I called to know when would I receive my results and the guy who answered the phone (after 2 hours trying to get the line) was rude and arrogant, he probably thinks he's the only busy person in this world. The center should avoid suggest calling a number if they have no capability to manage the customer care. Deplorable service.

UPDATE: it's been 3 weeks since they received my blood samples and still no results (usually other laboratories take max 10 days to send you the results of this tests). Shame on you!

Wanted to leave a review since a lot of the negative ones don't seem accurate.

I needed a Covid test for a flight the next day. I'd reserved an appointment for a "morning" test through Turo Park, and showed up around 8: 45am on a Saturday. There were only a few people in line ahead of me, and people were tested as they arrived, whether they had an appointment or not.

There were two people working at the front desk, and one spoke English fluently. The nurse who administered my test didn't, but that's no problem. The rapid test wasn't forceful either, it didn't feel like the nurse was trying to reach my brain with the swab.

I think the entire experience took about 45 minutes, and although they don't email you when results are ready, I checked three hours later and the results were on their website. Everyone was very kind and professional. 5/5.

Sigo esperando el resultado de una analítica URGENTE que va con retraso. Ni están los resultados en la web, ni contestan al teléfono, ni contestan al mail. Un servicio absolutamente lamentable.

Nous sommes arrivé tôt (avant l'ouverture) avons été pris avant l'ouverture prévu et sommes repassé 1h30 plus tard et nos résultats étaient imprimé. Accueil très agréable avec quelques personnes qui parlent français.

The 5 stars are not unintentional or an exaggeration. I had the best experience in this Laboratori. I didn't expect in these chaotic times for everything to go smooth, instead it went beyond expectations. The personnel speaks English and French, they are professional and kind, furthermore I was checked in by a short blond wavy hair nurse that went way beyond her duty helping me with issue with my private insurance.
It is tangible that here they work hard.

Un desastre total! Falta de respeto y profesionalidad.
Me sacaron sangre para dos analíticas me pareció poca para tantas pruebas que pedían. Se lo comenté a la enfermera y me dijo que era suficiente.
Llamé después de más de 15 días y dijeron que faltaban algunos que tardaban más días. Los necesitaba para una consulta con la endocrina, volvi a llamar para recogerlos y me informaron de que necesitaban más sangre?
Me hicieron la extracción hace más de 15 días y aún no están.
Evidentemente anule la visita y no sé si los tendré para la próxima,

They did not spell my name correctly on my test results. And I insisted to make sure that it was correct. I am not very happy with their lack of attention to detail.

He quedado contento con el servicio. Todo ha sido perfecto. Muy profesionales y ágiles en su trabajo. Lo recomiendo!

Absolute joke. They charge you 110 euros to stand in line in the boiling heat for 40 minutes. May I remind you that a PCR test takes all of 5 seconds to do. Appealing. Avoid.

APPOINTMENTS AREN'T REAL.
I booked my appointment for 9: 40am through their website & received a confirmation email. When I arrived at 9: 25, the queue went around the whole block. At reception they said they DO NOT take appointments and everyone has to queue.

La organización que tienen es un desastre. Aunque vienes con cita previa hay que espera muchísimo, estás fuera en el calor al mediodía.

50€ le test antigénique "rapide": 2h15 d'attente, 2 personnes à l'accueil et 1 pour faire les tests.

For all the tourists. We came here from Czechia and we were a bit sceptical after reading all those reviews. Please note that there is absolutely no reason to be worried. Stuff speaks English and results came 20 minutes after testing. No problem at all. Smooth process. Expensive but fast and reliable. Hope that will calm you a bit:)

Muy contenta con la gestión y con el trato. Ahora se forman muchas colas pero el ritmo es bueno.

They tried to be helpful. They did my antigen test even without reservation because yesterday I had the flight in the evening. As per Marc Figueras my result was not accessible on the web and they were not reachable on the phone.
I should wait 20 minutes for the printed copy)
Fortunately I could do the test at the airport, buy I wasted 50€ cash. So no possibilty for a refund. And please, if you will ever ready this review, send me the invoice for the 50€ to my email address as we agreed. Thanks

I needed a PCR test urgently for my son and they were very helpful. Very professional and they really understood my urgency, and staff very friendly and helpful.

Terrible Do Not Use them!
Had 10am appointment and no one knows what’s going go. Stood inline and had email my schedule to them. No one spoke English and they just didn’t care!

Our experience last Sunday with Coll Garces in Rocafort has been terrible.

My partner and I booked an appointment in advance for the rapid antigen tests, but had to wait in line outside for more than 1.5 hours.   It seems that the staff put in no effort to respect the reservations made and plenty of people without reservations were seen before us.    When we got inside and finally got tested we were told the results would be complete within 20 mins (due to it being a rapid antigen test) and sent through the laboratory's website in the next 1 or 2 hours.   After checking multiple times 2 hours later and seeing that the results were still not appearing on the website we went back to the laboratory only to find that it was now closed.   We were never warned that if the laboratory closed before completing our results that we would have to wait the next day and the staff happily charged us 100 Euros for the two tests.   We never received the test results and since our flight was on the same day in the evening, we were forced to spend the rest of our day searching for a different laboratory and had to pay an additional 100 Euros to complete the same set of tests.   In this case, the laboratory was much more professional and provided us with our results within 15 minutes.

After waiting in line for almost 2 hours which was caused because of bad organisation in the center itself, my girlfriend and I didn't get our results in time so we missed our flight, worst place to go by far.
