The work efficiency here is supppperrrr slowwwww! Every time we are waiting for something to be brought from the back storage, it’s always 30 mins wait, and then, we exploring and bought something we don’t really need. And then another waiting circle.

Vine a las 19.43 de domingo y contrariamente al horario escrito aquí la tienda ya está CERRADA. Muy mal.

Entré la otra tarde a preguntar por un bolso especial en piel. La dependienta que me atendió fue muy amable conmigo, hizo bien su trabajo y me enseñó además de ese otro también muy bonito. Me mostró la colección de tarjeteros y en definitiva no me puedo quejar de la atención al cliente recibida?

De la marca no tiene que hablar, todo es de alta calidad. Quiero agradecer a Oleg, quién nos atendió perfecto. Nos hemos sentido bienvenidos en todo momento, nos ofreció agua y café mientras buscaba algo para mi. Sabia de los anillos, relojes, corbatas y lentes de sol. Si todos fueron como Oleg, estuviéramos en un mundo mejor. Gracias Oleg, lo apreció mucho!

The staff were very friendly. Adriana Lina was my assistant. She was so lovely and helpful. She made me feel my value as a customer for Gucci.she is highly recommended to the other customers. I went for a specific product. But i bought more because the staff treatment. I felt free to ask about anything via WhatsApp.they made the shopping easier. I would love to come back again.

Servicio HORRIBLE. Dan prioridad, delante de tu cara y sin escrúpulos, a gente que saben que van a soltar más billetes que una misma. Iba con la idea de comprar lo que tenía en mente pero después del trato de esa vendedora, más de 15 minutos de espera para que llegase el producto del stock, y sirviendo champán a esos clientes que llegaron después de mi, me fui sin más. Prefiero comprar por Internet antes de que esa persona se lleve una comisión por mi venta. El personal, en general, es muy poco profesional.

Trato muy forzado y distante, no saben ser amables con naturalidad. Poca calidez. Estaría bien que hablaran también catalán, además de inglés, francés, japonés, chino, italiano, alemán, y castellano por supuesto. El catalán es, junto al castellano, lengua oficial en Cataluña y parece que no les interesen las ventas de los catalanes. Esnobismo en estado puro.

Shopped here many times and the staff is lovely. They’re quick to help and assist and always respond quickly via what’s app if I have a question about a product before arriving to the store. Cristina is my favorite and I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to shop here.

I visited here twice during my trip and both times I was met with really kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding staff. I am an extremely indecisive and picky person so I spent a lot of time trying on bags. Not once did I feel pressured to buy something. Would definitely come back!

To me they were very friendly. I came in eith sport clothes as I had a padel match before. Nevertheless, they treated me like a normal customer and offered me something to drink and a paper towel as it was very hot and I was sweating. Right after I entered the store they paid attention to me. I had a belt which I bought years back in Germany that Needed to be repaired and after one week I had it back repaired for free. I’m very satisfied and have nothing negative to tell.

I got a Gucci scarf (from Milano) and I wanted to change it for an other one in Barcelona. When I went to the shop, the receipt wasn’t enough for the change, the seller had to talk to the manager. I had to wait for that more then 20 minutes. The problem was it, that my husband-who bought the scarf hadn’t have a registration - had only the invoice. That shouldn’t be a problem, because I have a registration. Even so it was more then 40 minutes to change a scarf (for a show piece, because they didn’t have an original one). In this time they didn’t ask me to want to drink maybe a water or anything … that was a really low cost costumer service and I was disappointed in Gucci

Fabiola es sin duda lo mejor de la tienda! Si tienes la suerte de ir y que te atienda ella saldrás enamorad@! Los looks que te prepara son impresionantes. En todo momento percibes su buen gusto y su amor absoluto hacia la marca y hacia su trabajo. Absolutamente un 10 Fabiola!

Horrific customer service. Spain and more so Barcelona does not care one bit about service nor sales! Lazy, rude and disrespectful! Complaint in to Gucci Eu as this is unacceptable

Rude customer service. They are unprofessional and speak about you in their language, making you feel little. It should never be managers discretion to refund.

Wouldn’t go back to any Gucci Store.
