Personal muy amable, habitaciones amplias y con todo lo necesario, absolutamente recomendado y lo mejor de todo es que es pet-friendly!

Hotel cómodo, con algunas faltas de mantenimiento, pero en general muy bien, trato excepcional.

Mi estancia en el Pol & Grace Hotel fue excelente. El personal fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento, en especial el chico que nos hizo el check in, lo que hizo que mi estancia fuera aún más agradable, buena ubicación, tenían máquina de café y agua sin costo las 24 hs y demás productos con costo adicional si te apetece, aceptan mascota y eso fue un detalle que agradecer, Recomendaría este hotel sin duda.

Tuve la peor experiencia que he presenciado en mi vida. Reservé y pagué la habitación a través de la web oficial del hotel. 8 días antes de nuestra estancia, recibí un correo electrónico indicando que mi reserva había sido cancelada. Llamé al hotel y me dijeron que tenía que seguir un enlace proporcionado por correo electrónico que me llevaría a ingresar nuevamente la información de mi tarjeta de crédito. Revisé mi bandeja de entrada y noté que el correo electrónico fue a mi carpeta de spam. Experiencia muy frustrante. La persona con la que hablé en recepción no se disculpó y tampoco ofreció una opción para resolver el problema. Su única respuesta fue que el gobierno nos obligó a hacerlo de esa manera. Le pedí que le pasara los comentarios al gerente, pero solo por su respuesta, dudo que llegue más lejos que ella.

I just recently had a stay at the Pol & Grace Hotel in Barcelona and it was absolutely amazing! From the very friendly and helpful staff to the cleanliness of the rooms, I was really impressed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Barcelona.

El metro está en la esquina lo que te hace súper fácil moverte por Barcelona.
Las chicas de recepción de orientan perfectamente. Nuestro vuelo salía a las 8 de la noche y el hotel nos hizo el favor de guardar nuestras maletas e incluso pesarlas. Mil gracias por todo

Good Hotel, very clean, and stylish! The bed was comfy, too. Perfect with the Metro almost und front of the door, good restaurants are nearby.

I recently stayed at the Pol & Grace Hotel in Barcelona and it was an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, the lobby had a beautiful art display that really caught my eye, and the room was very comfortable. Everything was top-notch and I would definitely recommend staying here.

A great hotel with great staff.
The hotel is right next to the metro and busses as well as being right next to many shops, bars, restaurants, salons literally everything you need.
The staff are so lovely even when you're unorthodox like me extending everyday!
They're pet friendly also! Can't fault them! Thank you again guys see you next time!

Habitación excelente con una cama enorme y muy cómoda. Lo mejor de todo EL EQUIPO ya q como en la reserva dijimos q era nuestro aniversario nos dejaron una tarjeta y unos globos todo un detalle! Gracias x hacer nuestro día aún más especial.

Ficamos nesse hotel de 8 a 15 de dezembro. Experiência muito boa. Quartos confortáveis e limpos. Excelente localização. Todos os funcionários da recepção estão de parabéns pela educação e rapidez em ajudar em tudo que precisamos. Nota 10.

Great value for the price! Great location! The staff is super attentive, friendly and helpful! They received our luggages before check-in without problems. They got us taxis anytime we needed them! They have complimentary water and coffee in the lobby along with a few other food items and drinks for purchase. The rooms are really nice and comfortable! The bathtub is a little bit dangerous when getting out but besides that I loved my stay here!

Hotel agradable situado en la parte alta de Barcelona. El desayuno correcto a un precio de 12 € por pax. La habitación es amplia con una cama enorme. Posibilidad de parking en el hotel a 20 €/dia. Abundantes clientes extranjeros.

The kids and I stayed at this hotel this past week.

It's a 4.5 / 5. Location was excellent with the L7 metro two minutes walk away and the L3 some 10 minutes offering excellent links to the wider venues of the city.

I picked this venue as it was far enough outside the hustle and bustle of central Barcelona, but also had excellent transport links.

The room was minimal and to our liking. The wetroom shower with rainforest head was fantastic.

We didn't have the breakfast, which was purely down to us wanting to try the local offering.

Reception stay are very attentive.

The staff were friendly and helpful (especially Miriam who left us a hand written note! So thoughtful), the room was clean and the AC worked great, the terrace was a pleasant break from the streets and the breakfast was delicious! I'm reading some of the other reviews about the walls being thin and will note that I didn't hear another guest for my entire four night stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you choose this place you will love it I'm sure!

This hotel I can surely recommend! There is always professional staff at the entrance, also thank you Andrea! They provide excellent service and recommendations for sightseeing. The rooms are clean, although the walls are not that good isolated so I would recommend you to bring your ear plugs.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal.
Sehr gutes Frühstück.
Hat eine super Parkgarage.
Man darf den Hund mitnehmen.

Not recommended! I was only going to rank this hotel one star, but the staff on duty earned one more star for this hotel by offering two bottles of water for free at the last minute. Had no choice but to sign a waiver, when checking in, that if lost of valuables, the hotel has no reliability. I am still confused, is Barcelona not safe enough for tourists, in particular in a hotel? Having booked four nights, only the first day had free bottled water, which seems to suggest that you should book one day at a time rather than four days at once. Imagine coming back to your hotel after a long day of sightseeing and having no water to drink. Sounds ridiculous, doesn't it? The staff explained that it was their hotel's policy and he was sorry about my feeling while it didn't change anything, even if it was about a bottle of water which costs 20 cents.
