Marco Aldony Torrelodones. Hoy había más de 20 personas en dicha peluquería. Las sillas, lavabos, tijeras. NO LAS DESINFECTABAN estando en PANDEMIA. Se lo he comentado a maleducado que estaba en caja y casi me pega. VERGONZOSO LA IRRESPONSABILIDAD DE CIERTAS PERSONAS. POR SUPUESTO, ME HE IDO Y NUNCA VOLVERÉ

Hoy compré un protector para colchol con precio rebajado. Y estaba pagando como siempre en caja de autopago. Como no me aplico precio rebaja llame a la cajera y ella toda desconfiada empiezo a doblar la etiqueta con precio rebajado y luego llamo a su compañera que ella revisa precio. Me sentí muy mal. Estando 5 min esperando para que otra revise precio y revisando caja de protector. No me gusta este trato de desconfiados.

I usually don't post reviews, but Alcampo Torrelodones finally takes the cake.
Over the recent years I've noticed this particular store going from being the best in the area (. Which really doesn't say much), to a store where one has to really pay attention in order not to get cheated by being charged a higher price than that advertised on the store shelves. This happened to me 3 times in a row, and one of those times, I had to wait until the Alcampo staff verified the price on 4-5 products because they were being charged higher than advertised. So that was a total waste of time on my part, but what I've asked the Alcampo staff every single time was, what if a client does not pay attention, what then? Well, then Alcampo gets away with it because surely there are sufficient clients in this category. Today, having stopped by this store again I was overcharged for some cheese, and even though the amount in this case was only around 20% of the item's price it is still relevant as it continues to reflect badly on the store, and the Alcampo brand itself, since not enough measures are implemented from the management side to ensure such practices do not exist. I mean, aren't scanners and databases still used to pretty much run the whole show? So why would it be so difficult then?

My second complaint about this store is that the previous 3 times I've shopped there I suggested to the customer care staff if it can be passed along to their store management to facilitate some sort of paper roll in the entrance area so that clients may use it for cleaning their shopping carts handles and whatnot, like all the rest of the grocery stores in the area have. To this day, no such thing exists, which finally prompted me to write this review.
I would like to add however that all the Alcampo staff I came in contact with have always been very professional, and therefore not included in my complaint of this store, only the store management, for doing a horrible job.

My third complaint, which I realize that it can't be helped, is that it sells a bunch of products more fit for a Chinese bazaar store than an international chain. But then again, as mentioned, this can't be helped since pretty much all stores across Spain sell a bunch of junk products. I mean, at least let’s be for real here and admit it. For example, in the bathroom accessories Alcampo (Carrefour, Ikea etc) sells plastic stuff pained to look like stainless steel, which of course ends up breaking regardless if treated gently for the simple fact that even that plastic is not the type that bends, but only snaps. And you really have no choice at anything else! I remember that until several years ago I couldn't even find a manual can opener in any of these grocery store chains around Madrid or Barcelona I mean what is this, the 18th century? Now they do sell manual can openers, and when I say they I mean both Alcampo and Carrefour, which are nothing more than junk and do not work. So where do I find the good ones at? Do I have to shop where the stars and politicians shop in order to find anything decent? We were actually forced to acquire such utensils from outside of Spain, like US and other European countries including the UK, which we found at prices similar to Alcampo and Carrefour but what a difference! REAL products that work, super solid, great design and meant to last a lifetime!

In conclusion, I only want to add that I will definitely lodge a complaint with the Alcampo regional office, whether that helps, or not, even though I am not holding my breath for any improvement to occur anytime soon.

Tiene de todo y a precios razonables. El personal muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar siempre. La calidad de sus productos es muy buena. 100% recomendable.

Nefasta gestión de compra online y recogida. Tiempo de espera de 7 días para poder recoger la compra y encima faltaban más de la mitad de artículos pedidos y confirmados. No hubo aviso alguno por mail o teléfono de ello. NO RECOMENDABLE, para ello mejor que no ofrezcan este MAL servicio y CERO atención al cliente en estos tiempos de "quédate en casa"

Una absoluta vergüenza la subida de precios que han hecho en estos días, cuando la situación económica de mucha gente es incierta y peor de la que era hace un mes.

Soy cliente habitual y me gusta mucho los productos, las ofertas y sobre todo la atención de los trabajadores. En algunas ocasiones he tenido que ir a otros supermercados y la actitud a la hora de atender o ir a pagar a las cajas cambia bastante, aquí siempre están sonriendo

Good value with large selection. I can't say price is the cheapest but reasonable. Most (Not everyone but most of them) staff are friendly.

Llevo años comprando en este supermercado casi a diario, me resulta cómodo y con variedad.
Pero siempre, salvando pocas excepciones me voy con mal sabor de boca por la atención de las cajeras.
No te dan los buenos días y rara vez te despiden, me hacen sentir invisible.
Y a la hora de ayudarte son reticentes, esto hizo que aunque tenga que caminar o conducir un poco más, prefiera muchas veces ir a otros supermercados.

Los pedidos a domicilio no cumplen la franja horaria siempre tarde y uno paga gastos de envío mínimo que te garanticen la entrega en ESA franja de 3 horas que dan

El único establecimiento que he conocido en años en el que no puedes hacer una factura si no llevas un certificado. Una faena si no tienes otro remedio. Poca compresión y encima te dicen que funciona así en todos los establecimientos de Alcampo cuando no es verdad.

Soy asidua semanal de Alcampo Torrelodones porque me encanta su calidad y sus inmejorables precios. Pero sobre todo, quiero agradecer a este centro el comportamiento que han tenido hoy con mi madre ante un percance de salud. Su rápida y magnífica respuesta por parte del personal, responsables, y seguridad del centro. Tampoco me olvido de una Sra maravillosa, sanitaria, anónima.que en esos momentos se encontraba en una caja y que no ha dudado en ayudarnos. Gracias muchas.de todo corazón.

En el hiper todo correcto. Excepto por el olor a sumidero/ pescado que inunda la tienda desde casi la entrada deberían limpiar más
