The process was smooth. The staff speaks English and French. We planned for this ahead and paid online and while waiting outside sent an email with the confirmation (everything is written on the entrance door). We had an appointment for specific time and didn't have any problem. The testing itself was a bit insensitive but nothing to worry about. We didn't get our results via sms as the staff stated. Instead we checked after 3 hours the website and the results were there. All in all fine, we went on Friday afternoon and the flight was Sunday morning. Don't worry, it's not as bad as it seems in the reviews.

2h de espera. Muy mala gestión ante la cantidad de gente que va a hacerse análisis. No distinguen entre personas que van a hacerse PCR de las personas que van por analítica normal. Me parece una falta de respeto que no priméis a las personas que van por necesidad antes que los turistas.

Rápidos y muy profesionales. A pesar del alto nivel de pruebas de Covid, te atienden muy amablemente.

El personal molt amable però 1h 40min per fer el test tot i tenir cita prèvia. Cita que no serveix per res perquè la cua és la mateixa per tothom. Lamentable.

UNRELIABLE DON'T USE THEM
I did my antigen test at 11am today after waiting for 30 min (doesn't matter if you pre-book), they said I could check the results in 20 min on their online portal. It´s ben 2 hours and still no results and I'm not going to be able to board my flight to London
I would like the following please in the response:
- a full refund on my card
- an explanation of what went wrong
- a public apology for your serious shortcomings

The time of the reservation does not matter as there was a long line outside that was moving very slowly. If you're planning to take the test here before the flight you have to plan ahead accordingly.
