31¡Qué experiencia tan increíble! Acabábamos de comenzar nuestras vacaciones en España y tuvimos problemas con el equipaje con las aerolíneas. Entramos a la tienda e inmediatamente nos preguntaron cómo podían ayudar, nos brindaron sugerencias y soluciones y estábamos en camino en 45 minutos. La crisis se manejó y somos fanáticos de Samsonite de por vida (lo cual es bueno porque ya teníamos cinco de sus maletas). ¡Gracias Ana y todo el personal por su excelente servicio!

Muy buena atención las maletas hermosas tienen mucha variedad, hasta nos grabaron los identificador de las maletas y conseguimos el forro para la maleta que teníamos tiempo buscando

Excellent customer service! -We visited this store with a huge problem. We could not remember the code to open our suitcase. Within 3 minutes, the cashier was able to unlock it. What a lifesaver! It is very rare for businesses to go out of their way to help out customers. Great experience-you can’t go wrong when shopping at this Sampsonite store. The staff was Very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be returning to this store. Great job!
So sweet and kind employees, they put so much effort in opening the stucked locker of my suitcase, without even let me pay anything for their time. Where do I begin, super excellent customer service which is the best hands down, thanks Jen for helping me throughout although the purchase was from July 2019, she has gone out of the way to help me find the receipt which can help me claim the warranty for my samsonite product. Extremely attentive, sincere and delightful experience will close my eyes and go for samsonite once again and that too from Jen again. Thank you once again very much for the support

The brand is well-known and one of the best in that field but the service and staff in store in Paseo de Gracia was awful. If I was shopping in Primark, they would've understood my needs better and helped me complete my order faster. This is one of the most important aspects of the brand as one of the main reasons for paying a premium is the shopping experience they are meant to provide but in that specific store it was way below the standard. Better order online.
There are 3 saleslady at the store. Theres one saleslady who assisted us, when we are choosing luggage. She is accommodating so far and we paid the luggage we bought. However, when I was asking her to change or get another luggage to change because I felt there is a rough part at the handle because of the screw.
She became a little rude w one of her fellow mate. Because they have to get it at their stockroom. She pretend not to understand our english language. But she is fluent when we are inquiring before we purchase.
When they change the luggage we bought. We check it again. Yes it’s brand new from the store. The 2nd stock the top portion of the luggage is half flat and we pointed out comparing the display is different from the new stock.
The 2 sales lady are both frustrated and trying to pretend not to understand our English. The 3rd saleslady (a little asian looking) came (she was about to leave early not wearing uniform in blue) and talk to us nicely and explained to us. Since we bought it 2mins ago still inside the store we did not bring it out yet. She suggest if we can try to have it service center at any Samsonite. I mentioned I am not sure if we have in Manila.
Anyways, really had a bad experience on this store! Wish they will be nice to tourist!

Vaig anar a la botiga de Passeig de Gràcia a resoldre alguns dubtes sobre l'spinner de la línia Pro-DLX 5. Em van atendre amb molta amabilitat, i els vàrem adreçar tots. A més a més, varen tenir la cortesia de gravar-me el trosset de cuir que va en el lateral de la maleta amb les meves inicials.
