CHANEL es CHANEL pero quizá lo que lo haga grande no solo sea eso, sino la implicación de su personal y la atención recibida. Especial mención a Fran Moya, hay gente a la que nunca le fantará trabajo y ese hombre es un claro ejemplo de ello. Espectacular

Why should we shop here over buying online, since they provide absolutely no service at all? They try so hard to seem exclusive that they act like we are blessed to be able to enter their store. The ambiance is stuffy and the service agents are less helpful than the mannequins. The worst service we have received in any luxury store in any city that we have been to.

The story is good and very large, the Manger is amazing and very excellent with us besides that during our long wait outside he gives us a small gift to my family. Excellent customer care.

Great Chanel boutique. They had some stuff which was kinda hard to find at other stores. Like the traditional wallet on chain. The salesman spoke English and was very patient and helpful in answering all our questions and letting us trying everything on. Spent over and hour here trying to decide what to buy but they were very nice and gave us drinks. Good service everyone!

The service Was very bad. No one attended me, I had to approach a SA and they still didn’t help as they claimed they were busy. The store barley had 10 people so it was hard to believe that all the SA were busy with clients. After waiting for 30 minutes, the SA approached me and showed me some bags but it was in the worst possible manner. She just opened a cupboard and laid out 2 bags for me and left? That’s not how you treat your customers. And after I complained to the store manager, the excuse was that they had a busy day and a private showing. Well that’s not the customers fault. Important and welcomed, there’s no way anyone would even shop from the brand. I also sensed a bit of racism there as they literally just ignored my presence the entire time.

Extremely horrible experience and it’s something which is highly unacceptable from a brand like Chanel.

Mala experiencia con la tienda de Chanel en Madrid, nefasta atención al cliente; nada que ver con la tienda de Bcn o la de París, maravillosas en el trato y atención.

Han pensado hacer los anuncios en castellano? Tenemos el derecho de saber si compramos un perfume o un pipí de gato.

I was there to buy a bag for my mom and picked one (a new model). The one on display was a bit crooked, so I requested a new example. The lady told me there were no new ones, so not wanting to spend thousands of Euros on a crooked bag, I said I wouldn't take it and looked around to see if there was anything else interesting. Not finding anything, I was about to leave when the lady said she would "look again" and came back with a new one. Very disappointing experience, especially considering it is my second time to buy a bag at this location.

All assistants of Chanel in Madrid was really nice and gentle. We almost got there just before close time, they showed me that I exactly look for.

Very friendly store! The salesperson, Berta Paredes, is super helpful. I walked in to ask for a particular purse but the store didn't hv it. She asked me if I would consider similar style. I said yes and she bought me 3 to choose. I picked one and it's even better than the one I originally wanted! Since she is so friendly and seems to know and understand what I like, I asked her if she can recommend me a small size purse which I can use in casual settings. She then brought me downstairs and showed me 7-8 different ones to choose from. I ended up buying another one! In the past I hv visited Chanel in San Francisco, Paris, and Florida. This one is the best!

Totally racist and I was appalled by this Chanel store, being the traveler that I am. I'll make a formal complaint.

Destacar ante todo el personal que tienen tan agradable tanto como las personas de seguridad como las dependientas y una mención especial para responsable de la tienda, srta Mónica. Viéndola a ella lo bien que lleva la tienda uno desea que hubiera más clones de ella en otras tiendas de otras marcas o en cualquier negocio al que uno tiene que asistir o ir a comprar. Así que desde aquí le digo a Chanel que hizo muy buen fichaje con esta persona así que todos los que vayáis a la tienda y tengáis duda no dudéis en preguntar a cualquiera de las personas del personal porque seguro que te van a dar soluciones.

What to say, the staffs are friendly. Even the guard will let you know to wait for them to serve you.

Después de gastar bastante dinero en la tienda, uno de los productos concretamente unas zapatillas blancas de chanel, han salido defectuosas con tara, ya que después de ponerlas en dos ocasiones uno de ellos con lluvia han destiño, en tienda nos han reconocido que es un defecto que ya ha ocurrido en más ocasiones, para solucionarnos el problema no ha nadie en tienda responsable, residimos fuera de madrid y hemos venido a tienda por petición de Chanel, se niegan a la devolución del dinero, aún poniendo en sus condiciones que por tara hacen devolución de del importe, me parece algo muy muy mal por parte de Chanel el poco cuidado de sus clientes y una manera fácil de perder clientes haciendo estas cosas! Cualquier otra marca en estos problemas no pone ningún tipo de pega y realizan el reembolso del dinero sin problema!
