Aloft Madrid Gran Via opiniones
41I spent 3 nights at Aloft Madrid, it’s located at the best area in Gran Via, the hotel is a very good choice. Breakfast was also good but limited, I guess they could do some enhancements that don’t cost much by adding some juices other than the orange juice, and maybe breakfast potatoes or hash browns. Complimentary Upgrades: I’m a Marriott Titanium member and I know before choosing to stay at Aloft that they are excluded from the upgrade benefit, but I’ve read some encouraging reviews that they were flexible if available so I hoped I’ll get an upgrade, and just like other Aloft hotels I stayed at. In my case, they sticked to the rule. No upgrades, although they don’t have suites, just slightly bigger rooms 26m or 28m. Overall, it was a good stay.
Perfectly located yet tucked away discreetly just meters away on a much more quiet street than the main boulevard. Plenty of shopping all along and restaurants. Well kept hotel with varying staff. Cool decor in lobby. Rooftop gives a good view and is laidback. Pool closed during off season.
Quirky, young and easy going hotel. Located in the city center makes it a good place to stay in Madrid. You can walk to main city landmarks and shopping streets. They have a cool bar on the top floor with a working pool during summer. Rooms are spacious, however common areas area a bit dim and not so comfortable for older people. Also, super slow elevator. The staff is all lovely and welcoming.
Very nice view. Bar is nice even though nothing spectacular. Cocktails has to be improved a lot! Very very friendly staff
First time to experience a loft living and it didn't disappointed me at all. The Aloft Hotel in Madrid was simply chic and beautiful. I tried some cocktails in the rooftop bar and it was really delicious and a very good value for money. The bartenders were all friendly and can converse well in English. I will definitely be back.
The uniqueness about this hotel was the roof top bar. A nice cozy spot to chill out in the evening after a long day at work. A fair roof and drink menu. A nice view of the city
The staff at the Aloft Gran Via were phenomenal! They helped us communicate in Spanish and Portuguese to get our luggage after it had been delayed. In addition to their help, they were very kind and generous to us because of our misfortune. If I ever know anyone traveling to Madrid, I will absolutely recommend the Aloft Gran Via. It was clean, convenient, and in an excellent location. The rooftop bar was awesome—great day and night views overlooking the city. Overall, we felt so at home at this hotel and will definitely stay there in future trips to Madrid.
There is s nightclub on the bottom of the hotel. You will hear the bass through the walls that will disturb your sleep. Get location in center city.
Great location for site seeing, views and room/bed was comfy. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance.
25 minute ride from airport. We elected to take a taxi versus taking the train based on time, but it can easily be done.
Great hotel. Very youthful and the front desk staff is always very helpful. It’s located in the center of Madrid. Great place to stay! Nice rooms and great food at the bar restaurant
Located in a central place, basic, but very clean, well cared, and friendly atmosphere. They overly charge for dogs (30 EUper night)
Terrible! I should have read the reviews prior to my stay because they definitely bring up this issue. I also was put on the 4th floor which sits on top of a nightclub. It's currently 5: 34 in the morning and my room is shaking and I have not slept. I will be asking for my money back. If you plan on sleeping, like at all, do NOT stay here.
