AC Hotel by Marriott Atocha, Madrid

We had one night at the hotel and we got an upgrade.
The studio-style room was very modern, clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was super-smart, basically built in the room. (I loved it.)
If you want to catch an early plane or a train from Atocha, it's definitely very handy to be so close to the terminal. Buses to airport leave at every 20 or so minutes.

Nos ha gustado mucho. Seguro q la próxima vez q volvamos a Madrid nos alojaremos ahí. Habitaciones muy cómodas y desayuno estupendo.

Buen hotel y magnífica situación.
El trato con los tiempos que corren ha sido muy satisfactorio.
Entiendo a la perfección que estén faltos de personal por la situación, pero la atención ha sido muy buena.
Por poner un pequeño pero, ha sido el coste, que me ha parecido un poco elevado con respecto a la situación en la que a día de hoy vivimos, pero en términos generales todo muy bien.

Buena ubicación. Amigos de otras provincias que han venido se han alojado allí y están contentos

They are absolutely amazing. Incredibly happy with the service, all around. The staff they are all very friendly, they did go out of their way to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. The hotel line is one I recommend through out the country of Spain, as their rooms are also modern, clean.comfortable, with heating and air conditioning available. I recommend them and will return!

I use this hotel since is quite close to the office. Breakfast is like 20 bucks which I'm not paying even if my company is paying.no way. Rooms are OK. Front desk guys are nice.

Very nice hotel. Freindly staff, beautiful court garden, clean rooms with aminities. At the lobby you can fill a small pouch with dried lavender for peaceful sleep. Really enjoyed my stay. Recommended.

Estuve en un simposium organizado por el laboratorio Boerhinger y estuvo genial: la sala muy cómoda, el catering estupendo y muy bien comunicado.

Inmejorable. Este Hotel cumple con los estándares de calidad de la cadena Marriott. Habitaciones, baños y espacios comunes impecables. Cuenta con parking para quienes viajan en coche.

Otro hotel más que te tilda de roba toallas reclamándote una tarjeta de crédito cuando ya tienen un bono para pagar habitación y desayuno.

Perfecto para viajes cortos, a menos de 10 minutos andando de Atocha. Todo muy limpio y habitación suficientemente grande y moderna, a destacar la ducha, genial. Muy recomendable, repetiré con bastante probabilidad.

Pues en general bastante correcto.esosi, una terraza de 20 metros cuadrados sin una sola silla ni mesita para poder disfrutarla.y el baño, sin escobilla de water.por lo que se ve, ningún hotel de la cadena AC la tiene.por lo demás la estancia muy agradable, habitación silenciosa y grande.

Worst shower ever, you can't manually turn off the toilet lights, the fitness room is a, joke, the breakfast is bad. It is very clean though.

Hotel siguiendo el Canon AC. Correcto, como siempre aunque sin personalidad (igual da que te despiertes en Atocha que en París, no notas la diferencia hasta que abres las cortinas).
Situado en la parte baja de Atocha.
Lo veo muy correcto para trabajar. Las mesas de su cafetería son perfectas para una reunión.
El patio, lleno de lavanda, da gusto verlo (y olerlo)

Super convenient to the Atoche Train Station in Madrid. The AC is a cross between trendy and efficient with alittle of both. The rooms are relatively large by European standards and they do have king sized beds. The breakfast has decent offerings from fruit to yogurt but this hotel does not offer eggs other than hard boiled. There is a gym but it is sparse. This hotel is a good value for the money.

Absolutamente deprimente. Hay hoteles de carretera más dignos. Tenerife 4* increíble que le den 2*. Un solo enchufe en la habitación, unos amenities simplemente de pena, un sillón que si no lo fueras de toallas yo no me siento. En definitiva, aquí han tenido que rodar algún capítulo de Cuéntame, la historia de España de los años 80

Nice hotel. Cute rooms but small which may be normal for the city. The wifi worked very well. The shower water temperature would not stay consistent. It was hot and cold and could not be regulated.

I stayed for two nights and liked the room. Staff was friendly and patiently answered my questions. As a platinum member of marriotty, I got a free room upgrade. The shower was very good. Room had good air-conditioning, minibar and coffee machine. Room did not have a tea kettle but the bar gave complementary hot water. I was unable to try their breakfast as it starts at 7 am.
Only issue- the walk to atocha station from hotel is stinchy as hell. Not hotel fault. So avoid walk to atocha station if you can by using alternative station.

Lo elegí xq esta a 350 mts de la estación de tren. Diana de la recepción super amable y me ayudó con todas mis consultas. La habitación de lineas simples en blancos grises y negros me pareció super cómoda y práctica. Super recomendable!

Le quito una estrella porque en la habitación de 2, la ducha que me tocó era transparente. 0 intimidad
