Hotel Catalonia Square, Barcelona

La chica de recepción fue muy maja y en general los trabajadores del hotel eran muy amables.
Las instalaciones están genial y ofrecen muchos servicios!

Personal muy educado y simpático. Al principio parece algo pequeño pero no es así. Muy satisfecho

Hotel ubicado en un lugar que permite visitar atractivos turísticos conocidos sin recurrir a medios de transporte; Habitaciones muy limpias, personal servicial, muy buen desayuno.
El único defecto de este hotel es que la piscina no está climatizada, aunque en todas las presentaciones sugieren lo contrario.

La ubicación es excelente, con todo cerca, cafeterías y mercados, y cerca de la Rambla y todo. Las habitaciones son bonitas y ordenadas, y el personal es muy servicial y rápido. Tienen un empleado de nacionalidad egipcia, creo que su El nombre es Ahmed Mara Khadoum
En cuanto a los puntos negativos, no hay pañuelos de papel en la habitación y no hay bidé, por lo que tendrás que llevar un bidé de viajero.
Lo segundo es que a la hora de limpiar la habitación no te ponen nada que falte en la habitación, como agua y cápsulas de café.

¡Gran hotel! No dude! Personal amable y muy servicial! Llegamos temprano y se encargaron de nuestro equipaje y de nuestro auto para que pudiéramos disfrutar de la ciudad. Habitación familiar perfecta para nosotros 4 (muy limpia). Desayuno abundante. Ubicación perfecta para visitar (Metro justo al lado).

Pequeño hotel, buen servicio, buen y rico desayuno, habitaciones cómodas, excelente ubicación fuera de Plaza Cataluña.

Personal magnífico y atento. Habitación bien organizada y limpia, terraza privada. ¡Minibar bien surtido!

We stayed here for three nights. Nice hotel overall, the room design is modern. We booked a family room, very spacious. The sofa was extended into a bed for my daughter. There is coffee machine and hot water boiler. I deduced one star because of the breakfast. There are different options for breakfast, however, the hot food is quite limited.

Great place to stay in Barcelona.
Location - Centrally located, walking distance to La Rambla, Metro station and many shopping places and restaurants. Also has a Aerobus Airport shuttle service in Cat Square that takes you to/from Airport T1 and T2 for less than $8 per person.
Place - We booked a Superior room which is facing Rhonda de Sant Pere. It had a small balcony where we could sit and enjoy the view of the Cat Square while seeping coffee. Room was quiet and modern.
Service - The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. Juan in the restaurant on the 1st floor was very helpful and provided lot of great information.
Would certainly stay there again!

Fui a esse hotel há alguns anos atrás (2019) e a experiência foi maravilhosa. Gostamos de tudo. Eles serviam refeições inclusas na diária, além fo café da manhã, que começavam às 14h e iam até às 23h. Era um diferencial do hotel, inclusive, em relação a outros. Não sei se esse sistema das refeições permanece. Gostaria dessa informação.

Stayed at hotel catalonia 8 years ago. Still have fond memories of this hotel. The staff food well everything was great. Next time i travel to Barcelona there's only one place i would stay. I've recommended this place to all.

Stayed from 1 to 3 January 2023. Near the Catalunya square. Clean hotel with modern conveniences and modest fares.

Hôtel à l'emplacement idéal pour un voyage touristique, avec une bonne insonorisation. Le personnel est au top, chambre propre, rien à dire

Très bon hôtel: services, chambres (Agencement, équipement) petit-déjeuner complet, bien situé.
Je recommande.

L'emplacement est top (proximité de deux grosses stations de metro). L'accueil est déplorable et pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. La chambre est propre mais pas fonctionnelle (la télé n est pas en face du lit, une douche sur la terrasse extérieure on en cherche encore l utilité, 2 ascenseurs à prendre pour arriver juste à notre chambre qui est au 1er etage). Ne soyez pas pressé les chambres ne sont pas encore prêtes à 18h et si vous restez plusieurs jours le nettoyage des chambres est fait en plusieurs fois sur l apres midi (donc votre chambre n est pas accessible de 14h a 17h30 mini).
Le petit-déjeuner est bon.
Attention la piscine ne fait qu'un mètre de largeur et 3 mètres de long et tous les immeubles voisins vous voient.
Encore une chose, et j'en oublie certainement, prévoyez des boules quies pour dormir puisque les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir, dans les chambres à côté et au dessus (vous pouvez participer aux conversations c est très convivial) et il doit y avoir un bar ou une salle de concert juste à côté puisqu'on applaudissait au rythme de la musique.

Very central location, walking distance to many attractions. We only used public transportation once during our 3 day stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are good size and quiet. Air conditioning/heater is very quiet as well. Easy access from airport too, just take the Aerobus and the stop is just 3 minutes walk away. Will recommend to friends who visit Barcelona.

I just want to know when will got the refund!

Have book a room through the website on May (stay at Dec for 4 nights), it show pay at hotel & free cancel, but found that they have debit my credit card.

And I have cancel the room on Aug, but up to now, I still have not got the refund (4 months!), the staff say that "The refund is in process but it takes a long time due burocratic issues", I don't know how many months I need to wait for.

This is the WORST hotel in the world. They did NOT let me check in to my room until 5P, even though check out is at 3P. This happened to a fried of ours at the same hotel. When we complained to the manager, she called us a LIAR. HORRIBLE.

Este hotel no respeta la parada de taxis, que tiene a menos de 50 metros, no pagues más por el Taxi, pide siempre ticket de impresora
