Very slow refund process. Unless you are 100% sure you are keeping the items you order stay away. It’s almost a month that I returned the item I bought and they are still “processing” the refund and “directing” me to the right departments.

I had really bad customer experience, don`t buy items online. First of all, they sent me a wrong product, but they didn`t refund the shipping cost. Even though it was their mistake, I had to pay for it.
Second, when I bought earrings in another order, they were too heavy and always fell from my ear - it was not like the advertisement. The product was something never work for anyone`s body, but you can never return earrings for `hygienic reason`. Be careful, think twice. Block their Instagram/Facebook ads.

UK BYERS BEWARE!
Six months after receiving the products I've got a bill for Taxes @ nearly 50% of my purchase, as the products are shipped from Spain - this is very disappointing as the pricing and transactions are in GBP on the website. The details are now in the depth of the T&Cs, but I would expect that to be much clearer!

MAM's Customer Services have just ignored my attempts to contact them with nothing helpful to add, or giving a notification that taxes will be due.

The quality on the product is very disappointing, and don't live up to the promise on the website.

It may look nice, but not worth the money or the hustle - avoid at all costs.

Hace 2 meses que estoy intentando comprar una tobillera desde la página y es imposible. Les mandé mail y no me respondieron. Les escribí por Instagram y tampoco. Llamé por teléfono y no me responden. Les hice una crítica en la publicación de Instagram donde está la tobillera y magicamente desapareció la publicación. Una verguenza.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I agree with most reviews. I bought an anklet which looked beautiful, but was unwearable due to being painful.
I returned the anklet. MAM emailed me to say I had received a refund, when I hadn't. MAM then stopped communicating with me. They kept the anklet I returned and my money!
MAM lied to PayPal and initially PayPal would not refund the money. It took a lot of effort in appeals and phone calls to finally receive a refund. I will never buy from MAM again.

Nefasto servicio atención al cliente. Compre un reloj, edición regreso al futuro, el pasado día 2/01 para que me llegara el día de reyes. Antes Lo confirme por teléfono y me aseguraron que llegaría…y no fue así…me encontré sin regalo para mi marido! Con lo que ello implica. Les escribí 4-5 e-mails y les hice numerosas llamadas hasta que por casualidad me devolvieron la llamada el día 5/1. Entonaron el mea culpa porque esa misma persona fue la que me había asegurado que me llegaría a tiempo, pero estaban “de mudanza” en el local…me dijo que me llamaría o me pondría un email con alguna posible solución…sigo esperando…
Finalmente el reloj me llegó el 7/1/22. Como hemos estado fuera lo abrió ayer …Es bonito pero el descontento es importante.

I am so impressed with the beautiful styling and the gorgeous website for this business, and their designs look so amazing. BUT they should make it very very clear that many of these pieces are only suitable for still imagery rather than being worn. Perfect for a photo shoot or instagram, but if you want to actually wear them it's not possible. I bought the Makeup171 'Gold ear cuff with Yellow Adventurine' and the Solid 165 'Fake Lip or Nose ring in 18k gold'.
The lip ring falls of as soon as you move your mouth and is very uncomfortable as it flattens your lip out (nothing like the photo).
The gold ear cuff is badly designed and unfortunately the nose piece is the exact same as the lip ring so it doesn't sit properly, and you have a weird loop of chain that weaves in and out of the nostril. Again, very different to the photo.
This company are very clever as they have a clause that the pieces can't be tried on, so when i explained to them that the pieces can't be worn, they said i can't return them because they've been tried on.
So basically they can continue to manufacture pieces that are poorly made because anyone else who receives them like me, and opens the packaging automatically won't get a refund.
It's such a shame, when they could simply pull the stock from their site (which is still available), or sell it for styling purposes only so that people aren't getting robbed like i did.
Mainly i was disappointed because i wanted to wear these pieces for my work in my gallery, i thought they would really tie in with the look and feel of the space, and now i have spent money on things i can't wear, and morally i can't sell them because anyone else will be in the same situation as me.

I'm extremely disappointed in this company!
I ordered anklet with pearl like gift. It came to me broken. Very nice broken gift.
Support is not answering 4 days. Not email, not instagram, not fb. Just silence. Definitely it's waste of time and money. They have very nice pictures but very bad quality and support. Definitely I will not recommend this company to nobody!

This is unbelievable guys! They sent me replacement! After 1 week parcel came to me! And it's again broken! LOL! How? What is this company? 300$ for broken items! I don't have words! I want my money back! Please be careful and don't buy anything here! At least items with pearl ‍️ really disappointed.

