Hotel Gran Garbi Mar, Girona

Déçue. Showroom Privé nous vend une superbe chambre avec grande douche à l'italienne mais la réalité est toute autre. Nous avons une chambre basique avec 2 lits individuels collés, une baignoire minuscule et une décoration ultra vieillotte. De plus nous avons été logés dans un établissement secondaire ce qui nous oblige à traverser la route pour changer de bâtiment pour profiter des services et du all inclusive.
Le matin n'espérez pas dormir beaucoup, la femme de ménage vous réveille à coup sûr et l'isolation phonique n'est vraiment pas top.
Le point positif que j'ai trouvé pour le moment c'est que le personnel de réception parle français et est très accueillant. Sinon honnêtement je ne reviendrai pas sans cet hôtel. Pour une seule nuit éventuellement, mais pas pour passer plusieurs jours.

There are a lot of good things to say about the hotel, the outstanding location, the amazing food, and even a majestic pool and a water park. However, the nightly receptionist guy was able to quickly overshadow all the nice things this hotel had to offer, with his attitude and his ill-treatment of younger guests. I presume everyone below a certain age of 30 is his target for deposit theft. I was personally present multiple times in his various fits of rage, where he starts yelling for no reason until he draws negative energy out of you, and then he takes your deposit saying; ''it's a lesson for kids''. We are 25 y.o. We are not children. He banged on our door, and forcibly opened them, he yelled at us inside our rooms and in the hallways. He yelled at other guys in the hallways he knew could not speak English well, and made them repeat his sentences in English, which was extremely humiliating to witness. We were guests of the hotel, regardless of our age, and using our age as an excuse to yell at us and to steal our deposit is terrible. I have never experienced such rude behavior from staff in a four-star hotel. All the cleaning ladies were extremely polite, and the other receptionist girl called Jana as well. This guy was in his forties, younger looking and had gray hair. He worked the night shift on the 18th, 19th and the 20th of may 2022.

Super amélioration dans la qualité des repas malheureusement tout le chaut était froid à améliorer bravo à Cristian que l on adore notre réceptionniste. Merci à tous

Es un buen sitio para ir con niños. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero funcionales. El parque acuático está muy bien. La comida no era muy variada pero dentro de lo razonable para un hotel con pensión completa. El personal fue muy amable. Recomendable.

Hotel funcional de cuatro estrellas al que le sobra una de ellas.un poco antiguo.no limpiaron la terraza de la habitación ningún día.mesuras covid de simple protocolo la distancia de seguridad no existe en el comedor.lo mejor el personal muy atento i amable las piscinas inel Aquapark también muy bien

Buenos toboganes, me a faltado animación, el desayunosmuy variado, la comida y la cena un poco de "batalla", demasiado frito para mi gusto, la atención del personal impecable, te hacen sentir como en casa
