Ha pasado 1 hora d3 mi hora de cita, siguen sin llamar me. 1 estrella porque no se puede poner menos. Si tenemos hora concertada es para ir más rápidos. Lamentable.

Trato simpático y agradable, se tarda un poco para la consulta pero se compensa con el trato

Las nuevas instalaciones són más amplias y agradables, el trato es amable y rápido. Las salas de espera estan bien distribuidas.

Centro asistencial te atienden super bien, un 10 a la chica de recepción Jenny por su amabilidad, simpatía y buen asesoramiento!

Un centre molt agradable. El personal molt competent i a destacar la joveneta de recepció, que va resultar ser un encant, i va aconseguir resoldre el meu problema.

Tardar más de 1h en que te atienda el médico en lo que se supone que es un reconocimiento médico programado no es profesional. Yo mo sé si faltará personal o cual es el problema, pero el servicio es nefasto.

Son unos impresentables, médicos? Jajaja sois unos carniceros, con el debido respeto a los carniceros de verdad.
Informes fraudulentos, pruebas NO REALIZADAS que meten en el informe corta y pega de una plantilla, menuda evaluación más patética que hacéis, para hacer eso mejor no hacer nada ya que va gente que realmente está mal, incompetentes!
Si os deriva vuestra empresa os recomiendo que grabéis toda la visita, es súpeer fácil demostrarlo.id preparados a que ni os van a mirar casi.y tengan presente que no os atenderá un médico, s erá cualquir mindundi del otro lado del charco que apenas sabe que significa ser facultativo.

En cuanto a su respuesta, NO. Yo no soy quien debe informar de nada, ustedes tienen la OBLIGACIÓN de tenrer PROFESIONALES y no los tienen, tienen a charcuteros con bata, y las chicas de la recepción bastante desubicadas, que se cuenten su vida al plegar, al paciente no le importan sus vivencias o experiencias perosnales en al camping o si las tapas del bar estaban buenas, son poco serios desde la entrada hasta la consulta. Me limito a informarlo para que os graben y se os caiga el pelo porque lo que hacéis es ILEGAL.

Went for a COVID-19 PCR test, had a very quick and expedite procedure. Results were available the next day.

No cojen elntelefono ni por casualidad llevo 40 minutos llamando para cambiar una cita y o dejan sin cojer el telefono o directamente cuelgan, pesimos profesionales y pesimo servicio.

Fui para una prueba de PCR COVID-19, tuve un procedimiento muy rápido y expedito. Los resultados estuvieron disponibles al día siguiente.

La recepcionista jugando al Parchís en el móvil. El Aire acondicionado ni lo conocen, y los médicos tardan mas de 1 hora en llamarte para una simple revisión. Entrada a las 12: 36 y a la 13: 36 solo me han pasado por la Enfermera.

La recepcionista muy bien y muy amable y por la atención de el resto de personal muy agradable, sin duda un buen centro a recomendar, un urra por las personas que se juegan su salud por los demás

NO VOLVERE NUNCA MAS Y NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE ES UNA PENA PERDER CLIENTES Y 100 EUROS POR 4 MINUTOS PERO VAMOS QUE POR LO VISTO POR DINERO NO ES Y SI HABLAMOS DE PROFESIONALIDAD LES FALTA MUCHO

Secretaría muy amable y simpática, mientras que la que nos ha realizado el PCR ha sido muy seca al dar cuatro indicaciones sin mediar un simple "hola". Al contrario que lo que dice otro usuario, no nos ha metido prisa para que le llenásemos el bote de saliva.
Se lleva el Centro las 5* por la profesionalidad y amabilidad de la recepcionista que estaba hoy a las 11: 30h.
Instalaciones muy limpias.

Went in person to the Joseph Tarradellas branch to arrange a covid Antigen test. After being told we had to do this online and while checking we had the correct information the Male staff member said we had to do this on the street. Very rude attitude and service. Called the day before and was hung up on the phone. I will not be using this company. Booked elsewhere for 15 euros cheaper.

CONSIDER ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS BEFORE USING QUIRON SALUT FOR PCR / ANTIGEN TESTS.

I'm talking in general about Quiron Salut, not the staff at this specific branch, who were helpful and polite. Read on to find out more.

I wanted to make a multiple booking for an antigen test for my mum and my two daughters before they travelled abroad. BUT, you cannot make an application for multiple tests through their website so you must call them first, and then they send you an excel spreadsheet for you to complete with the passport details, names, type of test required and the time you would like the test. You then send that completed excel spreadsheet to them by email.

In my case I waited 6 days. Waited and waited. No response. Every day I called, and every day they said they would get to my application by the end of the day. They never did.

So I called on the 7th day and hassled them by phone until they allowed me to do it over the phone, but that was tricky, because all of the names and numbers had to be spelt out letter by letter and number by number. But, okay, after 7 days and multiple phone calls I arrived to the moment where I could make a payment for the tests and feel confident that they were confirmed.

I made the payment but received NO CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT AND NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENTS.

Note: The above experience corresponds with QuirónSalut general office in Málaga I believe, not this specific centre in BCN.

Then, I actually had to go in person to the centre (in BCN) to confirm all of these things. What did I discover? All the email addresses and names had been recorded incorrectly because no one had ever checked or referenced the excel spreadsheet.

I spoke with the kind man at reception (first positive comment about Quiron Salut) and together we went through and updated all the details so they were correct. Phew, at last!

Then comes the day of the test. Prior to the test the lady at reception wanted to confirm the passport number and name for each person taking the test. We did this TWICE. TWICE. Letter by letter.

I have just received the results from the test and guess what? The name on the test does not correspond with the name on my mum's passport despite all the trauma described above.

So, now, I have to return in person to request that they send another document with the test results but with the correct name on it.

I won't begin to describe the process of downloading the results through their app because I don't want to waste anymore time on QuironSalut.

PLEASE CONSIDER ANOTHER PROVIDER. DON'T SUFFER AS WE HAVE.

Disclaimer: The man at reception who helped me update the details the first time was very helpful and very friendly. The lady who actually conducted the tests was also very helpful and went out of her way to do us a favour. I would like to thank these two people for their help.

Disclaimer 2: I returned to the centre in BCN Josep Tarradellas 32 and the lady at reception and another man were very helpful and sorted out the problem and printed the results certificate for me. All resolved.

We did our PCR test yesterday in the morning and more than 24 hours have passed, and no results yet.called them and apparently they messed something up in the system and I had to give all information again (email, passport number etc.) for them to send the results and still haven’t gotten them.our flights is in a few hours and we are very uncertain now because of this unprofessionalism.

No les pongo una estrella por darles el beneficio de la duda.la recepcionista bien, pero la enfermera una mal educada, una rubia, que me pide que llene un tubo de saliva para una prueba de covid y se enoja porque me demoro.mira el tubo y dice madre mía! A lo que le pregunto porque no se puede hacer con el isopo? Y me contesta, ahora ya está, termina. Horrible.parece que se olvida de ser amable
