¡Estaba delicioso incluso para los gustos coreanos! Los camareros fueron amables, pero la comida llegó muy tarde. Quería comer postre, pero pensé que sería tarde, así que me di por vencido y me fui. El interior del restaurante es muy pequeño. La comida sabía bien, pero el El restaurante dejaba mucho que desear.

Esto fue un engaño, la comida obviamente estaba congelada (gyozas) se podía ver que las llevaban al congelador en una bolsa que puedes comprar tú mismo en cualquier supermercado, mala atención y servicio.

Cocina elaborada al momento, un deleite para la vista, el olfato y el paladar. ¡El lugar es acogedor y decorado con estilo!

Le restaurant proposait également 2 woks et des Mochi glacés qui n'étaient pas à la carte, donc n'hésitez pas à demander s'il n'y a pas des plats /desserts du jour!

So glad we found this little gem of a wine bar/tapas just around the corner from our hotel. Claire was a beautiful host and the food is amazing.

La nostra experiència en "El Doble" ha sigut diferent, única. Com quan vas a un museu i trobes combinades diferents idees i cultures. És un restaurant fusió amb molta personalitat. Les croquetes de shiitaake i misho espectaculars! El cebiche "El Doble", refrescant, intens i original: un cebitche atípic però un plaer pel paladar. Els monchis tapioca de mango amb maduixa, increíbles.la beguda de gingebre, llimona i menta combina molt bé i saníssima! I el tè verd japonès autèntic. Lo millor, la Claire! Molt amable i simpàtica! High rating from me, really good food. Liked the dumplings and Aperol spritz. They had a lot to give, small place, minimalistic, but cozy.
Try it out, we went there by coincidence but it was great.

Lugar acogedor y pequeño. La cocina es abierta y muy limpia (aunque hay bastante olor a comida, detalle que me hizo pensar en darle 4 estrellas en vez de 5)
La atención de la chica francesa fue muy buena, no se si era la dueña pero lo parecía.
La comida muy rica, probamos gyosas vegetarianas, croquetas de setas, los Chips de yuka y el arroz frito.
Tienen vinos de España o Francia, la sugerencia estuvo muy bien
Gastamos unos 65€ con la botella de vino. El precio es acorde.

Fantàstico. Ambiente, servicio, Comida. Todo de excelente Calidad. No esperas vivir esta experiencia cuando llegas por la sencilles del local pero viví un Waooo

The place is extremely cosy (try your luck asking for a small table upstairs).

Don’t worry, no matter what will your choice be, you will be surprised. Forget any taste you know: you are here to discover. Each dish has its own story, a mix of flavours you have yet to discover.

The chef has a poetic description ready for each dish: there is definitely art in what he does.

If you have never been here, give it a try. Let them surprise you.

This is the kind of place you hope to find in the old city of Barcelona. Fabulous food, owner serving as hostess and waitress (she is delightful and speaks multiple languages beautifully), and a fun atmosphere in a very tiny space. Delicious Asian menu, small plates to share. We had a bottle of cava, spring rolls, curry, and ceviche — all wonderful. Thank you, Claire!

Spectacular in every single detail, a religious experience in the making. Wholesome Asian fusion venue with a fun and welcoming staff, it’s a journey from start to finish. We’ll be back!

El Doble came into my hemisphere by mere chance. And am I glad it did. A true pleasure of experiencing great food, amazing service, and ambience. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for something special. The music, the lighting, the hospitality, and delicious food. Every dish was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor, from the, spring rolls, the edamame hummus, to the croquettes, and the Pad Thai.
Valentina, our server was attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. We felt like we were part of the family, which made the experience even better.
I also appreciated that they were willing to accommodate our dietary restrictions by changing the ingredients in the Pad Thai to make it vegan friendly, and might I say, it tasted so yummy.

Living here in Barcelona, I have had the pleasure of visiting many great places, but El Doble is my new favorite place.and I will go back every chance I get. I want to thank Valentina, Sarah, and the amazing owner Claire. Thank you Claire for the music, the vibe, the attention to detail, the beautifully tasty food, and your kindness for making us feel like part of your family which happens to be this oasis of enjoyment. Best Thai green curry! I love coming to Claire’s bar to try her menu, the food is fresh and very tasty, they have a great wine selection and the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing.
You feel at home!
