Mi mamá y yo pasamos el mejor momento con nuestro chef Juan y su apoyo Aurias. Fue increíble tener un recorrido rápido por el Mercado La Boquería con el chef antes de la clase; nos brindó buena información y conocimientos sobre qué buscar cuando regresemos por nuestra cuenta. La clase en sí fue en un hermoso piso en la Plaza Real junto a Las Ramblas y Juan y Aurias hicieron que la clase fuera muy inclusiva, interactiva y divertida. ¡Se nota que le apasiona la cocina y la gente! ¡Definitivamente lo recomiendo!

Una forma íntima y única de vivir Barcelona. ¡Nos divertimos mucho como familia reuniéndonos para aprender algo nuevo y delicioso! ¡El vino fluía, las risas abundaban y aprendimos mucho en una mañana! ¡Tiempo bien gastado!

¡A mi familia y a mí nos encantó esta clase de cocina! Realmente me esforcé por elegir una clase de cocina en Barcelona y estoy muy contenta de haber elegido esta. La ubicación de la clase es excelente, simplemente ingresar a uno de los edificios en la plaza fue divertido (y había aire acondicionado), además, la visita al mercado fue interesante y realmente disfrutamos las 10 tapas y la historia proporcionada sobre cada uno antes de comenzar.cocinando. También teníamos 2 comedores de mariscos en nuestro grupo y nuestro chef felizmente los acomodó con paella vegetariana. Toda la comida que hicimos estuvo deliciosa y salimos de la clase con muchos amigos. ¡Te lo recomiendo mucho!

La experiencia fue realmente positiva, Juan no solo nos enseñó a hacer tortilla, paella y crema catalana sino que fue agradablemente entretenido. También pudo adaptarse a las restricciones dietéticas e incluir a todos en mi equipo en la preparación. ¡Gran evento de equipo y actividad de vinculación de equipos!

Muy contento de haber tropezado con esto mientras planeábamos nuestro viaje. Nuestro anfitrión fue excelente al brindar un recorrido por el mercado y lo que buscan en la obtención de ingredientes. El chef nos hizo un recorrido cultural por España mientras disfrutábamos de las tapas preparadas en cada región. La comida estuvo excelente y todos la pasaron muy bien. Muy recomendable y si vuelvo lo haré de nuevo!

Tuvimos la suerte de tener una clase de solo 3 personas, yo, mi esposa y otro joven de Nueva York. Nuestro chef del día fue Juan, y fue extremadamente acogedor y amable. La propiedad donde se encuentra la cocina es hermosa y da a una hermosa plaza.
Primero visitamos el mercado de Las Ramblas, la Boqueria, para comprar nuestros ingredientes. Desafortunadamente para nosotros, tuvimos que reservar un lunes, y la selección de mariscos no fue la mejor ya que los pescadores no pescan los domingos.
Antes de nuestra lección, Juan nos presentó una selección de tapas de diferentes regiones de España y nos explicó sobre ellas. ¡También mantuvo nuestras copas llenas de un buen vino verdejo!
Cocinamos una tortilla catalana de patata y cebolla preciosa, paella y. Desierto de la Crema Catalana. Todos preparamos los ingredientes y luego cada uno cocinó uno de los platos. Juan explicó qué hacer y por qué, asegurando que nuestras creaciones salieran excelentes. Luego nos sentamos en la hermosa mesa de comedor para que nos sirvieran nuestros platos con otro par de botellas de vino. La mejor comida que comí durante toda nuestra estancia en Barcelona. Estamos muy contentos de haber reservado esta clase, fue de gran valor.

We had the best time with Alfredo & team! We loved learning how to cook paella, tortillas and catalan cream! What a delightful experience!

