44El hotel una maravilla, llevo 3 años seguidos asistiendo una semana en agosto, la comida es brutal muy buena. 100%recomendable
This IS a good 4 star hotel. We had a room on the left hand side of the hotel but due to the way the bay bends round we actually had a very nice sea view. The buffet food was very good with a separate counter with a chef cooking fish and meat on the spot. Amazingly we got red, white and rose caraffs of wine included on each table as well as bottled water.
Only criticism for me was the bed was hard. This was advertised positively as "orthopedic". When will Spanish hotels include tea and coffee makeing in the room?
Good rooms and buffet meals mainly with a local bias. The hotel is right on the beach. Staff English is limited but they do there best. They do speak Spanish and French so a good chance to use your shool day modern languages. A few key phrases are useful for getting by. They do give good service so I can recommend anyone staying at this hotel. I can also recommend the Roses Express up into the Cap de Creus especially the Puig Alt trip, but take a bandana or something similar as parts of the trail are dusty. We also took a boat trip with the Don Pancho boat which was also excellent.
Bona situació, just davant de la platja, bonica zona verda amb piscina, habitacions noves amb aire acondicionat, silenciós, molt bona atenció a recepció (encara q estèticament no és bonica el servei és impecable). Sense pretencions, bona qualitat/preu. La única pega és que costa molt trobar aparcament. Pregunteu per habitacions amb vistes al mar i per les ofertes prestige, val la pena!
