Sephora, FLOOR - 1

Buena atención recibida, fui a buscar un encargo, y me atendieron muy bien, también preguntando por diferentes productos.

Es un tienda muy grande, tienen casi todos los productos y marcas con las que trabaja Sephora, exceptuando algunos que solo se venden on line, pero sobre todo el personal es fantástico, muy profesionales y amables, recomendable 100%

En Sephora las Arenas me ha atendido Cristina, una chica que viene desde Madrid, y su asesoramiento ha sido espectacular. Ha escuchado mis necesidades y ha sabido asesorarme en base a mis peticiones y a precio. Lo más de lo más! Y encima por ser clienta tenía descuentos y muestras! Preguntar por ella!

Es mi perfumería de referencia. Pero la que me gusta es la de Plaza Catalunya.que es donde se respira glamour.

Los perfumes que tienen de exposición de probador no huelen como las colonias de los envases. Deberian de poner probadores acordes a las colonias que venden, es como si estuvieran pasados. Y los precios bastante caros

La tienda está muy bien, es bastante grande, la atención recibida 0, como si no existiera, y no habían clientes en la tienda, le he preguntado a una chica por una crema y a sido tan estupida que me he ido sin comprarla, iré al del ci diagonal que te atienden de 10.

Muy buena experiencia en esta tienda. Nos atendió una chica que se llamaba Uxía y estuvo súper. Amable, simpatica y sabe detectar las necesidades del cliente. Gracias

Encontré todo lo que buscaba, a diferencia de Sephora Gran vía 2 las chicas ni nos dieron la bienvenida, tampoco nos preguntaron si necesitábamos ayuda que por un lado está bien porque puedes mirar tranquila sin sentir que te vigilan constantemente pero a la hora de necesitar ayuda tuve que dar varias vueltas para encontrar una dependienta, esperar a que terminara de atender a una clienta y poderle preguntar, y sentí que me atendió sin muchas ganas, a diferencia de la cajera que era realmente simpática y me puso varias muestras. No sé si volveré a este Sephora. PD: La calefacción estaba a unos niveles exagerados, la gente se quejaba del calor.

La mejor atención que he recibido en una tienda. No sabía que perfume elegir y la responsable de la tienda Niloo me asesoró muy bien. ¡Volveré!

Tienen productos veganos claramente indicados, te ahorran la molestia de ir leyendo producto por producto

Been to Sephora in Gran Via and Arenas. As a tourist, I don't think they are customer-oriented. Had a bad experience in Gran Via where one of the salespersons just left me in the middle of testing the shade for foundation! Luckily I got a small portion to test it back at the hotel and managed to change it to a shade that suits me better with the help of a different staff. Although she was helpful, I thought she might have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed - unfriendly service. Today, I went to the one in Arena. I'd to wait for a while to get help but that was fine as that gave me time to explore the products myself. Later, I was helped by a young salesperson. Generally, I feel that they do lack customer service. As I won't be back anytime soon, I do hope that they'll improve as they have really good stuff!

Fui el 1 día que abrieron en el centro comercial Arena y tengo que felicitar al equipo todo muy correcto y no me senti "acosada" como en algunos sitios que sólo hace que ir detrás ofreciendo.

Porque encuentras toda clase de cosmeticos, tanto si son para baño, msquillaje o productos para el cuidado de la piel en epoca de playa o nieve

Disgusting service. I'm in complete shock that the staff here get away with treating customers like dirt. They stand around chatting to each other while you're waiting to be served. They know you're there, but they don't care one bit. I asked a member of staff a question and she started speaking to her colleague in the middle of our conversation (it was clearly not related to what I was asking). I also visited the Gran Via store yesterday and their service was fantastic.

Although one staff member agreed initially, they later wouldn't let me exchange something that was clearly still packaged and Sephora branded. Couldn't take it with me on the plane due to size, but was planning to purchase more from there anyway. Asked the member of staff if I could speak to the store Manager and she claimed she was the Manager (she clearly wasn't). Tried to speak to another member of staff as she wasn't listening to anything I suggested, but she ran over and quickly convinced the other staff member that I shouldn't be allowed to exchange. They kept telling me to go back to the original store, which wasn't possible for me after 8pm on my own and 6 months pregnant. My flight was leaving at 10am the following morning, so this was my only chance. Again, there was no help from them. Asked if I could use their store phone to call the other store and get the code they needed. Even offered to show bank statement to prove it was purchased yesterday, but no.

The only reason I had no receipt was because I had returned a different item (after changing my mind) to their store while visiting Diagonal Mar, unfortunately the original receipt wasn't returned to me and I didn't notice. Tried exchanging the second item because I completely forgot only 100ml could be taken on the plane journey home and this was 190ml. I didn't want to waste my money when it would be taken away at security.

I will be contacting Sephora Head Office as I'm disgusted at the way I was treated. I tried to meet them in the middle for them to tell me everything I suggested wouldn't work. In fact they claimed an exchange was impossible (opposite to what it says on the Sephora website). I'm convinced the rude woman I spoke to decided she didn't want to help me and stuck to her guns and her colleague stuff by her.

Please don't bother visiting this store if you want to be treated with dignity and respect. Try Gran Via or Diagonal Mar instead.

Mi tienda por excelencia en cosmetica y perfumeria. Los precios son medios. La atencion buenisima. Un lugar magico muy recomendable

Te atienden bien y tienen todo lo que puedas necesitar en colonias cremas, productos para el baño.
Ofertas interesantes.

Las dependendientas muy amables y preparadas. Aconsejan muy bien. Los productos de buena calidad. Últimas tendencias y novedades.

I have been to Sephora store at the arenas de Barcelona shopping center and I can tell you that they have the most unprofessional staff ever! I've been to plenty of Sephora shops in Barcelona and Europe (France, Switzerland, italy.) and I was very satisfied by the customer care except at Sephora in arenas de Barcelona shopping center. They are rude, mean and so unprofessional! (Especially the cashier with a nose earring). I was very disappointed by the service and I don't recommend anyone to go there.

Es el sephora al que mas voy, las dependientas son muy simpáticas, te ayudan si lo necesitas pero no te agobian si estas mirando. Hay una en concreto que me ha atendido varias veces que es un encanto, me muestra los productos y me ha maquillado mas de una vez para que vea como me queda, ojala yo supiera hacérmelo igual luego en casa!
