Hotel Golden Port Salou, Tarragona

Habitaciones obsoletas, no estaría mal una renovación, tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación porque era pequeña para tres, el cambio fue atendido rápidamente, pero el armario sin puerta igual que en la otra habitación se queda pequeño, sobre todo para esta época otoñal, qué hay que llevar ropa de abrigo, la limpieza y reposición de amenities deja mucho que desear. Por lo demás, comida buffet normal, instalaciones buenas con sus piscinas, hamacas.
. En la piscina cubierta había mucha corriente y entraba frío y el jacuzzi olía fatal, lo mejor la animación tanto para adultos como para niños con diferentes actividades cada día, y los monitores muy simpáticos, así como los camareros del bar y el buffet muy amables, le doy un 6 al hotel.

Hotel con ambiente familiar, con excelentes servicios, espectáculos variados, comida en el buffet buenísima, todos los trabajadores muy atentos.un hotel estupendo! Muy recomendable para todos

Just left this hotel after 2 weeks and in all honesty had a brilliant time, from the moment we checked in till we left, the staff were all friendly and always greeted you with a smile and said hello.
Food was well cooked but a bit repetitive but never had a bad meal
The entertainment was good and there was always something going on all day the animation team work hard and like to get everyone involved but if you don't want to join in they then leave you alone and don't try to push you into it, I could go on all day but il end with well done golden port salou and Spa you made our holiday special and if we do return to salou you will see us again

Uno de los mejores hoteles de Salou! Buffett increíble, todo esta buenísimo. Muy limpió, personel amable y simpático. Tiene de todo para todos, espectáculos, animaciones, piscinas&spa.etc. Habitaciones con baños y duchas estilo hidromasaje muy correctos.

Had a great 2 weeks at the Golden Port with my partner. Food good a bit of the same on week two but always hot. Staff friendly and helpful hotel clean and always plenty of spare sunbed around the 4 pools.

Second year here staff great very friendly foods good hotels lovely and just spent money doing up restaurant and outside round pool. We will be coming back next year great place

Fantastic thanks third time we've stayed here room is comfortable and very clean food is out of this world staff are all friendly and professional close to beach and centre of town

Currently at this hotel 22/09/18 can't fault it really so far.food is very good hotel is clean lifts are small but there are 3 of them. Only thing that I don't like is the maids don't seem to get to our room till after dinner time it's no big deal but when you've been out all morning you expect to be able to shower or what ever with out them turning up half way through lol but all in all would recommend it to my friends and family it's also close to all the shops and bars 10 mins walk to the beach.

Bar staff aren't the friendliest at all. Many a time I had my change thrown down on the bar ignoring my outstretched hand, other than that and poor choice of food between set meal times, (for all inclusive) very nice.

A experience of a lifetime especially as it was first time abroad ever and to celebrate my 50th birthday all was there and more I can now say myself and my partner will be returning in near future now to grade different parts of hotel reception staff very polite warm welcome when you first arrive bar staff friendly very helpful cleaners work very hard entertainments team for day night time activities work hard also childrens club is a favourite comfort in the room excellent no problem sleeping also decor is 1st class food quality is 1st class for starters theres so many to choose from same for main and dessert plus presentation of food all staff in all departments helpful kind nothing to much trouble dining room service very good your shown to a table and then you can help yourself to food value for money there is no doubt about that so I give the hotel and its staff a 5star rating we can't wait to return. In the near future hopefully next year yesif anyone wants to ask questions before they go feel free to do so

Food is amazing. Staff not engaging or approachable. Bar staff slightly moody with an attitude. Hotel is lovely. Well cleaned. Food is awesome.
