22Por tema de cobertura del seguro, no se como serán los precios, tuve muy buen servicio, coche practicamente nuevo, empleado amabilísimo.
Everything was fine collecting the car. The car was good however the problem starts after we have returned the car and fly home to find out we have been charged for an additional driver. We did NOT request an additional drive when asked we clearly declined this they did NOT request any form of driving license for an additional driver yet still feel it’s ok to charge for one. Iv tried to contact on more the 6 occasions now and even sent emails but I’m just being ignored. Customer after care is clearly non existent and clearly they have no intention of sorting out this fraudulent charge they have taken from me
