It really was a pleasure to stay the night at this hotel that we could call our home for a few hours.

Taking into account the period hospitality is suffering they treated us perfectly. Big smile and very dedicated.

El trato excelente desde que entramos hasta que nos fuimos, Inès la chica que nos atendió fenomenal, muy amable y atenta en todo momento, muy agradecidos con su trato.
Las vistas de la habitación también nos encantaron y recomendamos a Noelia la chica de los masajes también de 10!

Nos ha gustado, un trato excelente buena comida y unas vistas estupendas gracias por el trato tan amable.

Excelente hotel, ubicado en la gran vía, habitaciones muy limpias, excelente servicio de restaurant, cuenta con GYM, decoración que te recuerda los 70s u 80s.

Loved our stay at this hotel! The staff is super friendly, room was very clean, WiFi was fast, and the location is perfect! We were able to explore all of the major landmarks on foot! Highly recommend this place.

Hotel davvero splendido, posizione perfetta per esplorare il centro di Madrid a piedi, vicinissimo a tutte le principali attrazioni. Colazione spettacolare, camere silenziosissime e spaziose, servizio molto attento ma non invadente. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Great hotel and customer service. We came several hours early after a long international flight and the staff allowed us to get situated. Highly recommend.

Second time in 3 months. Definitely love it. It's in plaza españa so close to el gran via. It has a starbucks right in front of the hotel. It also has a metro stop right outside the hotel. Very clean hotel with spacious great rooms. Very nice staff. Breakfast buffet is yummy with lots of varieties. Very nice bar area as well.room service food is delicious. I definitely recommend the hotel especially for couples on vacation.

De los mejores hoteles en los que he estado en la vida, las habitaciones con terraza y vistas a la gran vía son espectaculares, el desayuno estupendo en una zona muy agradable. La piscina con sauna, completa una experiencia fantástica.

Hotel decor is very unique and creative, facilities are up to date and very clean and all staff spoke English perfectly. The room design was sleek and functional with everything you needed and nothing you didn't.walk in shower with rain and hand held head and no useless bathtub, multi function, adjustable heating/cooling system, comfortable bed with various pillows and no gross bedspread cover. The fitness room was modern and perfect for a quick workout and the breakfast buffet was an amazing never ending smorgasbord that I could have spent the day in! On top of all that, the location is great!

En comparant avec d’autres 5 étoiles je ne retrouve pas la qualité de services attendue. La piscine n’est pas une piscine mais un bassin très froid où se rafraîchir. D’autre part les chambres ne sont pas grande et mal agencée pour poser les valises. L’hôtel est une usine à touriste et il n’y a aucune personnalisation des services.
Cela étant l’hotel Est très propre et le personnel très agréable.
En conclusion cet hôtel ne dispose pas d’un bon rapport qualité-prix et est même très cher pour sa prestation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was great and the rooms are really modern and quiet. Close to the Royal Palace, local and American cuisine. The concierge service was also very helpful.
