Apartamento muy elegante. Amplios espacios y seguro. Tiene un gran balcón. El personal fue muy atento. Marinda y Alex fueron muy amables y prepararon nuestra habitación. Viaje compartido y parada de autobús justo enfrente. Cerca había restaurantes y tiendas de comestibles. Realmente no consideraría quedarme en ningún otro lugar.

Apartamento grande aunque la distribución muy poco cómoda, una habitación en la cocina, el salon a 30 metros de la cocina, dos vamos junto a la cocina. Pocos utensilios, pocos vasos. Las camas muy bien. Muchas escaleras para llegar a un mini ascensor. NO ADAPATADO para movilidad reducida

Demasiado caro para lo que obtienes, reservamos un apartamento completo, durante el primer día, la electricidad se cortó unas 7 veces y tuvimos que informar a la recepción cada vez para que lo arreglaran. Además, ¡hay mucho ruido por la noche, especialmente los viernes y sábados! La ubicación tampoco es la mejor. Definitivamente no volvería a reservar. Además, para 5 personas solo obtienes 3 tarjetas de puerta, lo que lo hace difícil, ya que vinimos a la ciudad por trabajo.

Apartamentos renovados pero ya muy usados.baños antiguos pero lo peor la limpieza de la ducha, están muy sucios. La limpieza en general muy mal

Not surprised with myriads of poor reviews.
They seem to be taking every opportunity to rip people off. In our case we mistakenly cancelled a booking that was fully paid for but contacted only 15 min later to reinstate it.

The owner simply refuses to either reinstate the booking or refund the $1856.25 money paid.
What would you call this other than rubbery?

We'll do whatever we can to both recover the money and inform people and authorities of these scammers.

I stayed 1night next day I forgot to take my bag out I was on my way driving to Madrid they called me and told me you have to come back and take your bag away I told them if the could keep my bag because I’m 2hr far from the hotel, until I come back from Madrid
but they didn’t accept. Also they charge me for the late check out, no happy with the service.

The rooms aren't very comfortable. Also the doors and windows are very old and not very densly.

El hostal está bien pero lo que ha hecho la diferencia ha sido la disponibilidad y el buen trato recibido por Ainara, de la recepción, la cual me ha ayudado con todo y en todo momento, siempre amable y con una sonrisa.

Prima appartement. 5 slaapkamers. Netjes en schoon en in een goed centrum. Vriendelijke receptie. Wel aan een doorgaande weg. Veel restaurants in de buurt. Zou hier weer heen gaan.

1. They are not flexible at all with check in time. They let us wait outside in the street for 30 minutes.
2. Their key for the room is with an application. The app didn’t work, the door did not open and we were waiting outside the room for a long time and they did not even answer for the phone calls!
3. Very bad service, they hang up on you when you need them the most.
4. I will not recommend anyone to go there.

Stuck outside the apartment for 30 minutes. No one is available. The app works terribly. Bad service, I will never return and do not recommend.

Communication prior arrival was dreadful. The staff communicated one thing with me, whilst the next shift personnel insisted on something else. One had to download a special app, check in there and use the app for opening the door - which did not work. I was asked to pay the city tax by filling in my personal card details on an electronic form - which I of course refused as it looked very scammy; only then I received a proper link to the online payment portal. The bathroom extractor did not work, so the whole room was very humid and moisty. Window facing the hotel courtyard (read: hotel windows and pipes) and the walls are made of paper - one could hear everything. Our alarm clock was the cleaners starting their shift at 9, banging every possible cleaning tool and trolley on the wall next to us. Cleaning did not happen at all during the 5 days of stay, not even after we asked the receptionist if someone could empty our bins (this, by the way, you need to do on your own once you check out). For this amount of money, I would definitely expect something a wee better.

Plus de 2 mois et demi pour me rendre ma caution. J'ai du relancer plusieurs fois durant un moi. Ce n'est pas une entreprise sérieuse. De plus, je suis arrivé dans la chambre que je louais, rien n'était propre, le lavabo et la douche étaient bouchés.bien dommage pour le prix proposé.

The first thing you will notice about this establishment is the app used for everything - it doesn't really work as intended. If you feel that you have 2-3 hours to spare before your visit you can try it (you are supposed to check in via the app 2 days before your stay for some reason). When you arrive it MIGHT unlock the hostel doors, otherwise you should count on running into other guests that can unlock the doors for you. Or, you know, just experience some more of Barcelona's night life

Speaking of other guests, this place is so poorly isolated that one would be forgiven for thinking that the owners had installed microphones in the other rooms and corridors with a big speaker in our room. For the curious type, or one that dislikes getting all his/her sleep in one go this is excellent. Silence can be so predictable and boring!

Since my girlfriend did the booking I didn't actually see any pictures beforehand, but I noticed other reviewers mentioning prison cells. Our room certainly had a bit of a prison feel, with one hidden-away window and a certain dampness.

What about the pros then?
The location is actually terrific (not at all as "touristic" as the parts near La Rambla)!

The staff is friendly and helpful (although unable to help you when the aforementioned app invariably fails)

The WiFi didn't fail once and the AC worked!

It has been a month since I have left. After being told that I would get my deposit back 1-7 days after leaving I still not have recieved it and they keep making up excuses! Never book here!

The decor of Ola Living Music doesn't correspond to the photo on the site (nothing to see - looks like a casemat), a steep sinusoide staircase leads to the living room-kitchen (therefore we had some falls), impossible to open the windows in the bedrooms (hello allergy to air conditioning!), a huge noise from the doors in the hallway when the occupants of the other apartments enter. But we liked: the location in the historic center of Barcelona + next to the shops; we hear the choirs of the singers of Palau Musica; the kitchen is equipped with cleaning equipment; we managed to increase the ambient temperature!

We arrived to the apartment in C/Petritxol and it was super dirty. It was exactly as the previous client left it! During COVD time! Wet towels, trash, lack of toilet paper, the kitchen was dirty with some meat pieces, used sheets, the bathroom was dirty.
When we called reception they didn't gave us any solution! Just waiting the cleaners for more than an hour when they said it would take only 10 minutes. When asking for a compensation, they just said it was a human error, but there was no compensation. At the end, they just offered us a 5% disccount for the next time we come back!

We felt so insulted, they didn't take care about us. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK! Please, look for other options in Barcelona, there are plenty!

Very poor customer service.

We arranged 2 viewings with an employee called "Emma". She did not even bother showing up! Avoid at all cost, waist of time.

Se portaron fatal con nosotros. Estuvimos con ellos la noche del 5-6 de agosto, llegamos más tarde de las 20.00 y nos cobraron 20 euros. Cuando hicimos la reserva, esta información no aparecía en las condiciones de la aplicación de Booking. Les dio absolutamente igual cómo nos sentimos de estafados. Si hubiésemos dabido esta información, no hubiéramos hecho la reserva con ellos.
