What a terrific class! Our chef Gabriel was excellent and we had a great time as a group of four. There was hands on time and plenty of downtime for relaxing with a plentiful amount of sangria. It was easy to meet and mingle with the other students as well. I feel 100% ready to make this dish on my own.
