Citylife Madrid is a really great and easy-going service provider! Moving to Spain can be quite difficult, especially if you have never lived here before and don´t speak/understand the language too well. Especially, the essential things such as opening a bank account, getting a phone number etc.can be really challenging in the beginning. Without any help, it´s really hard, takes a lot of time and you might end up paying more than you should.
I attended a Citylife Madrid Webinar for moving to Madrid and they explained everything what you need to know before moving to the city, such as finding a flat/room, health insurance, public transportation, NIE applications.
With the help of Citylife I could open a bank account and get a SimCard within one day, without paying any fee.
The communication beforehand was also really easy through Whatsapp as they answer really quickly.
They have multiple Whatsapp groups where they organize sport activities, nightouts and many more things, so it is easy to meet new people and socialise. I´m glad they work together with my university and make our erasmus experience even better!

They quickly helped me arrange everything I needed to get settled in a new city and were always on hand for any questions. Not only this but the wide range of fun events and activities they host, even during recent challenging times. They also have a huge range of discounts on almost anything in the city. They have a great website that is a one stop for everything you could want or need to know about the city and its attractions. If you opt in, they will also send you regular updates of everything going on in the city, including all their events and anything else that may be useful for you.

CityLife Madrid helped me then I had just arrived to Madrid, first time in the city. They allowed for me to have my abono transport card delivered there and saved it for me until I arrived. They also helped me get a mobile sim card easily and were helpful when I encountered problems with it. Definitely recommend.
