Hotel muy elegante y confortable, con el mejor servicio que he tenido en mi vida. Definitivamente me quedaré aquí de nuevo.

Estuvimos por la tarde en la terraza interior del hotel. Muy agradable, el servicio muy bueno, y con poca gente.

Una fantàstica experiència. L'edifici té molta història i s'han conservat molts elements originals. Elegant, càl.lid, l'estilisme e interiorisme és realment magnífic. Hem dinat a la terrassa. Tot molt bo. Les postres les hem fet dins, feia fresca fora. Ens ha atès Denissa, molt atenta, amable i prodçfessional. Hem gaudit de la calma i tranquil.litat d'un lloc preciós. The hotel rooms are not worth the price. We had no clean towels, no shower gel … the room dirty … the location is good.

No está mal, pero la atención de los camareros podría mejorar.van muy lentos, súper fríos y distantes con los clientes.

Seriously overrated. Expensive small noisy soulless rooms with damp sheets and a lousy shower. Easy to find something nicer around.

The staff is terrible. Someone walked into my room without knocking, while I was completely naked, around 9: 30am? The staff sort of apologized, after I followed up with them about my complaint. They offered a small, small discount and I asked for more, the manager said she would 'ask her boss and email me' - it's almost a week later and they haven't emailed me.

The restaurant has decent quality food, but the service is just so, so slow and inattentive. I ordered the Iberic ham which was good. They should have brought olive oil with it but didn't. I also ordered their vegetable dish, I didn't expect it to be an asian style/soy sauce dish, it was fine but would have preferred if that were clearer on the menu, aswould have ordered something more local.

They completely forgot about me after the first two courses. I had finished my wine and a date had joined me for drinks (20 minutes after I had finished eating) and in that time, no one came to clear the last dish off my table or offer me another drink or ask if I wanted dessert. Then, it was so hard to get someone's attention to order drinks. When we finally got someone's attention, they took our order, it took forever for the drinks to come and they didn't let me taste the wine as they had earlier in the evening (I decided to try a new wine, I ended up not liking it and simply had to order another glass of what I was ordering at dinner).

The hotel is decent for walkability and aesthetics. It's pretty and the food was decent quality, I'll give them that.

Un lugar hermoso y tranquilo donde las personas pueden disfrutar de una excelente calidad de servicio.

Edificio con historia, decoración espléndida, una de las terrazas más bonitas de Barcelona. Cogimos el menú a 28€: todo muy bien. Personal amable y buen servicio.

This place might have the most architecturally stunning interior I’ve ever experienced. We usually stay at Casa Bonay down the street (also amazing) but decided to ball out this week. This is a true 5 star hotel. The pool on the roof is small and only has 5 loungers, but its a godsend after a day walking around. The library / breakfast room on floor is the best room in the place, great if you need to crank out some work or meet a friend for coffee.

My only complaint, and it’s an important one, is that the music is terrible. For such a hip environment I would expect a highly curated playlist of equally hip tracks… instead it sounds like a mix of elevator music and poolside at the retirement home. Lots of cheesy jazz and adult contemporary covers. C’mon guys you’ve nearly nailed it! Go check out Casa Bonay for good music (and natural wine).

This is still my favorite hotel in Barcelona … if not the world. Amazing history translates into painted ceilings and original floors. It was incredibly nice to be back!

El ambiente y la decoración del hotel encontadores, el personal del hotel muy atento. Desayuno perfecto.

What an amazing experience!

The reception and check-in was impressive. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The building is simply stunning and the rooms are great. Expecially the beds, pillows and sheets are from the best materials available. The restaurant (we had dinner and breakfast) is very good and there is a lot to choose from, especially the breakfast. There is a valet service which made our stay extra special since we use a rental car to drive to the beach in the morning. Upon departure we found bottles of cool water in our car with a little card and a cotton ball on a piece of wood (signature of the hotel) which made our departure a little less painful. We will definitely go back to the Cotton House! Oh and I forgot to mention the rooftop pool with cosy bar

Este es un buen hotel en el centro de Barcelona. Está ubicado a pocas esquinas de Paseo de Gracia.
El trato por parte del personal es correcto, es un ambiente joven y distendido. Tienen una terraza muy agradable en la parte baja, y una zona de piscina algo limitada en la parte alta del edificio del hotel. Las habitaciones están muy bien estructuradas y son muy cómodas.

Precioso.tranquila terraza con buena distancia de seguridad entre mesas.
Tapas y bebidas excelentes. Muy buen servicio.
Precio alto.
Hay que visitarlo aunque sea solo por una vez.

Some friends of ours took us to this beautiful terrace of this hotel where we had a great breakfast. We immediately felt at ease because they welcomed us and made us serve by a waitress who oarlava Italian. Pastries and jams, various types of bread, jams, all kinds of cold cuts delicious Iberian ham, good both the cappuccino and the coffee.

Great spot in Barcelona. One of the places not to miss both as a tourist (fantastic rooms) and as a local for a drink in the garden with friends. The food is not at the core of the experience, but menu prices reflect that. You’ll love the interior design, it’s spectacular, there’s also a peculiar scent to the place, it smells great!

Me pareció excelente por todo, célebre el día de mi boda, el espacio, pues eso Lázaro, sin más. Pero tuve la suerte de que la responsable de el evento, fue una tal Esther, no tengo palabras, gran profesional. Gracias a todo el equipo, pero especialmente, Mil gracias Esther

Lloc molt agradable. Decoració molt adient amb l'estrctura i antiguitat de l'edifici.
Personal molt eficient i amable.

Solo disfrutamos de su restaurante, y la experiencia fué muy grata. Todo estupendo, la atención, la carta y el servicio. Volvermos.