I recently received my BE. U Shoulder bag and it is absolutely fantastic! The opening is large enough to wear as a cross body (the model is much thinner than I am, so I was worried it would be too small) and also adorable as a shoulder bag. The shipping was faster than anticipated (the company was clear that shipping may be delayed due to COVID) and customer service was phenomenal when I requested a price match! I was very hesitant to order this bag due to the company being in Spain but I am so glad I did!

I live in Florida. I ordered their holographic dome ring. Their design is defective. The ring falls off constantly as it is opened in the back so the weight of the dome cannot keep it in place. I wrote this same comment to them. Their policy is you need to ship it back to them making sure it arrives to Barcelona 14 days from their delivery date and you need to choose another item. I dont like any other of their rings I just asked them if they could design it properly as the ring is gorgeous. They stopped answering so I threw away USD$ 117. Dont buy from this store. Im sure someone will come up with this ring designed properly soon.

I've ordered a hair cuff here for 95 euro and I got a damaged item (1st picture), Wrote to their support and they sent me another item with even worse quality (picture 2 and 3). I am shocked, the cuff costed me 95 euro and all can i do with is just throw away. I was following them a long time and liked all designs of their products and was planning to ask my boyfriend to order a whole set of different items for my birthday. How I lucky I am to order firstly this cuff and understand that their product are awful

Me compre un bolso, el UFO 222… una preciosidad, tuve un pequeño problemilla con el (se soltó un punto) contacte con el servicio post venta, y me lo han resuelto perfectamente enviándome uno nuevo. Os he de decir que el bolso nuevo lo han mejorado es precioso y mucho mas resistente. Estoy encantada. Desde aquí felicitar a MAM y a todo su equipo y animarlos a seguir creando cosas tan ideales.

This is the most dishonest company i ever came across. Customer service don't take responsibility for anything. They charge a fortune for their products and don't. Make you aware of any extra costs to actually receive the parcel from DHL. The fees to receive the priduct are as expensive as the products and they simply leave you to pay it if you want to get what you paid for on their website. Scammers!
Stop advising in non EU countries then!

Esta tienda es un fraude. Cuando compras te cargan a la tarjeta de crédito y nunca te envían el artículo! Me pasó a mí y a muchas personas! Cuidado con ellos, repórtenlo y no compren ahí!

Hace más de un mes he comprado una tobillera de 124€ Y no me entregarán. He solicitado el reembolso y cada vez que llamo me dicen que van ingresar lo más rápido posible. Cuidado, no recomiendo. Creo que están cerrando, no cumplen con las entregas y no devuelven el dinero. Tendré que ir a OCU

Je suis ravi de ma commande. J'ai eu un coup de coeur sur cette montre donc je l'ai commandé. En me baladant sur le net j'ai pu constater que les critiques étaient plutôt négatives donc j'ai commencé à m'inquiéter. Mais le service client a su me rassurer et très bien me conseiller. Il a été très réactif! De plus la commande a été passée mardi et je l'ai reçu jeudi (UPS Express). Seul bémol si je veux être pointilleux c'est que le modèle sur le site présente un logo différent sur le cadran que le logo sur la montre reçue. Mais c'est un détail. Je recommande!

Bonjour,
Je suis outrée et demeure sans voix face à une telle négligence. Un service client inexistant et des mails qui promettent beaucoup de choses sans résultats à la clé. J'ai passé ma commande il y a bientôt 3 semaines! Après avoir toléré un retard et la promesse d'une remise de 15%, j'apprends avec mon code Ups que ma commande a été livrée en grande Bretagne et qu'un certain John l'a récupéré? ! Mais qu'est ce que c'est que ça? ! Ceci est un site d'arnaque qu'il faut absolument bannir! Je me demande encore comment un tel site puisse être promu et toléré par les réseaux sociaux! J'ai dépensé une somme conséquente pour cette montre qui devait être le cadeau d'anniversaire de mon compagnon! Et cet argent s'est volatilisé!
J'exige d'avoir des nouvelles de ce malentendu grotesque inimaginable d'ici 1 semaine. Si tel n'est pas le cas je serai dans l'obligation d'en appeler à des instances de fraude pour site d'arnaques.
Si c'est à la menace que vous fonctionnez, vous m'envoyez désolée, mais j'y recourerai.

Los relojes serán preciosos pero la atención es pésima. Llevo más de tres semanas esperando mi pedido y solo me van dando largas y retrásandolo. Eso si el primer día ya lo habían cobrado. Ni siquiera avisan para pedir disculpas por el retraso. Lo que iban a ser dos días va camino del mes, una vergüenza

Un desastre. No solo tardaron 3 meses en entregarme (si, 3 meses, leíste bien) sino que ademas, me prometieron reembolsarme el dinero si el reloj no llegaba para la fecha programada. Cuando solicité el reembolso me dijeron que no lo iban a hacer.
Cuidado! No compren. Son estafadores.
