered something to drink at the beginning of their interaction and we had not.
If we hadn’t needed to catch a flight, I probably would’ve gone to another location as the more rushed we were, the more our minds seemed to muddle. I left with a massive headache and possibly the extra task of having to travel to NYC to make an exchange for a correct belt size.

Maria Cuni is our favorite. Maria is the reason we visit Loewe in Barcelona every year. If you have her as your sales person, you are in luck! Really every staff member who works there is super friendly and knowledgeable. The clothing collection isn’t too impressive. I recommend visiting right after a new collection is out otherwise they may not have the piece you want in your size. The store is so pretty. Expect a line outside if you go during the weekend. However, if you have a sales person and make an appointment ahead you can skip the line.

Worst customer experience ever! Shop empty … staff wandering around doing nothing …. Going there is not a privilege and waiting so long to buy one article is just ridiculous

The staff just doesn’t care about you
I wanted to get a belt, since it’s not on display you have to wait for the staff
After waiting for more than 10 minutes to get a sales associate it’s like whatever

I unfortunately was subject to ethnic profiling at this store today. Individually no one meant malice-however, collectively their lack of training and follow through led to me to be not tended to and treated poorly. I was saddened to see this with a Spanish brand in Spain where it’s keystone brands are for all people.

Experiencia Sinigual.
El primer contacto es agradable, siempre hay una persona en la puerta que te abre, dándote la bienvenida, todo de forma cordial y con una amabilidad sin precedentes. En mi caso, la persona que había en el hall fué "Lluc", agradable y profesional, veló por el bienestar de todos los presentes, al ser un sitio de lujo hay que respetar unos límites de personal, ya que te atienden de forma individualizada, por eso hay que seguir una "queue" para poder acceder. Fuí a por un regalo, el vendedor especializado Loewe "Marquele", si me equivoco lo siento, pero la atención fue excelente, resolviendo las dudas y siempre con una expresión amigable y risueña, atento a mis peticiones y consiguiendo que mi experiencia de compra acabara siendo todo lo positiva que cupiera ser. Muchísimas gracias a todo el equipo, ya que no puede preguntar el nombre de todos, había un chico con una pigmentación de piel más oscura, que dirigió y ordenó a los vendedores que me atendieran con más fluidez, ya que mi intención era comprar algo en específico, pues este chico en todo momento fué super atento y añadió ese punto extra que, sin duda, me llevarán a repetir esta experiencia.
Por otro lado el sitio a nivel arquitectónico es impresionante, solo el hecho de ver la composición y el cuidado que han tenido en escoger los detalles, realmente demuestra que es una marca en busca de la experiencia única con todo lujo de detalles.

After waiting 1 hour on the line, they did not accept more customer to buy (30 minutes before the closing time!). This is not acceptable for a brand like Loewe. They let all people waiting on the line just to create good expectation and image on the street and later on 30 min before closing time they inform one by one all customers on the queue that they will not be able to attend more people. Why they don’t inform before or they put a wallpaper informing so people don’t loose their time? I will never buy again in this Barcelona Loewe store.

Had to wait in a queue to enter the shop, then wait inside the shop to get registered for an shop assistant, then had to wait for the assistant to come take care of me just to learn about the prices (as they are not shown in the shop, so you need to ask about every single item separately), just to learn that since I knew already what I wanted, I could go down to a fast checkout downstairs. So I did, had to wait again - just to learn that the product that I wanted is not available (in that shop) despite being displayed on the shelf/merchandised.
So if you don't want to have your time (50min!) wasted, do not go to that shop! Worst experience ever for a brand that targets clients of whom the time is even more precious that their products:). Not a clever strategy.
Their corners at galleries both in Spain and abroad, are much better handled.
I'm giving 2 stars instead of just one, because the staff was of course nice.

Muy buen trato, hicimos una cola de espera para entrar de unos 20 minutos aprox. Un viernes, todo eran turistas.
Ambiente muy cómodo y agradable para hacer las compras.
Volveremos, eso sí, avisando previamente al asesor.

Gorgeous store. Love the exterior architecture and the interior vibe.
Obnoxious in it's attitude towards shopping and customers.
Queue to enter, then a queue to actually shop for an extremely sparse and underwhelming collection.
Only one size and piece on the floor; which in turn requires you to be assisted by one of the many associates who have an intentional air of superiority.
Some nice men's pieces, but overall I'd recommend using your time to visit other establishments with a slightly more humble approach to shopping.

Elisabet is the best salesperson in the world!
She is so nice and warm. Wonderful shopping experience in Barcelona. Everything is perfect especially staff.
