Reyes, the guy helping with our suit cases went above and beyond to make it perfect. Sarah, at the front desk, sweet, profesional and anticipated our needs at every turn. Every person that we had an interaction with, at any time, day or night at the front desk were Superb. Food and accommodations were fenomenal, which doesn’t hurt. Won’t stay anywhere else when back in Barcelona.
Un hotel muy precioso, en cada rincón unas obras de arte. Las vitrinas con antiguos documentos y tela de algodón son impresionantes, el jardín con sus plantas y sus mesitas de madera, sillas y butacas y un atmósfera chill out encantadores.
La cocina y el restaurante verdaderamente elegantes con óptimos platos.
Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de una amiga y lo pasamos genial.
Por supuesto todo el personal, los camareros como los recepcionistas muy amables y súper profesionales.
Genial para parejas como pasarse un fin de semana tranquilo, como hotel o solo como una cena romántica.

Un sitio maravilloso, pero tardan en servir, en atender y dan prioridad a los extranjeros. Falta más agilidad y servicio rápido.
Sin duda es uno de los Hoteles más extraordinarios de la ciudad y de mis preferidos del mundo.

Lovely hotel. Extremely slow service, butvthe staff are really trying hard. I believe covid makes the operations a bit more difficult, so as long as you are willing not to stress the small stuff, this is the place to be.
I love the location, they accepted my dog for the stay and they have a fantastic almond milk. Wish the chef was little bit more flexible on vegan food.
El sitio es muy bonito, tiene una decoración exquisita. Al entrar parece que tiene poca iluminación al subir las escaleras imperiales de la entrada, pero forma parte de su encanto. Yo hablaré del restaurante que es lo que he probado, no de la estancia en el hotel.
Tiene un menú ejecutivo por unos 28 euros, a parte de también carta, el cual no está mal. Dispone de 2 primero, 2 segundos y 3 postres, a elegir uno en cada opción.
La comida está muy bien cocinada. Tiene muy buen gusto además de una presentación impoluta. Pero para mi, ponen poca cantidad, sobretodo el primero. Pero eso ya es una opinión personal mía.
También disponen de una terraza muy bien diseñada donde poder comer o tomar algo mientras se disfruta del buen clima de Barcelona.
Absolutely stunning decor at first glance. However, the closer you look and the longer you’re there, the more it feels just like a movie set. The finishes are sloppy, in my bathroom you could even read “registro” written in large letters behind the wallpaper.
The shower water pressure goes from super strong to a couple drops without you doing anything (plumbing issues, I guess?) and they had a lot of broken furniture around, including a pool umbrella held together with duct tape. Rather than offer single bottles of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner, they provide three big bottles, stuck to the shower wall, which they apparently don’t fill up after each guest, I had no shower gel at all. The beds were not well made, the bottom sheets fell out of place as soon as you pulled the duvet to one side.
The staff was pretentious, especially at the restaurant, treating me (young woman in jeans) differently from men in suits, which was quite disappointing.
All in all, nice place to visit, maybe for lunch or something, but the hotel rooms are not worth the price.

Disgusted with the level of cleanliness. Found lipstick stain on the sheets on the morning of checkout, the lipstick stained section was tucked under the bed so didn't see this on check-in. None of us that stayed wears lipstick. Maybe the sheets were not laundered, or room service accidentally left it there when cleaning the room. Ew.
