Staff are very friendly and professional. Too cold to use the pool at this time of year but the spa makes up for that.

Très bien situé, et a la fois très calme (rare dans la zone), l'hotel est récent propre et confortable. Le personnel est fantastique, aimable, à l'écoute et sympa!

Super Location, excellent rooms and the vest rooftop pool. The staff is incredible and go all the way to make a customer happy. Big thank you to Miriam at the restaurant - her service is excellent and she is so kind! She knows exactly what you want and will make that happen

Ha sido una verdadera sorpresa; no sólo por el lugar en el que se encuentra, sino por su zona tan elitista de piscina y del spa.

Esmorzar espectacular (a destacar poder-se fer un bloody mary), personal molt amable. No li he posat 5 estrelles perquè a l'habitació 503 on hem estat hi ha alguns problemes d'humitats que no s'estan mantenint adequadament amb la pintura bufada i el paper desenganxat (veure fotos).

Chambre spacieuse (surclassement), hôtel très bien placé, à 5 minutes a pied de la rue des boutiques.
Personnel très sympa et SPA agréable.
Rien à dire. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Me ha encantado. Un fantástico nos han dado. Tienen 2 piscinas que son geniales para disfrutar y desconectar.

I had a wonderful stay with my boyfriend at this hotel. We enjoyed the pool, the rooms were always smelling good and clean, fantastic breakfast, the stuff was always helpful, the location was perfect. Thank you so much! Definitely see you soon again:)

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. La qualité du personnel y est pour beaucoup, très attentionné, soucis du détail (petit cadeau pour l’anniversaire de mon épouse ainsi qu’un petit lit et des gamelles pour notre chien) et prêt à tout pour satisfaire les clients.
Les locaux sont également très beaux, la piscine bien qu’un peu petite est très agréable tout comme la terrasse et le spa.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir! Merci encore

Great location in the middle of the Gothic Quarter. The hotel staff was friendly and each afternoon there's free pool side snacks. The facilities were modern and clean. Still the best part is the location and being walking distance to shopping, restaurants and attractions.

Das Hotel ist super! Die Lage ist top, das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und es gibt fast den ganzen Tag kostenlose Snacks (Sandwiches, frisches Obst, Kuchen, Salat, Suppe, Wraps etc.) und Getränke.

Je recommande vivement. Le personnel est très sympa, les chambres sont propres et la terrasse est top, en plus la situation de cet hôtel est vraiment pratique (quartier gothique)

We were four days in the hotel.super clean, great breakfast and the nicest staff you can imagine. Especially our Ruth from the breakfast room and Marco from the bar. Barcelona only in the Catalonia Magdalenes.

Hace aproximadamente dos semanas, mi esposo y yo estuvimos en este hotel. Fue nuestra primera visita a Barcelona. El hotel cuenta con una excelente y céntrica ubicación. Nuestra habitación comodísima y perfecta para descansar luego de tanto caminar y pasear. Sobre todas las cosas, el servicio por parte de los empleados fue excelente. Todos muy amables y destaco a Ruth, quien trabaja en el restaurante-comedor. Muy simpática, servicial y alegre. Justo lo que se necesita para arrancar el día. Definitivamente, recomiendo este hotel porque te hacen sentir como en casa.

Ubicación magnífica. Cerca de todo. Muy buen hotel, no le falta ningún detalle. Cama muy cómoda y habitación bien insonorizada. Tienen habilitada una zona donde siempre hay fruta, yogures, pasteles, bollería, refrescos, café, etc.incluido en el precio. Y el personal es extremadamente atento y profesional. Muy recomendable.

Great hotel and friendly helpful kind staff who made the work trip great.nice food and a beautiful rooftop only negative is dreadful WiFi not great when on a work trip and needing a fast strong connection

We had a really nice experience at the hotel. Laura, Salva and the rest of the team made us feel comfortable in our first trip to Barcelona.

The rooms are nice, quiet and the hotel is convenient to La Rambla, Plaça Catalunya and much of the city.

The free snacks are a nice plus too.
