Hotel Santa Susanna Resort, Barcelona

Pequeño complejo encantador. Básico pero limpio y barato. Todo el personal es encantador y hace tiempo para ti en todo momento. Los limpiadores son honestos (¡dejé dinero por accidente y se quedó ahí!)
Es un buen resort para simplemente relajarse y hay mucho que hacer fuera del resort, el precio significa que no le importa salir del resort de vez en cuando.
Hacen cócteles si lo pides: "zombie" es un gran éxito y Amstel está de barril.
Hay un montón de actividades en el área local, dos supermercados muy cerca y dos conocidas cadenas de comida rápida a poca distancia si también tiene quisquillosos para comer.
Hay un montón de opciones para las comidas, con mucha carne fresca, pescado, verduras y frutas. Siempre están las opciones 'beige' también.
Hay un autobús gratuito a la ciudad, o está a 10-15 minutos a pie. Hay un mercado local los domingos a solo 5 minutos de productos locales y ropa barata si es necesario.
La estación de tren también está a 10-15 minutos a pie y el tren sale cada 30 minutos a Barcelona, ​​lo que demora aproximadamente una hora. Conseguimos devoluciones por 11€ cada uno. El viaje en tren es hermoso a primera hora de la mañana, pero más tarde pasa por playas nudistas
A la mayoría de la gente no le gusta la regla de la ficha de bebida, pero algunas de estas mismas personas se quejan de que hay gente borracha en los pasillos; sería mucho peor si el hotel no tratara de controlar la cantidad de bebidas que se dan dentro del régimen de todo incluido.
El personal cortará a las personas que han bebido demasiado, y el personal de la recepción nocturna es firme pero justo: tratan a los huéspedes indisciplinados con paciencia y respeto, incluso cuando se trata de una situación obviamente difícil.

Tenía habitación en la planta baja que ni siquiera deberían ofrecer. No pude dormir bien al menos una noche, ya que siempre había mucho ruido allí, debido a que llegaba gente nueva a las habitaciones o los limpiadores hablaban muy alto. Junto a mi puerta había puertas de salida. Estaban abiertos todo el tiempo y los limpiadores tiran basura allí cuando limpian. Como resultado, tuve muchos mosquitos en la habitación. Después de limpiar, los limpiadores siempre dejaban el balcón abierto, por lo que no recomendaría dejar nada importante en la habitación. Alrededor del hotel solo hay Carrefour lidl y carretera. Si quieres algo al menos un poco mejor, te recomiendo que vayas a algunas estaciones de tren más lejos de calela o blanes, que son opciones mucho mejores para las vacaciones. Lo único bueno es que la estación de tren y la playa no están lejos del hotel. De todos modos, no volvería a visitar ese hotel. Hay mejores opciones por precios no mucho más altos o al menos no recomiendo la habitación en la planta baja.

Get what you pay for. Rooms are standard and cleaned daily. Swimming pool was perfect and new splash area perfect for younger children. Staff were friendly apart from one with a face like thunder and no manors. Only negative I would say is the food not always hot and not much of a selection having said that we found something every day. But food goes cold quickly with the a/c on all the time. Entertainment wasn't really existent but we made it work with the disco and bingo

We were here 7 days on family vacation (2 kids, 2 adults) and everything was excellent. The food variety was absolutely great - all kinds of fish, salads, fruits, vegetables (perfect choice for those who want to eat healthy). The pool was clean and perfect for swimming and playing with kids. Rooms were clean and nice and there was air conditioning system that worked excellent. Staff cleaned rooms every day and put some fresh towels etc. Everyone of staff members were nice, friendly and helpful. Maybe the only thing that I could wish for was better coffee - breakfast coffee with milk was perfect but in the rest of the day the coffee that was served as part of the all inclusive deal was not so good as I am used to drink caffe latte (coffee with lots ot milk) but we managed to deal with it as there is a shopping center nearby that offered a very good take away coffee.
Overall this hotel is perfect for family vacation with kids and I wouldn't hesitate to come back some day! Gracias!

Very cheap / low quality hotel located in a very bad spot, far from the seeside.
The hotel is located in a commercial/agricultural zone, by local transit road (quite busy and loud) It is far from seeside, hotel zone etc. It has supermarket parking lot, busy multi-lane road, gas station and some farms as neighbours (some derelict), so if you think about having walk in an evening - forget it, unless you fancy parking lots and gas stations, of course ;) To get to the seaside/beach you can choose to walk 20 min through scorched concrete parking lots in full sun, or wait for a shuttle. Unfortunately the shuttle to Santa Susana comes only every 30 minutes or so, and it has no schedule (random). So it's usually ca. 45 minutes to get to the beach, and another 45 min to get back to the hotel.
Hotel is very busy with mostly British working class guests (a lot of them with children).
Pool area is relatively small and very crowded. It's not only impossible to find a place to lay down, it's also nearly impossible to find a place in a water - because the pool it is so full of people.
Food of course is a matter of personal preference, but it is beeng made from the cheapest possible ingredients (low quality fats, sour grapes etc.) and, in my opinion, quite badly made (overcooked hard boiled eggs etc). Vegetarian options basically non-existent, so, if you dont eat meat - you are in trouble.
On the upside the hotel is reasonably clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Mi experiencia en el hotel es buena, lo que no puede ser.en los tiempos que estamos.es que tengan a camareros en contrato de prácticas, durmiendo allí, trabajando desde primera hora hasta la hora de la cena, cobrando 400e, comiendo lo que queda en el bufete (yo los vi a rascando las bandejas para comer) y muchos de ellos fuera de su país.
Es una pena que el jefe de la marca porsche (el mismo del hotel) tenga así a sus trabajadores.
Dicho esto.algo que tenía que decir porque lo veo injusto.
Mi experiencia es buena.
Piscina con toboganes y chorritos para los peques, piscina grande, caseta con todo tipo de bebidas, cócteles, hamburguesas, frankfut, bikinis y patatas, con un equipo de camareros de 10. El socorrista súper majo y buen profesional.
Comida buena, con camareros súper amables y profesional.
Sala de juegos, cafetería con terraza.
Todos los cafés y refrescos de máquina pero bien.
Habitaciones sencillas pero con buena limpieza.
Aparcamiento gratuito y en la puerta.
Suerte tiene el jefe del porsche, tener el equipo que tiene, gracias a ellos de mi buena experiencia. MIS 5 ESTRELLAS SON POR ELLOS.

