H10 debe educar a sus empleados sobre las normas fiscales municipales. Me cobraron el impuesto municipal por hijo de 12 años y le dije que los niños de 12 años no eran elegibles para la factura, pero terminé haciéndola pagar. Cancelé la estadía después de mostrarles las reglas escritas en el correo electrónico del hotel. A mi amigo le pasó lo mismo en casa mimosa. Nos encantó la habitación y la ubicación, pero nos decepcionó mucho el comedor de la azotea. Estamos en Barcelona, ​​así que esperaba auténtica comida española. H10 Madison is cozy and warm, the rooms are designed like something out of a Da Vinci sketch book. The combination of materials, colour and texture brings the spaces alive, books on shelves, candy to catch, wooden elevators and…. The cherry on top: the roof top, French Riviera like viewing the towers of the cathedral.

Clean, comfortable, great service, fantastic location and well-isolated from street noise.

Would I stay here again?
Yes! I would, and yes, I will!

The roof is perfect, amazing few, nice drinks and everything is good!
But we had a guy here, he is veryyy veryyy unfriendly!

We stayed at this hotel and we absolutely loved it. The staff were very nice and recommended goes places to eat for dinner. The rooftop is absolutely amazing with a great bar and beautiful view. The pool is nicely heated. The rooms are clean and had a very premium feel. Would hands down recommend and love to stay here again.

We didn’t stay in this hotel but hosted a welcome cocktail for our wedding guests in the rooftop terrace and everything was magnificent! Jordi Sánchez who is the event coordinator and sales manager was great at communicating with my wedding planner and the event was just perfect. The views, the food, the service everything was top notch!

Great hotel.amazing location.rooms are comfy n the service is amazing.one night a friend of ours was visiting us on the roof too bar n got stuck cause all the cabs were super busy n the curfew hit. Pedro from the front desk spent an hour n half to try n get him a cab even walking out to the street at 2 am to try n find him a cab.he eventually did get a cab fir us.that is service.the hotel also has an amazing roof top bar.great drinks great food n ofcourse great service… we will surely go back there.

Mejor hotel de Barcelona, lo recomiendo para gente con dinero dispuesto a gastarse una buena suma y pasárselo muy bien. I was a handyman 1/2 weeks before the pre-opening of the hotel, installing some curtains and polished gold-curtain holders. Highly recommended hotel to people that want quality over quantity

I don’t ever write reviews, but this was probably the best hotel experience I have had! I usually stay in Marriotts but opted for this Hotel when I found an amazing low rate online. Everything about my stay was perfect. The front desk staff were friendly and always helpful (I had many questions). They were easily able to coordinate tours/entry tickets, recommend an amazing restaurant for dinner, and sent up Cava and cake to my room for my birthday! The hotel was beautiful and in a perfect location, 5 minutes walk from pretty much everything I needed. The rooftop bar was the perfect place for an afternoon or evening drink and snack with beautiful views over the Cathedral and city and prices extremely reasonable. Thank you H10 Madison for a wonderful stay!
