They dont let us to report robbery (or make it really difficult) so they can make up statistics and pretend that there is no robbery in this city.

All the officers (inside and out) were super friendly and helpful. I had my bag stolen at the train station last night, I came into the police station to report it at 9: 30am this morning and to my surprise I didn't have to wait long at all. I had a report written up by 11am. I read a lot of bad review for the police station near Glories. So glad I came here instead!

Da pena, una servicio fatal, están allí un montón de personas esperando poner una denuncia por ROBO y ellos casi que se ríen en tu cara, por qué es así todos los días del año, hay argelinos robando en el barrio del borne y gótico como si esto es Disney, un juego de niños, por qué los señores policías van en sus motos eléctricas y sus coches con aire acondicionado y no hacen nada de nada, es más, te dicen que si le quieres dar ostias ellos no dirán nada, que así como entran salen. QUE PENA DAN y tantos impuestos se van en un servicio pésimo!

I came across a young woman in the early morning hours who had been robbed of her phone and wallet and was extremely scared. I helped her walk to the police station as she had sprained her ankle. When we got there they told me to take her to the hospital since she had been drinking. I was so disappointed with their lack of care and compassion for a young woman who was in desperate need of help and assistance.

Llevo 2 denuncias en 4 meses que llevo en Barcelona por el nivel de delincuencia que tiene esta ciudad tan alto. Las denuncias aquí por lo que he visto no sirven para nada, aunque des muchísimos datos y hasta cámaras en frente de los hechos. Es demasiado frustrante.

Los recepcionistas fueron amables y eficientes. Yo esperé una hora mas o menos. La denucia se hecho en una manera profesional y apropiada.
El policía era caballeresco, educado y guapo - estaba escuchando atentamente y con cariño.iNo podía preguntar por más, yo le doy un 20 de 10!

Lamentablemente en el pasado, he sido t estigo al brutalidad policial - ​​creo que es importante que el policía hacen mas á garantizar que la aplicación de la ley sea pacífica, justa y no discriminatoria en todas las ocasiones.

Receptionists were kind and efficient. The average waiting time was less than 1 hour however I waited slightly longer; as they had organised for me to see an English speaking police officer for my convenience, he was chivalrous, polite and worth the wait.

I came to report a theft, he filed the police report accurately and eloquently. When I spoke about the emotional impact of the crime, he became sympathetic and emotionally supportive, listening attentively yet remaing non judgemental. I was impressed beyond words.

However in the past, I have witnessed discriminatory police brutality in Barcelona; more can be done to ensure law enforcement is always peaceful, fair and non-discriminatory.

Got mugged and came here for help only for these ppl to make fun of me in spanish.little did these MORONS know I could completely understand what they were saying. They did not help me and told me to come back tomorrow. When I did, they told me to come back the next day, which is today. I waited in the waiting room for four and a half hours and they did not help me. Complete idiots.

I thought that being robbed in Barcelona would be the most traumatic experience of my holiday, but no, my time at this police station was. Having spent over 8 hours here trying to report a robbery I lost faith in modern human civilization. How a place so essential can be so inefficient baffles the mind.

Employ more people if your city is so riddled with crime.

Barcelona is an extremely dangerous city, the police does not seem to care. Our apartment was broken-into during NYE and everything was stolen. The police did not even bother to come and take fingerprints and blood samples (thief cut his hand when he broke the window). We ended-up washing everything and going on with our lives. Can't wait to LEAVE!

Buenos policias. Son muy amables y profesionales. La pena es que la Generalitat no les destine mas recursos y asi puedan ser mas eficientes.

Llevo dos horas y cuarto esperando en la salita de espera, para formular mi denuncia por robo (somos 4 en la sala). Mucho policia haciendo el cigarrillo fuera, haciendo corrillos de 2 o 3. Una vergüenza. La atención muy empatica y educada eso si.

I have just visited this police station as I needed to request a police report (Denuncia) and the two police officers did not let me in as I said I do not speak Spanish perfectly.

Yo necesito una denuncia. No, no puedo llegar mas tarde. Porque? Porque tengo trabajo.

I told them I would still like to go in and give it a try as I need that police report. They started testing my Spanish at the door and told me to come back after 10am - despite telling them on multiple occasions in English and Spanish that I cannot. Thank you for protecting foreign speaking citizens of Barcelona equally and for not even letting me go in without an advanced Spanish exam (what happens when there is trouble in the morning, only Spanish people are being helped out? !) Really disappointed.

Très mauvais accueil de la part de ces policiers qui m'ont mis 25e d'amende pour un ptit feu rouge de grillé à vélo pourtant sans danger. Police partout justice nulle part

Una vergüenza de lugar, con gente sin ganas de trabajar, se quejan de todo y lo peor es que viven del estado y no hacen su trabajo, mediocres!