Rooms very clean, double bed and a single, ensuite with a bath with shower tap. Very good flow rate and was always hot. Air con worked a treat and was quiet enough to sleep with it on. Hotel is perfect for families, we were three adults with two kids and they both made friends. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were very good, I would recommend getting to the restaraunt earlier rather than later, to avoid missing out on some dishes. All staff were very friendly, bar staff were a good laugh and cleaners were always visible constantly working.

There is also a shuttle bus service to the town which is a 10 to 15 minute walk.

Had a fabulous 7 nights stay. Don't expect 5 star quality but just a fun time, with good food. I loved it.

Es un hotel rústico situado en la carretera, las piscinas no están mal, el servicio todo incluido está bien, las habitaciones están bien, NO habian espectáculos cuando fuimos (la 1 semana de agosto), la comida muy repetitiva, la mesa de 4 era para 2 y tenías que comer estrecho, el desayuno justo, total que no volveremos.

No air con so had to rent 4 pedestal fans for €35 euro each and within 48hrs 2 broke so had to get 2 new ones. Food was nice and plenty choice, rooms small yet clean, wouldn't recommend if you have young children. Apart from the room had an ok holiday with my kids

Muchas gracias por los días que hemos pasado. En un sitio familiar. Y aunque parecíamos extranjeros por tanto inglés. Nos sentimos muy bien. Comida muy buena. Aunque me quede con ganas de más tarta. Que estaba genial. El equipo fantástico. En especial Lucia. Que tieneuna de las sonrisas mas bonitas que vi. Un besazo para todos.

Hôtel miteux, matela salle et remplie de punaises de lit, patron qui s’enrichît sur les vacanciers a petit budget et aux anglais qui boivent la bière toute la journée avec le all inclusive. Même si il est mind chère que les autres, ce n’est pas normal de laisser cet hôtel ouvert avec des chambre pareil des années 60 qui bling jamais été rénové et piscine salle de par la clientèle alcoolisée et les enfants mal éduqués.
Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. Très mauvaise expérience.

Nothing wrong with the hotel or where its places. Food was edible, pool was fun. We got what we expected for the price. The only thing that did annoy us a bit was the fact that the holiday makers cant control/manage the children they have, or cant clean up after themselves. But mostly the children

Dies zur Info für alle die hier Ihren Urlaub Sommer 2020 verbringen wollen. Dieses Hotel ist geschlossen.
Wir standen gestern Nacht, nach erfolgreichem Flug und Hoteltransfer mit dem Bus, vor einem verschlossenem Eingang und das obwohl wir ca. 100× nachgefragt haben ob alles wie geplant stattfindet und noch morgens vor Abflug die Reiseunterlagen zugeschickt bekommen haben.

If you're looking for 5 star you're at the wrong place. If you're looking for basic very clean accommodation with not bad food, then this is the place. We were in Spain for the Spanish Grand Prix so we just wanted somewhere to sleep and eat, we ended up staying there 3 times.

We stay in the Santa Susana hotel for a week in October's half term. It was bussy in the hotel the staff was nice. Swimming pool gold had nice splashes for kids. The good news was that we had a free train to the beach. The good in the hotel was a bit borring, a very small choice for a vegetarian and could be more vegetables for breakfast. But if I will go there one more time I will take self catering. 2 minutes from hotel is a big supermarket.

This may be classified as a budget hotel but compared to some of the 3 and 4 star H top hotels in the resort, this is the Ritz. Yes its basic but its friendly, clean and the food is pretty good. A family hotel within walking distance of the fabulous beach and Santa Suzanna centre. Next to a small shopping arcade and weekly market. For its price, location and transfer time to both Girona and Barcelona, it's great value for money.

This place is a great for the kids to get into the pool we're you can see them off of the balcony on some rooms or you can go and watch them whilst they are swimming and you are relaxing on the sun beds the pool is average size and there is also a great place for the smaller ones to go in the less deep pool we're there is 3 small slides but fun as I am a kid I have liked it a lot and would want to come back again One day most of the staff are nice and polite the rooms are nice sizes but not huge although the beds are not as comfy as I would of expected and the pillows are the same but apart from that I have really enjoyed being in this hotel but you have to travel a bit to get somewhere with the kids or just with you and some friends or if your a couple
