He anat al restaurant Amar. Cuina fantástica i tracte exquisit.
Molt recomenable al menú del migdia.

La mejor estancia en un hotel, el conserje fue particularmente genial. La habitación es fantástica, un hermoso edificio de estilo antiguo. Tuve una experiencia maravillosa.

Muy confortable comida muy bueno copas escelente y abajo se puede fumar puros tien de todos

Ayer estuve en el Bluesman programa de la noche Nika Mills y Dj Vins, el show de ambos ha sido muy muy bueno, no he parado de bailar y cantar, excelente la coctelería y el servicio en sala. Ha sido una noche especial. Nos vemos pronto Palace!

Increible hotel en el corazon de Barcelona eso si, si buscais precios baratos no es el sitio pero en esta vida el que quiere calidad sabe que tiene un precio! La atencion de 10 y la calidad de la comida excelente! Un lugar de lujo

Abans hotel Ritz. Et transporta el glamour dels anys 70. Si van hospedar il·lustres personatges, Cugat per exemple.

Hotel señorial que te transporta a la exquisitez y elegancia que nos encanta.
Restaurante Amar todo un descubrimiento, Pablo nos atendió con mucho esmero y educación, las ostras exquisitas.
Rooftopbar unas vistas impresionantes y todo lo que probamos de la carta, de 10.
Lugar idílico al que volveré sin lugar a dudas.
Bravo!

Me alojo muchas veces en hoteles de 5 estrellas y siempre disfruto de los pequeños detalles y la historia que hay detrás de los lugares.este lugar es fantástico, las camas son de fuera de este planeta, el olor que sale del aire acondicionado y el servicio y la historia detrás del piano en el vestíbulo es súper agradable.
Definitivamente me volveré a quedar aquí

What a treat! Old world luxury brought yo the forefront brilliantly. Absolutely loved our stay - great breakfast room, rooftop bar, beautifully appointed rooms, great location, well trained staff.

Fuimos a tomar algo con unos amigos en la terraza del hotel hace muy poco. Nos atendió Miguel y, la verdad, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Además de tener mucho conocimiento sobre las bebidas que pedimos, nos trató de maravilla.
Repetiremos sin duda. Da gusto que te traten tan bien.

I don't normally post any comments on the internet. But i have to admit it was one of the best experiences we have ever had (we have traveled a lot so we are experienced in that matter with different types of hotels). Above all the staff was very friendly, helpful and competent. There was an unfortunate incident in our room (our laptop was searched and little damaged after we got to our room, supposedly during room cleaning). We reported the incident at once and the night shift staff was very polite and helpful. On the next day the assistant manager sir Pablo sat down with us and listened carefully to our complaint. He personally looked into our room and investigated everything and by the end of day he reported everything back to us and did really transparent and professionally. Beside that the room was perfect, the view was awesome, the cleaning staff clean the room in detail (they even fold your cloths when they are crumpled and untangle your earphone when it is tangled). The breakfast was one of the best. They serve you fast and always look if you need something, no matter how many guests are present. We had one of our best experiences in this hotel. It is near to center and you can enjoy your walk in 10-15 minutes (depend on your pace) into the center and La Ramla street. This hotel is specially for the ones who love “classis and elegant”. Highly recommend!

Para mí, el mejor hotel en el que hospedarse en Barcelona ahora mismo.
Obviamente hay aspectos que mejorar, pero el que fuera el Hotel Ritz de Barcelona sigue teniendo su clásico encanto. El servicio suele ser muy profesional. Jorge, el barman, es un auténtico profesional, y muy detallista.

Quiero hacer la reseña aunque no me he alojado en el hotel, hemos ido al spa, hemos ido en Brompton y patinete, nos han atendido de 10 y nos han guardado en una sala, tanto la bici como el patinet, siempre me gusta mencionar estas cosas!

I am here for 8 days. I made a reservation for a single room. When I got here this is what it is. There is only one of these rooms on each floor. It most likely was the broom closet converted.windows are fogged up so there is no view and totally claustrophobic.only 2 pillows on the bed and they're like paper napkins. I am told if I want to upgrade the price differwnce is so high. BEWARE of the single room It is AWFUL! I am a diamond member with hilton and a platinum traveler and I am utterly disappointed.

Great staff, beautiful view from rooms, restaurants and bars and spacious, well designed rooms. This hotel was the old Ritz, built in 1919 and it shows. Definitely a five star stay.

Estuvimos anoche en la terraza del hotel, tomando un cóctel, el trato del camarero Miguel fue excelente y el lugar casi mágico. Sin lugar a dudas, repetiremos.

Excelente experiencia visual y culinaria. Fuimos para celebrar un aniversario y desde el momento 0 todo resultó muy grato. Con Oliver coordine la reserva y fue sumamente atento, realmente hizo que la organización sea fácil y me pudiese desligar del asunto.
Luego en la terraza está hermosa! Tiene unas vistas impresionantes, la decoración y la atención un sueño.
En la comida la atención de Giussepe si no mal no recuerdo fue excelente! Sumamente atento, conociendo toda la carta, aconsejándonos con los platos, etc. La verdad que muy grato todo!
Con respecto a la comida exquisito todo, la atención de los mozos.

We had a incredible stay at the hotel - the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms airy and immaculate with the comfiest beds, the food was really delicious, the breakfast upstairs on the terrace was a beautiful start to every day. The hotel is ideally located for those exploring the city. I would highly recommended this Barcelona institution!

Ahir em van acollir per la sessió de cinema a l'aire lliure. Cocktail + pel.licula + crispetes + tumbona 25€. Pot semblar car però no ho és gens. El cocktail era de molt bona qualitat i l'atenció ideal. Ja vaig vindre pel p-tardeo però el cine no me'l volia perdre. Repetiré de nou!