Such a fun afternoon! The cook was very fun and engaging. The group we did the class with was fantastic. I am not a big cook, but thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I came to Barcelona for our honeymoon and we knew we HAD to take a cooking class, and our class with Greta was INCREDIBLE! The entire experience was magical. The thoughtful history lesson was so interesting, the market tour was captivating (especially all the tips and tricks Greta showed us), learning about the tapas that belong to the different regions was eye opening and making the paella was a next level experience that we will NEVER forget. All of the tips, tricks and culinary advise Greta shared with us will serve us so well in the years ahead. I had more cooking experience than my husband, and I still felt challenged, while Greta was patient and a great teacher with my husband who was less experienced all while making sure we had fun. We can wait to get back home and make all the recipes we learned in Barcelona for our friends and family. Do not hesitate if you are on the fence— it’s an unforgettable experience!

Very enjoyable experience. Chef Alfredo was awesome and Sergio was an absolute pleasure. Great food and great wine. If in Barcelona it is an excursion you won't want to miss.

Our cooking class with Just Royal BCN was not just the highlight of our time in Barcelona, but the most memorable part of our entire trip through Spain! Not only did we get to make and eat delicious food, there was so much fun and laughter and our group stayed for an hour after the class ended just drinking and talking. It was amazing beyond words, taking this cooking class is a must!

Una experiencia inolvidable Sergio y Alfredo me dieron la mejor tarde enseñándome a hacer mi platillo favorito desde niño. Mi mamá y yo viajamos desde USA el día de ayer solo para tomar esta clase y con todo y que nos tomo dos días para llegar aquí a Barcelona esta clase y sobre todo Sergio y Alfredo lo hicieron todo valer la pena. 100% recomiendo esta clase. SIMPLY AMAZING

This is the best time! I am not much of a cook, but my friends wanted to do this class and had read good reviews so we decided to give it a try. I am so glad we did! Alfredo, the chef, was awesome. He made the class fun and the food was good. The other participants were super fun too. We laughed so much and had a wonderful time making paella, tortilla española and crema catalana. Alfredo made some lovely tapas and took us on a culinary tour of Spain with them. His explanations of the different areas was really interesting. Anyway, it was a highlight of being in Barcelona and I highly recommend it!

Vam celebrar un aniversari cuinant tota la familia i va ser realment original. El cuiner que ens va acompanyar, Alfredo, va ser molt amable i sobretot li va donar protagonisme a la persona que feia anys.el local esta molt be, te tot el necessari, lunica cosa a tenir en compte es que no hi ha ascensor i tot i ser un primer en realitat es com un tercer.

Teresa our chef was very nice and informative - and we had a wonderful time and learned a lot from her about cooking techniques which we will definitely use at home! It was great to participate in the cooking as much or as little as each individual chose to do.
However, the class we thought we signed up for was to make 12 different tapas - Teresa made the tapas prior to our arriving as it would have taken too long to make all the dishes individually- we then made seafood paella, Catalan cream for dessert and Potato Tortilla- the egg dish which was one of the tapas items.
We enjoyed the experience but please confirm the menu items are that you will be learning to cook as it varies so there are no surprises!

Our cooking class was a wonderful experience and a highlight of our trip! It was a lot of fun, and we learned so much. Can't wait to try out our new recipes at home. Also, our chef Teresa was fantastic, and the venue is a beautiful setting.

We had such an amazing cooking experience and loved the entire class. This was my birthday present to myself - my husband and I love to cook and this opportunity to learn how to make some fantastic Spanish dishes together was the icing to an amazing overall Barcelona trip. We will do this again.

Theresa was an amazing chef who hosted an incredible small group cooking experience. We explored the market and learned interesting facts about which vendors offer the best types of traditional food. The paella making class came after a large sampling of tapas which were all delicious. Wine was constantly flowing and we met some great people. Overall I would highly recommend this cooking class as a great way to get to meet some other tourists and cook some great food!

I truly enjoyed all the caring, funny, and very relaxed atmosphäre. I will come again during my next stay in Barcelona. Hemos hecho el taller de arroces para celebrar una despedida de soltera. La atención y el trato recibidos tanto por la organización y el chef durante el taller ha sido de 10. Recomiendo este lugar para aprender y pasar un buen rato.
