Our favorite place to stay in Barcelona, friendly staff, great location a bit out of town and on the beach. Good gym infrastructure.

El servcicio de los camareros y de los porteros pésimos… Deja mucho que desear tanto nombre sinceramente. Iva con mi pareja a tomar algo con el patín plegado primero no nos pusieron ningún tipo de pega pero cuando ya nos ivamos a sentar los porteros dijeron que era imposible entrar con el patín cuando ya nos habían previamente dado el okay. Vergonzoso que en estas épocas donde los patinetes eléctricos son un medio de transporte común y esencial sean discriminados de tal forma. Siempre había venido y he estado alguna vez alojado pero la experiencia siempre había sido satisfactoria hasta el día de hoy. No volveré.

Ambiente y decorados espectacular, atención muy buen y servicial. Los mojitos son muy buenos recomendación si llegan y no hay mesa VALE LA PENA ESPERAR!

I came here for a drink and the only available bar was the one on ground floor; no other bars were mentioned, not the one on the 26th floor, as someone else wrote. My gin tonic was OK, but the slice of lime was pretty tired… drinks were served with no nuts, olives or anything else, and the overall service was also average…. A big disappointment, as this is not what you expect from the bar of a luxury hotel.

Como conductor de coches de lujo, visitó muy frecuentemente e hotel de referencia y sin la menor duda, le adjudico una 10 puntos sobre 10. No más parar frente al hotel, tanto para cargar como para descargar pasajeros, se acercan jóvenes respetuosos, simpáticos y muy profesionales de su trabajo, lo cual se repite en la recepción, se rifan entre ellos por atenderme y eso me hace sentir muy bien acogido. Todos dominan muy bien las lenguas extranjeras y repito, se dirigen a mí y a mis pasajeros, con el máximo de respeto, simpatía y profesionalidad. Felicidadesca todos y continuad así, es maravilloso. Hasta pronto.

The W Barcelona is in keeping with the W franchise and meets the 5 star expectation in both accomodation, service, cuisine, location and flair. I had the pleasure to try the spa for a massage which was immensely relaxing. The food in fire was good, but in two instances the food was either over cooked or under cooked. Which is unexpected at this level of establishment. But the real treat is breakfast, which has one of the best options I've seen worldwide. Not just the quality of food but the abundance of high quality offerings and even small niche items. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is nice and great location.
However I had to change my room during the stay and left a T-shirt (which I just bought) in the first room.
It disappeared (either in the laundry or wherever.) and I asked many times but didn't get feedback to my inquiries. For a hotel where you pay more than 300 €/night you would expect the team to take such an issue serious.

Espectacular en invierno. La atención magnifica y el espacio escelente. Muy acogedor. Elegante y cosmopolita. Merece la pena visitarlo. Fantástico.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel. The restaurants leave a lot to the imagination, the furnishing are outdated, the showers didn’t have hot water, the toiletries provided (only provided is soap, shampoo, conditioner, “body” lotion) are small and easily used in only one application. On top of all this - considering the times we live in, the free wifi was extremely slow however for the low price of 25eur you can access a connection from 2012.
The view from the room was amazing however, if I knew that’s the only pleasure I could get from €400 I probably would’ve just taken a joy flight…

Not worthy of a 5 star hotel. The shower did not work in our room, the decor was tired, lunch menu was embarrassingly basic. One 20ml shower gel for two people in the room. WiFi is limited to 500kbps download speed (yes - you read that right!). Business lounge non existent. Breakfast buffet was incredibly simple, with the bacon, eggs, sausages and hash browns all cold by my arrival at 10am. Staff unresponsive to guest needs, despite clear identification of service and facilities that were lacking. Would not return under any circumstances. Far better hotels in Barcelona!

Completely different accomodations than I saw on your app. Broken windows, poor bathrooms and pics with towels on beds are for rent.
Cheat Hostel

It’s always been my favourite hotel but this week after long lock down it was even better -Ana the group sale manager was amazing and really looked after our group booking
Estafania the salt restaurant manager was a incredible with service -absolutely blown away! Well done W and you remain to be my favourite hotel ️

I went there last january. My boyfriend brought me there as a surprise.
The view was stunning, the room inside was amazing! I loved the colour and the design all was super clean. The spa/ hammam is great and not crowded. All the experience I loved it and the breakfast with the view is worthy!
I recommand for some days to share with your lover or friends.

Très bel hôtel! La vue des « fabulous room » donnent sur la Barceloneta et la ville. Le petit déjeuner est top, quand vous avez fait le tour de ce qui est en libre service, vous pouvez faire des demandes spéciales en cuisine. Le personnel est en général plutôt souriant et serviable. 2 piscines disponibles: une plutôt ambiance dj et cocktail et une autre plus familiale à l’ombre l’après-midi. Nous recommandons à 100%
