Don't buy Tempur Cloud if you want to sleep well! We have bought Tempur Cloud couple of months ago because the mattress is soft and comfortable. The reality is that it's way too soft and doesn't support you well. When testing the mattress in the shop, we raised the concern to the shop assistant and she reassured me that my spine was perfectly aligned. When we got the mattress we had a bit of back pain but were thinking it was just a matter of getting used to it. But after a few days/weeks more it was only getting worse that I ended up sleeping in another room most of the time! We called the shop and they told us that because we had l took some 5% discount, there is no return policy. Even IKEA has a return policy of their mattresses and they cost a quarter of the price! They told us they still send a technician to review our matters as it might be some specific issue. After several calls and emails to follow up and weeks of waiting. No one ever came!
This is really frustrating experience with some expensive brand! We even had the Tempur classic and that was was good. But this mattress is a nightmare, I have lower back pain every time I sleep on it and my husband had to take such leave for two weeks because he was not able to move his back one day. Horrible mattress and horrible customer service!

Nosaltres tenim un conjunt de dos Matalassos Tempur i llurs Sunyers mecànics, des del 2003 i quan t'hi acostumes no n'hi ha cap altre millor.
He contractat via telefònica uns comandaments pel nostre llit.
He fet el pagament per transferència i ara estic esperant que me'ls portin i instal·lin.
Vaig començar per via telefònica el mes de novembre haviam si trobaven un comandament inalàmbric de recanvi pel nostre llit.
L'han trobat, però la espera s'està fent llarga.

Una tienda excelente, tienda oficial de la Marca con muy buen producto y grandes asesores y profesionales. Compre un colchón Tempur y no puedo estar más contento, descanso de maravilla. 100% recomendable, me atendió Marta una gran profesional.

La verdad que nunca he puesto una reseña, pero la atención recibida en la tienda Tempur Diagonal ha sido tan mala que tengo que ponerlo. Mucha marca poca profesionalidad.
