Tenga mucho cuidado al alquilar en esta tienda y en todos los alquileres en Barcelona. Lea atentamente el contrato. El seguro no cubre lo más importante. Gran cantidad de aplicaciones de alquiler (acciona, Yego, cooltra.) Con menos dolores de cabeza y más económicos. Los scooters no son nuevos ni están limpios. Ten mucho cuidado. Altamente no lo recomiendo. Consulta otras alternativas.

Las bicicletas que ofrecen son realmente increíbles, haciendo que mi fin de semana sea inolvidable. Los recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera que busque una excelente experiencia de alquiler de motocicletas.

¡Todo era perfecto! La moto estaba muy bien, sin ningún problema. El agente de alquiler nos envió instrucciones claras y fue un gran apoyo.

Quedamos decepcionados con el estado de la moto (Honda cbr750 en Barcelona), perdía aceite por los retenes. Y el embrague hacía más ruido que el motor. El casco y los guantes que nos dieron estaban muy usados.
Antes de alquilar, hay que tener en cuenta que el depósito se devolverá sólo después de 10 días (en nuestro caso incluso más). Solicitamos el reembolso el décimo día y solo unos días después de recibir el comprobante del reembolso. Triste experiencia.

My friend and I did a daytrip with the bikes. Both the Honda CB500 and the Brixton 125 were in a good condition. Staff was friendly and the communication smooth. Definitely a safe adress if you plan to go for a ride.

I have to change my review. If you are from non-Euro country, deposit for the bike does not go as blocked, but charged and returned. So in the end it is more expencive because of exchange rate on the card, totaly unnecessery. Bike rental was good and cheap, but this unpleasent.

Everything was OK. The problem that arose was solved immediately and I can only recommend the rental company.

My boyfriend and I rented the a bike with Jota Café previously over a weekend and unfortunately are very upset about their rental agency.
First of all, they don’t own a shop front, so the whole handover happens on the streets which is very suspicious. The owners won’t do a handover protocol with you, which I can only recommend you to do or else they might accuse you for accidents that you weren’t responsible for. After only a few hours of drive, the mirror of our bike, including mirror clutch broke off, which in our opinion indicates very poor maintenance. Also, our bike had no functioning lights, accept for the parking light which made it impossible to drive in the dark. After indicating both defects to the owner on the same day, they weren’t willing to exchange our bike for the next day.
In the end, the owners of Jota Cafe refused to give us back our deposit, because they claimed we had broken the faults on the bike. Until now, we haven’t received our deposit and are still struggling with this case, having the need to involve authorities.
I can only advise not to contact this agency if you want to have a trouble-free and trustworthy rental experience!

Super nice and accurate personal! We rented two scooters for one day, pick-up and drop off went smooth and fast. I would always go again with them!

Realmente un servicio pésimo. Se comprometen en una moto que luego no es la acordada. Se retrasan mas de 30 minutos en la entrega, entregan una moto totalmente desguazada, cobran una fianza que tardan en devolverla mas de 2 meses (aunque se solicitó a las 2 semanas), entregan un casco sin tulipa. Se acuerda colocar en la moto un soporte de móvil gratis, que luego trae y que tras mucho insistir quitan de otra moto en el aeropuerto (no sé si la moto era de ellos.).

Total.que pierdo mas de 1 hora y media en el aeropuerto, me quedo sin la devolución de la fianza durante mas de 2 meses y además me cobran y me quitan de la fianza por lo que dijeron que no harían. NI SE OS OCURRA ALQUILAR AHI! Son unos caras y correos el riesgo de que os pase lo mismo.

Really nice service. Rented two 125cc scooters for a day and everything went great. Quick pickup + modern scooters + friendly employee + sunny weather. Recommend.
