Hotel Bernat II, Barcelona

Hemos estado 5 dias. Y todo perfecto. Con un niño de 1 y medio y otro con disminucion. Ningun problema. Todo correcto en habitaciones como comedor.

El diseny és actual i sense estridencies. La habitació té un tamany suficient tot i que el balcó és molt petit. El spa és petit com molts que he vist. Molta gent junta estarà incomode. El menjador és gran i ben distribuit. El esmorzar era correcte excepte per sibarites. Fora de temporada alta, el preu és molt competitiu. La wi-fi era insuficient i inexistent en hora punta (nit)

Sympathique hotel avec un personnel charmant, seul bémol c'est que le français est un peu oublier de par la traduction des affiches dans les animations etc.

A very nice place. I recommend it. Food was great. Every day cleaning and towels changing. One single complaint about the access to SPA. Even if is included in the accomodation price the access is granted just once during the stay.

Globalmente es un muy buen hotel cuatro estrellas en Calella con desayunos increíbles! Camas cómodas y spa muy agradable. Piscina grande aunque no la hemos probado. A pocos pasos de la playa. Único punto negativo el sistema de climatización de muy mala calidad, con control central en donde No puedes controlar la temperatura y la habitación era caliente.incluso la recepción. El suelo de la habitación no estaba del todo limpio al recibir la habitación.faltaba una mejor aspirada. Pero como digo en general estuvo muy pero muy buena experiencia

En nuestro caso usamos una de las salas de reuniones para hacer un evento y todo perfecto. Las instalaciones y el servicio muy bien. Si tuviese q poner un pero es que para hacer el pica a pica nos llevaron arriba al bar cuando justo delante de la sala hay un espacio perfecto y más íntimo para poderlo realizar. Sin duda lo recomendaría para hacer un evento.

Everything was great, I had all the meals and drinks included. The handling was very good and diversified, a lot of seafood in the menu. Staff of Note 10, very helpful and attentive to the needs of the clients. The hotel is very well positioned, 5 minutes from the beach. We will definitely come back.

I cancelled my reservation here, but the hotel charged me more than the cancellation fee to which I agreed (around 50% extra). And I had to argue and call a couple of times to get my money back. I don't know how good their hotel is, but they should fix their mistakes faster, just one email should be enough for them to take responsibility. However, since they did refund me eventually, I am giving 3 starts instead of 1 that I gave initially.

Pleasent hotel, with very good overall services, and with good schedule activities and entertainement for adults and kids. The spa is paid for one hour.
