Citylife Madrid

I ordered my transport card using the instructions on their website. They then held the card for me until I arrived in Madrid - they were fast and efficient when it came to answering any questions I had, but their website is filled with some of the best tips for living in Madrid I've seen. Awesome service, has all the important information you need to know if you are moving to Madrid. They have really been a huge help.

The staff is really friendly and provide very useful information for e.g. International students for free (no catch!). They also help you set up a Spanish number for free and get you an appointment for the transport card. Though you can purchase a city pass, the staff does not pressure you into anything. 100% recommend to step by as a new international student in Madrid!

They helped me so much with getting the information I needed on the best banking options, getting a SIM card and service for my phone as well as things as simple as discounts on locals gyms and travel opportunities! Great customer service even though past the closing time! So great!

I strongly recommend Citylife Madrid: they advise you when you are looking for an accommodation, they create / share student events, they provide you WhatsApp Groups to help you socialising with other international students, they explain you very clearly how to get a public transportation card, basically everything you need to get settled in a new town:) And if you have a question whatsoever, they always very kindly and quickly reply. The staff are very informative; giving explicit details of what's necessary for your travel. They're even kind enough to review residence contracts on your behalf, receive your transport card on your behalf, so that upon your arrival, you'll not go through the waiting time, among other benefits:)
