W Barcelona

Very boujee, loved how modern and clean it was. So nice to be on the beach. Did not have our room ready at our checkout time which was annoying because we had to wait four hours to get our rooms. First ever taste of Europe was here so I am grateful I got to see such a nice area of Barcelona. New and clean, kind people and beautiful pools.

Personnel compétent et réactif, pourquoi ne pas mettre 5 étoiles? Car les piscines sont très petites par rapport au nombre de chambres, l emplacement est bien mais il se trouve très proche d un port commercial, sinon la plage est en bas de l hotel et des restaurants sympas aussi.
Je recommande donc cet hôtel pour un long ou court séjour à Barcelone.

Pourquoi pas 5 étoiles? Les piscines sont petites, si la chambre donne sur le port commercial pas chance, il faut avoir vue mer.
Les chambres sont grandes, le lit très confortable, avec une vue si on a de la chance panoramique sur la méditerranée à 180 degrés, mais il y a un hic.dommage que les toilettes dans la chambre ne soient pas plus intimes (séparation vitrée).
Pas top parking payant à 28 euros la journée.
Il n y a pas suffisamment de place autour de la piscine pour s allonger sur des transats.
Sinon petit déjeuner top.finess comme une vraie salle de gym, spa top, emplacement top face à la mer et acces à une plage privée.
Personnel réactif.

Perfect location, amazing hotel, only have one problem the house keeping wasn't good, we left the room for a whole day returned at night and our room wasn't CLEAN, we put up the sign on the door, we also called the house keeping and tlod them to clean our room. But still we came back and the room was not CLEAN.

Not recommended for people who want to enjoy food at swimming pool or families with kids!
As much as we’ve enjoyed the vibe, THE BEST SERVICE (well done on “whenever, whatever”!), amazing views, swimming pool and delicious food.we were so disappointed that W allows smoking around swimming area! With all children around and people having their meals there! We’ve spent a whole day on Wet Deck swimming pool and we had next to us a guy smoking cigars ALL DAY LONG (not once or twice but literally all day long!). He totally disregard our comments to stop smoking or move somewhere else and SURPRISINGLY there is no special, designated area for smokers! We had a meal in cigar smog and the kids were running around inhaling the cigar smog!
One would wonder, why in 21st century, W is still encouraging and allowing smoking with other customers present!

En general, buena experiencia con muy buen servicio.
Ubicación inmejorable.
Las habitaciones y las instalaciones están quedando desactualizado y con falta de mantenimiento.
Relación calidad-precio regular.

Me ha dado una mala contestación en la caja y doblándole la edad me ha ido dando voces desde la caja de este restaurante hasta el ascensor y diciéndome que se lo podía decir al mánager, a un superior o a quien quisiera. A-LU-CI-NANTE.

Pues que más que decir sobre uno de los hoteles más lujosos y posiblemente el más emblemático de la ciudad, excelencia.

Bar strepitoso anche grazie Miriam, che ti fa sentire a tuo agio sempre. Cocktails strepitosi. Da chiedere di lei.

This is a lovely hotel with first class service and staff, generous rooms and lots of inanities

Didn't like it that much. The club at the roof is disappointing. It's better to have your drink by the pool.

The staff here is really bad I went to the club on the 26th floor and the staff is so rude and bad I have seen many people being carried out of the W hotel by security. I have been there 2 times as I live in Barcelona, my first experience there was really bad but my friends wanted to go there so I decided to give it another go and had an even worse experience there. The view is good but it’s a terrible experience and you can get a way better view in other places in Barcelona!

La plage est très belle, le lieu est agréable. J ai mangé une paella dans une paillote avec vue sur la mer.

A fantastic hotel and view. Close to La Rambla as well and other attractions. Fantastic rooms and service.

Si quieres hotel con ambiente y algo de fiesta sin duda este es el que tienes q coger. Ai. Duda os recomiendo habitaciones altas con vistas al mar. Son muy guapas las
Corner suites. Si economicamente podeis cogeros unas grandes que hay que tiene gran terraza y jacuzzi exterior. Si venis en verano, los domingos hacen una pool party muy muy guapa. Vale mucho la pena. La zona de playa no esta mal, no es privada del todo pero intentan mantenerla sin gentuza.

The hotel is excellent and the views are probably the best in Barcelona. The service is wonderful and the staff are always happy to accommodate you. The rooms are very clean. Below the hotel there are a lot of places to choose from to eat. We tried few and they were good. The bar upstairs has an incredible view. My only complaint is the location because the only thing nearby is the beach, but there's obviously nothing the hotel can do about that. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Barcelona if you want the best views of the Mediterranean.

Rooms are good size with perfect ocean views. Showers are large and in room toiletries were perfect. Didn’t have any noise issues between rooms even with a night club a few floors above. With that said, there was quite a bit of noise coming from the morning and evening spin classes on the pier near the cruise dock. If you are looking for quiet I suggest booking a room on the other side of the hotel facing the beach. Didn’t have an opportunity to eat at the hotel but did eat at a few restaurants right outside the hotel on the beach and the food was great.

E' un cinque stelle ma ne possiamo dispensare quattro. Molto ridimensionato in termini di servizio e qualità dell'ambiente negli ultimi tre anni. Molte camere e i bagni soprattutto sono da considerare usurati. Bisogna fare lavori importanti di ammodernamento e soprattutto elevare la qualità del servizio. Le piscine poi sono amministrate dai ragazzi che servono e che gestiscono i lettini in modo pessimo. Tornate alla gestione di tre o quattro anni fa. è decaduto l'hotel.
