Hotel Villamarina Club, Tarragona

Buena comida, excelente entretenimiento, las puertas de la habitación y el baño podrían ser más anchos. Muy buen valor.

Oh, bueno. Las fotos son reales, pero la perspectiva lo cambia todo: las habitaciones son pequeñas, muy pequeñas. Nosotros, dos adultos, teníamos una habitación para 3 personas; el lavabo no cabía en el baño:) los camareros eran educados y agradables; la mayoría de las damas en el comedor eran agradables. Recepcionistas muy serviciales y sonrientes. La comida es deliciosa, nada del otro mundo, pero sí muy sabrosa. Muchos niños, y eso para mí es un inconveniente, pero nadie puede influir en ello. La ubicación es perfecta: a 15 minutos andando de la playa. Considerándolo todo, ¡lo recomiendo!

Opción barata para dormir cerca de Port Aventura.
Para lo bueno y para lo malo: es un hotel de ingleses.
Lo bueno: buenas instalaciones, precio y piscinas.
Lo malo: horarios de comida muy ajustados y poca calidad.
Por ejemplo: a las 21: 30 ya han retirado toda la comida del buffet y ni te dejan entrar.
Un poco riguroso, nos pareció.

¡Absoluto Kip de lugar! ¡Dar 1 estrella es en realidad ser generoso, lamentablemente no existe la opción de dejar menos!
El lugar se está cayendo a pedazos, las habitaciones no son seguras y están sucias.
¡El personal es inútil! ¡Tuve que irme porque no podía esperar para salir de este Kip!

Nos encanta la villa marina, el entretenimiento para niños y adultos es perfecto, el personal es amable y el gerente también es un hombre muy agradable.
Definitivamente regresaremos algún día. Simplemente creo que sería bueno si el hotel se actualizara, las habitaciones necesitarían una actualización y el piso.
Pero me encanta.

This is my fourth time in the hotel and I am still a big fan. This time we had a superior room which is spacious. Standard rooms are quite small but you won't spend much time there. We found the hotel to be very clean. I have seem some negative reviews about things being dirty but I found this to be very rare. While you are hear you can spot the people who are going to leave negative reviews a mile away. I witnessed two women going around taking pictures of the pool area 5 minutes after it was closed. It is cleaned every day.

Food is good for the most part and there is a good selection every day. Breakfast is the same every day but this is the case in every hotel I have ever stayed in.

Entertainment every day and night, bar staff are lovely as are the rest of the staff. It is not 5 stars so just don't expect 5 stars and you won't be disapointed. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and just over 20 minutes walk to Portaventuara which makes it good locationwise as you don't need taxi unless you don't like walking. Would highly recommend.

A pesar de tener disponibilidad nos ubicaron en un edificio en el que las habitaciones son más antiguas. La habitación me pareció bastante pequeña. La atención del personal fue excepcional así como la animación y el servicio de buffet. Esta bastante alejado de la playa pero cierto es que si en Salou buscas más tranquilidad es ideal.

Hotel pésimo…muy mala higiene, las habitaciones muy sucias, y el hotel en general también aparte de estar deteriorado y sin mantenimiento. Nos pusieron toallas y sabanas manchadas de sangre… nos las cambian las toallas y las nuevas q nos dan siguen estando sucias, la bañera sucia y el lavabo con pelos! De los peores hoteles que hemos estado! La comida eso si, es bastante buena.

El salón sucisimo, comida de muy mala calidad, suciedad en su máxima expresión, horrible, le daría una estrella como mucho, la manguera contraincendios de las escaleras dudo que pase las revisiones, oxidado, podrido, sucisimo. Una pesadilla.
De vergüenza, las cortinas entraba la luz y no había persianas, sucia, lavabo en la habitación por falta de espacio en el baño, enchufe a 1'80 metros de altura del nivel del suelo, horrible.

Justito, nunca había visto un baño repartido por la habitación, el secador a un lado, la pica a otro lado y el baño a parte. El armario increíble, ver tantas perchas de diferentes porque cada una era de una tienda diferente.la comida entre semana justa; pasta 3 quesos que si encuentras uno aún gracias, y el fin de semana encuentras más variedad y mejor calidad.el personal muy atento y agradable y el entretenimiento por la noche muy entretenido.

Just returned from a week all inclusive in the villamarina, firstly I can't understand how anyone can slag this hotel off. For the money you pay it is outstanding value for money. Ignore all the negative reviews, it's an utter load of rubbish and I simply don't get what people are crying about.

