Una bienvenida cordial un poco mixta dependiendo del personal presente… lástima
En general, ¡grandes habitaciones! Excepto que habíamos reservado una cama doble y teníamos una habitación con 2 camas individuales genial cuando somos pareja
Desayuno muy generoso y variado.
Sin embargo:
Precio por día para un chihuahua 25€/día… por 3kgs de perro, al mismo precio que perros GRANDES
Bienvenida en el bar y en la sala de desayunos… excelente

Tuve una excelente estadía en este hotel.

Fui bien recibido por el personal de recepción, aunque no tenía reserva.

Me dieron las mejores tarifas y los mejores servicios de la gaite que un cliente de recompensas.

Gran hotel en una excelente ubicación. Recomendado para un viaje a la ciudad de Barcelona.

Fantástico hotel en el centro de Barcelona. Las habitaciones están limpias y ordenadas, las duchas calientes y el aire acondicionado fresco, ¡lo cual es necesario para esas calurosas noches de verano en Barcelona! El personal es amable y servicial. La piscina es excelente, especialmente después de estar todo el día en la ciudad.

Maravilloso! ¡Gracias por todo Anna y Matias hicieron que el viaje valiera la pena! Roberto y Carlos (en la piscina) fueron fantásticos con mis niñas. Lo pasamos de lo mejor juntos en nuestro hotel gracias’

I flew to Barcelona with a friend and we stayed at the Catalonia Ramblas - Pelai 28
The hotel is in a great location in the city.
From the first moment the staff was inviting and warm!

They received us with a smile and I want to say a special thank you To Sabrina! Jennifer! Fouzi! Roger! Oriol! And all the stuff ️
We were given an answer to every question we had and did not leave us until the moment we boarded the taxi to the field back to Israel!

Those who intend to come to Barcelona and want to enjoy From a clean, tidy hotel with service above and beyond Must get here!

Congratulations to the management that it has such quality employees who make a 5 day trip an unforgettable experience!

Gran trato, muy limpio todo, las habitaciones grandes, muy buena situación en el centro de la ciudad. Recomendable 100%

L'hôtel est très bien situé, propre, personnel adorable et sympathique, restaurant très bon et spa très agreable

El hotel es excelente, no sólo por la ubicación, habitaciones y servicios. Pero lo mejor sin duda de este hotel es la extraordinaria amabilidad de todas las personas que te atienden durante la estancia. Es algo fuera de lo común y lo que más me ha gustado. Lo recomiendo muchísimo y repetiré. Muchas gracias por esta atención, así es como las empresas crecen, tratando bien a los clientes, enhorabuena!

Personnel très sympathique et dévoué.
La personne qui nous a accueilli étais vraiment au top! Serviable, dynamique, vraiment rien à redire. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, nous avions un lit king size très confortable. La vue était sympa, sur la piscine et une basilique.
La terrasse est sympa.
Les services de l'hôtel sont bien. Le spa est assez basique et le jacuzzi n'est pas chauffée à plus de 23°
Les animaux sont acceptés en dessous de 20kg pour un suppl. De 20€ par jour, avec caution de 200€
Le petit déjeuner étais un peu léger, je pense du au peu de personnes séjournant à l'hôtel, mais il étais bon et c'est bien protégé par rapport au covid.

Hôtel idéalement situé dans le centre de Barcelone.
Un hôtel moderne avec une équipe dynamique et à votre service (avec le sourire!)
Chambre tout confort, propre et calme.
Je vous conseille de profiter du Spa (sauna, hammam et bain à remous) pour vous detendre après une bonne journée de visites.
Les massages sont aussi parfaits (pour le prix vous avez une entrée au spa offerte).
Coupe de cava de bienvenue comprise dans la reservation!
Cet hôtel est un compromis parfait pour profiter de tous les charmes de Barcelone:)

PS: le petit déjeuner est incroyable, à faire au moins une fois!

Really nice hotel that is close to everything. Priced right, and very clean. But, the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We'll be back hopefully sooner than later

Buen Hotel, habitaciones cómodas, buen servicio de habitación, desayuno y restaurante muy buenos, el único reparo es el bar (valor, calidad y exceso de hielo) me decepciónaron.

This hotel is AMAZING and it's stuff is even better. The day I write this review the protests for the separation of Catalonia from Spain occured and they were very violent and we could not able to get ro the hotel from the front entrance and we really did not know what to do and the hotel and it's stuff helped us and guided us to a secondary entrance from the back and by doing this they saved us from the crowd and from the violence. So because of this we appreciate very much the hotel and it's stuff.
Other than that the hotel's rooms are very clean and new the breakfast is very rich and tasty and the hosts are very nice.

Again my family and I want to thank to the stuff and to the manager of the hotel that helped us and saved us from the crowd and from the violent that happed in the streets.

Fuimos el dia de ayer un grupo de alumnos de la Escola Superior de Turisme nos sorprendió mucho su organización y las instalaciones, los trabajadores muy atentos y amables, muy buena experiencia sin duda muy recomendado. Agradecer la atención del SubDirector Sr Carlos por su hospitalidad e incentivar nuestras aspiraciones y vocaciones.

Was sent here after our flight was cancelled and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful even with the huge issues we had from Norwegian air. Rooms were very big, clean and in a nice location
