52Food decent. Rooms basic but clean. Roof top terrace a blessing as no kids allowed and hot tubs emptied and cleaned daily. Staff friendly and approachable. Entertainment staff amazing
Great staff great food rooms are small only bad thing but heard its getting rebuilt end of season with bigger rooms so would come back
Brilliant holiday there's an escape for adults on roof with jacuzzi. Food excellent very friendly staff
Beautiful surroundings and beautiful place to stay.excellent pool's. Meal service is amazing. Entertainment in the evening is awesome for the kids and big kids (adults). Friendly staff always happy to help. I would definitely be coming back soon and most definitely encouraging others to come and enjoy the atmosphere. ️
Hotel room was smaller than a boxroom, was like a prison cell. Not nice to be in at all. Didn't bother staying in it, stayed in my family's apartment which was a nice size, big balcony.
Reception staff were ignorant and not helpful. Food was nice. Cocktails and drinks were in little Pepsi cups which was disappointing as their advertised in their videos with glasses.
Entertainment for the kids was good. Staff kept the kids happy which was nice.
Hotel needs updating
Brilliant entertainment, lovely staff, great kids club. Rooms adequate and clean if a little small.adult only roof terrace with extra sun lounger space and hot tubs. 15 min walk to the beach, but in a nice quiet part of town.
Great hotel brilliant for family's.really clean and entertainment is great.only faults not enough loungers around pool and queues for restaurant during peak times
Really nice and friendly staff. The only problem was the rooms, I think they are due for an upgrade lol, but other than that everything else was perfect!
It's just very poorly equipped, not, food not great, you have to pay for bottled water, and the guests are s bit on the rough side, mistake booking this hotel!
Only let down was, way too many screaming children. Was told this hotel had recently been refurbished, but wasn't told what year (1980's-1990's). If it hadn't been for the adults only area, I would of walked home.
Went with a friend, her son and my two with 2 rooms. Had a fab time and would recommend.
You do get exactly what you pay for, if you want 5 star, pay for 5 star. The staff here are amazing, from the room cleaners (wish I knew the name of mine, she was brilliant) to the reception, the bar staff and the entertainers. All have a smile and a good word. The entertainment was hillarious and the evenings always had something that kept us laughing!
The rooms are fairly basic, sink not in the bathroom, but again, you get what you pay for.and you have to be out early for a sunbed! The pools are small but there are 2 The life guards need to be taught its not ok for groups of kids to throw, push and pull other kids in. If it wasn't for the potential brain splat of small kids on hard concrete I would have given this 5 stars!
I have done a few all inclusive and always find something but when I go to another country I want to experience their cuisine, this place is creative you like British stove, not if you want to enjoy the beutiful Mediterranean food.
Close enough to the beach to have a wander down and back with good food and entertainment along the way.
All in all, a good experience and much fun and enjoyment had!)
