31No muestran ningún interés por hacer sentir confortable al huesped. No fue una estancia agradable muy alejado de todo,
Muy buen hotel. Cercano a la zona de las universidades. Respecto a la habitacion, estaba todo genial. Cama y almohadas comodisimas. El baño buenisimo con lavamanos cristal y ducha-bañera
El servicio recibido por parte del staff durante la estancia fue pésimo. Por lo demás un hotel normal.
Service always positively impacts a stay.
We were here for a conference. The hotel was exactly as expected. It's a perfect review for a good hotel. Rooms were small, but clean. Washroom was small, but clean and functional. Lobby was small, but worked great. The location was good, with nice local dining options by the corner and a very nice grocery store next door. Was easy to access by metro.
But really, the staff made the difference.
I normally triple check my reservations, but it seems I had accidentally picked a "simple" room. I thought as in not complicated, but it was a single bed.
With a quick email they got us a queen bed in the already full hotel, with no extra fee. Thank you!
El hotel inmejorable. Muy silencioso, bien situado si tienes que ir a la ciudad universitaria y con una parada de metro muy cerca. El personal muy amable y eficiente. No califico el desayuno por qué no lo pedimos
Appalling breakfast. Synthetic linen and reception staff barely understanding English or able to listen. This hotel needs a restructuring, mostly in its human staff.
Hotel con derecho a robo.
El pasado 28 de julio y me robaron dentro del Hotel Ac los vascos. Mi experiencia dentro de este hotel fue nefasta, después de mi visita me tuve yo que poner en contacto, por qué despues de este robo nadie se interesó por nosotros. Yo acabé con 2 costillas fracturadas (además de otras dolencias), mi equipaje perdido y el hotel no se hace cargo de nada. Los ladrones se pasearon por recepción, cafetería y habitaciones sin que nadie les dijese nada. No hay nadie para seguridad.
No recomiendo este hotel a nadie.
Me encanta, muy recomendable, muy buen trato. Justito el espacio en habitación, pero muy aseado. Muy recomendable para viaje de trabajo, individual.
Magnifico hotel. Tranquilo, con buenas atenciones y muy acogedor. En un lugar accesible y de fácil movilización en la ciudad de Madrid. Lo recomiendo de verdad.
Good location if you are visiting the nearby universities but not the best AC Marriott I've visited in Spain. They give less items on the room (no shaving or dental kits like st other locations) and they only give one complimentary water per stay, versus one per day at other properties from the same brand. They also have complimentary coffee all day in the lobby with the exception of the breakfast hours, which makes it inconvenient if you want to have a coffee in the morning. I was charged 2 euros because the breakfast was still going on when I grabbed the coffee but nothing for coffee consumed at a different time. I suppose it's not a big deal, but it was definitely an unexpected charge at check out.
