SIXT Alquiler de Coches Girona Aeropuerto

La experiencia de Sixt en Girona fue bastante positiva. Recogí el coche en 10 minutos. Tenga en cuenta que yo era el único cliente esa mañana {30 de octubre de 2023} a las 10 a.m. El personal me explicó amablemente las opciones que había reservado y me informó sobre el resto de las opciones que podría haber agregado a la oferta reservada. Después de preguntar el precio final {que era igual al precio que obtuve al reservar en línea} firmé y recibí las llaves del auto compacto que reservé. El coche era un Skoda Fabia 2023, limpio y con 7.000 kilómetros a bordo. Perfecto para las calles estrechas de Barcelona y para mi pequeña familia. El regreso se realizó en menos de 10 minutos y todo transcurrió sin problemas. Leí muchas críticas negativas sobre los servicios de Sixt, pero esta superó mis expectativas.

Nuestra asistente durante el alquiler de nuestro coche con Sixt fue Sara. Ella fue muy amable y profesional. Y no sólo con nosotros: alquilamos el coche el domingo y había mucha gente delante de nosotros. Ella cuidó a todos con una sonrisa y sin estrés. ¡5 estrellas para Sara!

La experiencia con sixt fue estupenda de principio a fin. Ofrecen servicio de transporte desde el aeropuerto a la oficina y viceversa. La señora del mostrador fue encantadora y muy servicial, el papeleo fue rápido y fácil y fue reconfortante que, aunque ofreció la cobertura completa, no fue insistente cuando le explicamos que teníamos la nuestra. Condujo el auto hasta la entrada y nos dejó para verificar que todo estuviera bien. El auto estaba en excelentes condiciones y estaba casi nuevo, nos encantó y la relación calidad/precio fue excelente.
Definitivamente usaremos este servicio nuevamente ya que viajamos allí al menos dos veces al año.

Todo sería una experiencia de 5 estrellas, si no fuera por los problemas con la conexión del iPhone (se utilizaron 13 mini, cables USB/lightning originales de Apple). Todo parecía perfecto, hasta que apagamos el motor por primera vez, frente a una tienda Aldi, a unos 20 kilómetros del punto de recogida, donde el ordenador de a bordo se quedó en blanco después de varios arranques y el teléfono se reinicia. Volvimos al punto de recogida para pedir ayuda y quejarnos, pero mientras tanto todo empezó a funcionar bien y siguió bien hasta que regresó el coche, unos días después. Sin embargo, el representante de Sixt fue muy útil y estuvo dispuesto a solucionar el problema por nosotros, ninguno de nosotros todavía sabía que el ordenador de a bordo volvería a funcionar correctamente, por lo que cinco estrellas, con un pequeño tic.

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich hab viele Autos gemietet, aber so ein Service wie bei Sixt hat man nirgendwo. Vielen Dank an die Mitarbeiter die uns trotz das wir unseren Flug verpasst haben, uns geholfen haben und eine Hilfe angeboten haben, die Mitarbeiter und Sixt hat uns den Tag gerettet. Staff were very helpful at original collection (despit a flight delay that meant we did not arrive until after the normal closing time) and at car return. Friendly efficeint service. Originally I got a PHEV but I had no charging facility where I was staying and local public charging points were not working. I was uncomfortable continuing to drive the car with no battery charge left and dediced to change for a normal diesel or petrol car. SIXT staff at Girona arranged a change of car for me with no hassle (in and out in about 10 minutes). Great experience all round.

Almost everything was good (the car, the location, the collection/return process etc) except the fact that I had to pay a higher price for a car category higher that I booked. I collected the car in the morning instead of previous night (the flight was delayed) and my car was already rented out to somebody else. I believe that's not right because I already paid for the car in full. Why would you rent it to somebody else if you already got the money? Alternatevely the higher category car might be offered for the same price as I originally booked which is the usual approach at other rental companies. But nonetheless I was requested to pay a higher price.
Also the openning hours might be more friedly for the customers arriving by plane. I had to pay for a night at the hotel at the airport just because my flight was delayed and the rental office was already closed.

I have had some experience with hiring cars and at this moment in time yours is the best experience I have had in a long while your employees are always polite and courteous and are very good at speaking English I have not had any problems with any of the vehicles I have used and they are always clean and well maintained thank you

Personnel déplorable, ne savent meme pas quelle catégorie de voiture vous avez droits. Les informations sur le sites ne sont pas les mêmes que sur place, ils n’offrent aucune solution alors que tout a été payé en ligne, sauf celle de payer plus pour avoir une tout autre voiture, et je finis quand meme sans voiture… manque de professionnalisme.

Excellentes expériences multiples avec Sixt. Accueil sympathique et aimable. Insiste un peu pour options supplémentaires mais il s'agit plutôt de conseils sans trop exagérer. Véhicules toujours à l'état neuf. Les griffes.sont toujours bien renseignées sur la facture de location. Prix corrects

Kann ich nur empfehlen, bei der Abholung einen top Service, freundlich und kompetent. Bei der Rückgabe das Gleiche inklusive Shuttleservice zum Abflug, da wir viel Gepäck hatten sehr hilfreich. Harry, mach weiter so, war echt top

Great service with friendly staff. The lady at the desk had fluent English & was helpful. Car was great also.

If returning your car input the main Girona airport address into the GPS as the Sixt address I inputted leads you to another location away from the airport.

I found the staff extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. For this reason I will be using Sixt again in the future. Thanks!