We paid for a pool view family room which was great, as it meant we got extra space and a double bed each for not that much extra. Beware though that you also get a view of the road with the pool view rooms. We didn't mind this as we like to people watch from the balcony. It is a Juliet balcony but comfortably fits two people with chairs. There is one power socket in the room but we got around this using an extension lead. There are also usb charging sockets in the bedroom and a second socket in the bathroom. The room was lovely and clean with towels changed daily.

There are two pools with plenty of sunbeds and are cleaned daily too. There are a few tired looking sunbeds that need replacing but still more than plenty of them to go around. There is also a snack bar by one of the pools that serves burgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, pizza, chips, fish fingers, crisps beer and soft drinks. The main bar is also available all day serving a massive selection of drinks. There is also a good selection of cocktails available which are made fresh In front of you and taste great. The rooftop terrace is also now open but the bar is not.

The food is delicious too and wide ranging, it is also catered to British tastes. The breakfast is your usual Spanish bacon, sausage, eggs, mushroom, tomatoes, hash browns, beans and continental selections.

My biggest gripe is people moaning about lunch and dinner. I just can't understand their problem. The dishes I came across were all superb, steak pie, chicken and mushroom pie, mini chilli burritos, mini chicken burritos, chicken fajitas, Turkey kebabs, beef curry, veal in white wine sauce, beef in peppercorn sauce, grilled beef steaks, grilled Turkey steaks, jacket potato halves, potato wedges, mash, chips, pizza, beef roast dinner with Yorkies, BBQ ribs, paella, fresh fish, battered fish, beef stew, roast chicken, soups, fresh salad, continental cheese and cured meats, bread, baguettes, fresh vegetables, different pasta dishes each night, lasagne and much more. I honestly wonder what more people can expect, every dish was also cooked perfectly and tasty. My wife hates all inclusive usually because she can never find anything to eat due to being fussy, but she loved the food here.

The night time shows where also brilliant, the adult shows started about 10pm, there where singers and acts on all of which where brilliant.

The beach is about a fifteen minute walk from the hotel. If you need to withdraw money there is a deutsche bank next to ale hop on your way down to the beach that doesn't charge you. Just remember to select the conversion in Euros not pounds to get the best deal, don't use the Santander they charge you 7 euro regardless just to withdraw. If you like the footy hudinis attick above the house of illusion will put it on for you. They usually have singers on here too so it's a win for you and the missus.

Last but not least the staff here are superb, especially the barmen, nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always smiling and happy even when at the end of a long shift they are singing and dancing.

We paid just under 500 for the hotel for a week all inclusive through travel Republic for the two of us. It was an absolute bargain. I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and although this might not be the most glamorous, bells and whistles hotel. For what we paid it is probably the best value for money I have ever received.

Mañana, las camas espantosas, la gente borracha molestando por los pasillos del
Hotel, los vasos tirados por los suelos, haciendo ruidos y gritando a altas horas de la madrugada …y de colmo te entra la limpiadora en la habitación “estando durmiendo” cuando no teníamos ni cartel de limpieza … en fin una experiencia patetica que no se la recomiendo a nadie …puse mi queja y a nadie le

15 euros bufet libre sin entrar la bebida y la comida es pésima
Todo pensado y echo para el consumo de extranjeros, gracias al hotel por comprender y ponerse en mi lugar, asta nunca!

Hotel sucio.
Habitaciones sucias, antiguas, pequeñas.
El bufet muy pequeño, muy poca variedad de comida y bastante mala.
Hacían espectáculos y animaciones que estaban bien!
Las dos chicas de recepción bastante bordes y sin explicar nada del hotel

He pasado 1 noche en el hotel y la verdad nada más entrar vi los cojines y las toallas sucias. A nivel de personal muy amable. Creo que el baño no está bien aprovechado ya que me parece que la ducha - bañera es bastante pequeña y resbaladiza. Considero que las paredes son bastantes finas y se oye a los vecinos.
A nivel de camas teníamos 1 cama individual y otra de matrimonio, esta de matrimonio pequeña.

Very clean. Just room is a little bit too small and the bath. But very cosy.

We spend a week on villamarina club hotel. Food is good, rooms are small but clean and all services are very good. Atmosphere is brilliant. City centre and beach are 15 min walk away. Lidl is 10 min away.

Rooms very small. Food good something for all. Pools ok.snack bar good. Rooftop jacuzzi and bar peaceful. But beware plenty of mozzies.
